The Nenggala Suite

Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, inmitten der grünen Reisfelder. Es ist ruhig und abgelegen, aber es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe z.B. mit dem Roller oder einem Fahrer. In der Nacht hört man die Natur, die Grillen, die Frösche und was es auch alles war! :) Das gesamte Personal war einfach nur super freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer zur Hilfe und das Essen war einfach ausgezechnet! Alles in allem einfach TOP! Und zu diesem Preis erst noch.. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen, danke.

Von den offenen Strohdächern kommt ab und zu etwas runter, war aber nicht schlimm, Natur eben. ;) ich hatte die Suite oben mit Blick auf die Reisfelder.

This exceeded my expectation. the views from my room, could have been the best iv ever had at a hotel. the sunset over the rice fields was my favourite. The staff felt like family & were so helpful with every need. The food was top notch! the chef deserves a raise ;) thank you for a wonderful stay, I can't wait to be back with my family

Die Lage in der nördlichen Ubud-Area mitten in den Reisfeldern ist wirklich ein absoluter Traum. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön und der Garten schön angelegt.

Leider wirkte diese Unterkunft auf uns sehr herunter gekommen. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unserem Standard. Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise durch Bali und den Insel drumherum teils in einfacheren Unterkünften, die deutlich sauberer und gepflegter waren. Beispiele: die Auflagen auf Möbeln hatten viele Flecken, die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, der Stoff vom Himmelbett war löchrig. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig- wir haben nachts das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer viele Stunden gehört. Sollte andere Reisende ähnlich Dinge wichtig sein, ist es wichtig, dies zu wissen. Wir hatten uns daher insgesamt entschieden, nach nur einer Nacht vorzeitig abzureisen und uns eine neue Unterkunft gebucht. Bei Abreise erklärte der Inhaber von sich aus (wir hatten nicht nach einer Erstattung gefragt), dass er uns das Geld aufgrund der Art der Buchung nicht erstatten können, erlies uns aber die Miete für den Scooter, den wir einen Tag genutzt hatten. Dies bewerten wir positiv.

I loved the place! The room is big, has a balcony and you are surrounded by rice fields. Also a bath tube is beautiful, you can ask for flower bath and it is quite romantic and relaxing. You can order food inside straight to the room.

Lo staff è molto disponibile, organizzano il trasporto in ogni posto di Bali a un prezzo conveniente. Molto attenti alle necessità. La struttura è immersa nel verde delle risaie, c’è molta pace e tranquillità. La mia stanza era molto ampia e il letto comodo. È possibile pranzare e cenare nella struttura in quanto si trova molto fuori dal centro di Ubud.

La colazione non super, c’è stato un disguido sulla prima cena, in quanto il nostro aereo era in ritardo, ma ci eravamo accordati con la struttura che la cena l’avremmo fatta ugualmente. Ma al nostro arrivo al cucina era già chiusa.

La chambre est magnifique et très confortable. Le site est exceptionnel, au cœur des rizières. C'est très calme. On voit des lucioles survolant les rizières. Le staff est au petit soin. Le restaurant est très bon.

It was very well kept and the room was beautiful.

The location is very secluded and the staff was polite, but service could be improved. There were a few delays, such as breakfast arriving later than scheduled, and some miscommunication between team members. At times, service felt a bit disorganized, for example, breakfast we requested for 8:30 arrived more than 30 minutes late.

Das Hotel ist sauber, gepflegt und ziemlich abseits gelegen. Perfekt für Leute, die Ruhe suchen und Bali authentisch inmitten der Reisfelder erleben wollen. Die Zimmer sind grossräumig und verfügen über bequeme Betten mit Moskitonetzen. Mit einem Roller (kann bei der Unterkunft ausgeliehen werden) kann man gut nach Tegallalang oder Kintamani fahren. Nach Ubud sind wir immer mit einem Grab, das einige Minuten im Voraus bestellt werden sollte (10 - 20 Minuten). Das Frühstück (inklusive) sowie die restlichen Gerichte sind lecker und werden frisch zubereitet. Auch die Massagen können wir empfehlen.

Wer vegetarisch isst, hat keine besonders grosse Menüauswahl. Man hätte vielleicht auf Anfrage weiter Optionen bekommen, trotzdem würden wir empfehlen eine Portion Gemüse oder Tofu / Tempeh auf der Speisekarte zu ergänzen.

Atmosféra místa i samotné ubytování byl zatím můj dosavadní top zážitek z Asie!

It's a beautiful place, definitely the best place if you want to completely disconnect. Perhaps for my partner and me, who weren't looking for that entirely, it wasn't a plus, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a fascinating place. It's surrounded by beautiful views, and it allowed us to learn more about Balinese culture. Great place to find peace.

The view of the ricefields is amazing, waking up here and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony is awesome. The shower is comfortable and warm water.

Il est quand même situé loin de tout, c’est très bien si on veut se reposer et rester à l’hôtel. Le centre ville est à une heure de l’hôtel, les Grab, gojek ne vous déposent pas devant l’hôtel, il faut marcher le bout de route..

El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado, ¡le pondría un 20 si pudiera! 😍 El personal es encantador, siempre atento y súper profesional. La comida está riquísima y el trato ha sido excepcional desde el primer día. Además, ofrecen muchísima ayuda para moverte por la isla: gestionan taxis, alquiler de motos y tienen una oferta de masajes amplísima y de muy buena calidad. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveríamos con los ojos cerrados

La struttura è meravigliosa. Oasi di pace tra i campi di riso. Davvero molto bella. Si mangia bene e il soggiorno è immerso nella natura, l’architettura è tipica Balinese e ricorda a tratti nell’ esterno un giardino giapponese. Molto curata

La camera a piano terra, perché non so quelle a livello superiore, era praticamente bagnata dall’ umidità. Le lenzuola, anche se cambiate, si impregnavano di acqua in un minuto. Perciò passavo la maggior parte del tempo con un asciugacapelli (meno male che c’era in camera) quando mi trovavo in camera, ad asciugare il letto/vestiti. Qualsiasi cosa era estremamente umida. Questo mi è dispiaciuto molto perché ha esponenzialmente inciso non positivamente sul mio soggiorno.

L’hôtel est situé en plein milieu des rizières, endroit idéal pour déconnecter. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la vue est magnifique. Possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner sur le balcon (je conseille d’avoir sa chambre à l’étage). Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Le rapport qualité prix est plus que raisonnable par rapport à la qualité de l’hôtel. Même si un peu éloigné d’Ubud, plein de lieux autour sont accessibles autant que si vous êtes à Ubud. On ne peut pas être en plein centre et avoir ce cadre !

Nous avions la chambre au rez de chaussée, je n'ai pas du tout aimé son accés (fallait marcher sur des dalles posés dans l'eau) Très forte présence d'humidité (l'hébergement est entouré de rizières) La restauration (pas aimé le repas du soir pris à l'hebergement - petit dejeuner, moyen) Le logement et ses alentours (jardin) sont nettement plus petits que sur les photos attention, on ne peut pas y accéder avec une voiture: environ 200 à 300 mètres sont à effectuer à pied (mais voiturette disponible) sur un chemin de rizière "l'expérience baignoire" ne sert à rien si vous louez les chambres en RDC, car tout le monde a vu sur la salle de bain: donc aucune intimité.

La piscine est très froide. La situation géographique fait qu’on peut vite se sentir éloigné de tout, rien ne peut se faire sans véhicule (45 minutes minimum d’Ubud, 25 minutes des terrasses de Tegalalang). Manque de place au niveau de l’espace restauration.

Nuestra estancia en Nengala Hotel fue maravillosa. Lo que más destacamos fue la piscina con vistas directas a los arrozales: un lugar increíble para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje. También probamos los masajes y fueron de los mejores que hemos tenido en Bali, súper profesionales y en un entorno muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, el personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno fue delicioso y servido con mucho cariño. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para descansar y reconectar con la naturaleza. ¡Muy recomendable!

No hay nada que no me gustase

This place is absolutely amazing for relaxing. The customer service is outstanding—every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Anytime we had a request, the staff responded promptly and always with a warm smile. They even picked us up for a late check-in and helped with our bags—small things, but they made a big difference. The setting is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by farmland with no sound of traffic—just frogs and the calming sounds of nature. Even the air smells fresh and clean. Sitting by the swimming pool to meditate or simply relax with a partner was so refreshing. The indoor space was spotless and comfortable, complete with a fridge, a bathtub, and all the essentials. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the noise and truly connect with nature.

Really amazing place

Just one thing - My room was on top and there were no buildings in front. No one can see inside the room. But there was a DRONE flying outside my balcony and windows. I didn’t know and I was changing clothes!! This is a violation of privacy. I told the staff that drones should never be allowed to fly in front of guests’ rooms. I have never seen a hotel allow a drone to fly and look inside the privacy of other guests’ rooms!

Everything! The room was amazing, very clean and spacious with the most insane view (we were first floor). Staff were exceptionally sweet and thoughtful and polite, they decorated our room for my partner’s birthday and got him a little desert with a candle and sang happy birthday which made his birthday extra special. They were always there if we needed anything, the food was lovely, the pool was great, the surroundings so so beautiful and not too far from the centre if you have a moped.

It would be nice if there were more sun-beds as 4 are not enough and there were times we wanted to stay by the pool but there was no space because there are only 4 sun-beds for 6 rooms.

Phenomenal spot to stay. Great facilities, small amount of rooms, amazing views around. Enjoyed the restaurant

Manager and staff very welcoming, can't do enough for you. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was handy with it being in a remote location. The room was spotless and had really nice bespoke wood furniture throughout. We stayed in the top floor with terrace, views are unbelievable rice fields, jungle and mount batur and agung in the distance with clear weather. Food wise we only had breakfast on 1 morning and it was excellent so I presume the rest of menu is too. They did off cultural activities to do nearby at no extra cost. Can't rate these highly enough thanks Nenggala suite!

Nothing. Just worth noting the road to the accommodation isn't accessible by car. If your driver can get through the very uneven road it will be Roughly a 50m walk if not it will be about 100m. Take care walking on the poor surface

It’s stunning. Paradise away from the city center. Surrounded with the beautiful rice fields. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and interior design of the overall property was beyond my expectations. The pictures do not really show the true beauty of this property.

the place is uninhabitable, there is watermarks and mould on the walls, the room smells like tiolet, and the stuff is unfriendly and very slow checkin. This guesthouse is is old and not well maintained. the pictures must have been taken 5 years ago, it DOES NOT Look like this anymore.
