Muy buena ubicación. Muy limpio, cama cómoda y decoración.

Algo de ruido de la calle durante la noche. Al estar solo una noche no hubo problema para subir el equipaje por las escaleras, pero con maletas pesadas se ve complicado.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, ya que está en pleno centro. La dueña es muy maja.

No hay espacio para dejar las cosas, si compartes habitación con otra persona el espacio es minúsculo para dejar el equipaje. El baño es muy pequeño y tampoco tiene espacio para dejar objetos.

Die Lage ist super, die Einrichtung schön und gepflegt und die Betreuung sehr gut. Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt vor der Tür.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es sehr laut.

Even though it’s three floors up and we are walking the Camino and don’t need anymore exercise at all, I’m really glad we stayed there. There’s a laundromat and a grocery store just around the corner. The woman who runs it is kind and welcoming. It is cleverly renovated and even has one time use cloth towels at the sink in the shared bathroom. Our room had its own sink as well.

The three floor walk up, but it wasn’t really that bad.

The central location is great, close to several car parks and charging stations for EVs in one of them. The bed was comfortable.

No lift and lots of stairs to walk up with luggage. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. The cost was far too high given we had to share a bathroom with other guests.

The room and the shared space is freshly refurbished and extremely clean. We stayed in the room with the balcony where it was great to have a breakfast.The ceiling light was cooling pretty well. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location and price are great. It's just a lovely room and it was great to be there.

As the rooms go with "shared bathroom", it was a bit confusing wording, since there's a shower but no toilet. However, this is a minor thing. During the night it might be noisy from other guests and waste removal as bins are downstairs on the street. It wasn't possible to close the window to avoid the noise.

Well organised and staff were very good. Not for tourists with a lot of luggage as you have to climb three flights of stairs.

125 euro was very expensive. Athough the location was good I have stayed in better places for half that price. We arrived at 10pm left at 8am the next morning so I made a big mistake paying that amount of money for just a bed.

Localisation idéale, une chambre spacieuse avec une jolie décoration et des équipements adaptés. Une douche dans la chambre ainsi que dans les parties communes.Des toilettes partagés mais très propre.

The location is perfect with so much to do nearby by walking. The staff was extremely kind and the rooms and design was amazing for the price that was paid! I would highly suggest staying here. Also, if traveling by car to the city, there is a parking garage directly below the accommodation that makes it very easy.

Some people were making a lot of noise in the street during the night.

Molt centric i comode. La Mariana molt amable. La zona es molt tranquila, pots trobar lloc per aparcar facilment, hi ha una cafeteria just a baix per esmorzar. Tot esta molt net i el llit es molt comodo.

L’única cosa es que has de compartir lavabo. Estava molt net i no era tan complicat perquè per sort, queda aprop de l’habitació. Tambe es cert, que per un parell de nits no passa res i si vas amb parella tampoc pero si vas mes persones potser una mica mes lio compartir lavabo.

I had a lovely stay at Nueva Pensión Real. The room was super clean, delightfully comfortable, and perfect for a short visit — but what truly made the experience special was the host, Mariana. She was an absolute delight: warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. An amazing woman who made the whole stay feel easy and enjoyable. There are people you meet in life who leave a lasting impression, and Mariana is one of them — the kind of person you’d be grateful to meet again in this life or the next. I’d happily return and highly recommend this pension to anyone visiting the area.

Posizione ottima, di fronte al mercato. Stanza spaziosa con molte finestre. Letto comodo. Doccia nuova.

Bagno veramente minuscolo, anche il lavandino proprio mini. Non ha aria condizionata, ma era dichiarato —> hanno comunque il ventilatore.

Une chambre bien claire, très propre, un lit très confortable. Un accueil très sympathique, souriant, joyeux. la chambre contient une douche et un lavabo. Les toilettes sont dans une partie commune très propre.

Descansamos super bien! Las camas son super cómodas y todo estaba super limpio. Tanto la habitación como todo el piso de la pensión está muy bien decorado. En la habitación había un hervidor e infusiones, y afuera de la habitación hay una cafetera con cápsulas de café. Lo que menos nos gustó es el edificio en sí, sobre todo las escaleras. La vista fe nuestra habitación tampoco eran las mejores, pero esto no es culpa de ellos! Mariana un amor.

Que era una tercera planta sin ascensor, y el WC compartido. El resto todo muy correcto.

En plein cœur de Santander. Parking payant sous-terrain, juste au pieds de la pension. Accueil chaleureux. Très propre. Très bon prix.

En cas de forte chaleur, difficile d'apporter la fraîcheur de la nuit dans la chambre 3, malgré le ventilateur au plafond : bruits extérieurs, lumières de la rue, peu d'air rentrant si fenêtre ouverte. Dommage !

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y muy cuidado. La habitación es amplia, con un balconcito agradable en el que poder desayunar y con ducha. La única pega es el baño compartido pero es muy limpio e íntimo. Es como estar en una casa con varias habitaciones, todo muy cómodo. Ah, y tampoco hay ascensor, pero son tres plantas de escaleras fácilmente accesibles. Volveríamos sin lugar a dudas! El personal es atento en todo momento lo que facilita la experiencia.

Very well located in the centre of Santander near the market and old town and cathedral. Very clean with light airy rooms and comfy beds. Staff were helpful and friendly. Perfect place to begin our Camino journey.

La ubicación es genial muy céntrica. Las habitaciones son funcionales, cómodas, confortables y están muy limpias. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, pero lo mejor de todo ha sido la atención recibida: súper amable y atenta en todo momento. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiré.Hasta pronto :)

Por poner un pero ...el portal pero eso no es cosa de la pensión ... Luego llegas a la entrada de la pensión y cambia por completo la perspectiva

Da es ein „Altbau“ ist, ist es etwas hellhörig was aber auch den Charm ausmacht. Since it is an "old building", it is somewhat noisy, but that also adds to its charm. Al ser un "edificio antiguo", es algo ruidoso, pero eso también contribuye a su encanto.

Het was schoon en netjes. Goede bedden en de gastvrouw was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Je zit in het centrum en daar heb je ‘‘s nachts nog wel iets hinder van lawaai op straat.

Destacar la amabilidad de Mariana que no solo te hace sentir como en casa sino que en mi caso en concreto me surgió una urgencia de mi trabajo y me ayudó sin tener por qué, estoy súper agradecida. Aparte, la limpieza, el.ambiente acogedor y la ubicación de la pension.

Very quirky accommodation on the third floors with a balcony. Shower, sink and tv in the room. Close to the bus station and Mercado (markets). Bathrooms recently modernised. Mariana and Barbera were very friendly and helpful. They let me leave my luggage when I checked out, so I could explore the city.

Really nice and modern hotel in a good location. Marina was very lovely and helpful, and let me store my luggage for several hours for free on my departure day.

The toilet facilities are shared with other guests but it's small and quiet so this was never actually a problem, just something to be aware of.

Sehr saubere, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Zentrale Lage direkt am Markt, 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. WC ist geteilt, aber sehr sauber und außerdem gibt es nicht viele Gäste auf einmal, von daher überhaupt kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und der Check-In lief absolut unkompliziert.

No me suelo fijar mucho en la decoración de los alojamientos, ya que no es lo que más me motiva. Pero en este caso, me ha gustado mucho el toque artístico que había por las habitaciones y espacios comunes, sobre todo por los dibujos artísticos sobre las paredes. Ubicación central, con un mercado en frente y cerca de la catedral. La dueña simpática y con ganas de ayudar. Limpieza impecable.

Las cámaras en los espacios comunes me dan un poco de yuyú.

Hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der sehr zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Ideal für Pilger/Alleinreisende. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment und die herzliche Gastgeberin. Obwohl mitten in der lebendigen Stadt gelegen konnte man sich hier etwas in Ruhe zurückziehen. Immer wieder gerne :)
