Reviewed Mar 23, 2026This property is magical and a little slice of heaven. It was gorgeous, the staff so amazing, and the food and cocktails exceptional. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we have traveled extensively throughout the world. Barry the bartender is exceptional. Best cocktails and food of our whole trip. We will be back many times!
That we couldn't stay longer! We are not sure if there is a miscommunication with Booking.com and the property regarding the name. I received an email from booking.com that they were changing their name to Elements. This is not the case. The property is named Finn Lough. The spa trail (a must do) is named Elements Spa Trail. Nothing to do with how amazing the property is, just wanted people to know so there is no confusion.

Pizza at lunch average got one courgette slice p pizza slice and tiny amount rocket. Restaurant food exceptional

Reviewed Dec 15, 2024Incredible restaurant and great staff, big room in the main house with a huge bathroom, the design of all the spaces is very nice and the boathouse and dome are dramatic moments in a quiet wilderness escape.
It's quite expensive - but if you're treating yourself, go for it.

Currently writing this at 1 in the morning unable to sleep due to the fact that I can hear the room beside me talking, running the bath etc. Walls are definitely not sound proof!! Really has been a let down to the whole stay

Bed was too soft Shower tap was broken but still functioned fine. Prices were very high. Despite all that we would definitely go again and recommend to others.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2023This is such a special place & would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing trip. The grounds are beautiful. We stayed in one of the suites & it was excellent. It was really spacious & had a gorgeous bathroom. It also had a balcony which I loved. The lakeside bar is so nice. The food is the restaurant was really good. The barman in the main bar was excellent. He was really thoughful & friendly & made the best pornstar martini I have ever had. We also loved the cineman room. Lastly, it was nice that breaksfast is brought to you in your room. We were able to enjoy it out on the balcony in our robes.
The pint of Guinness in the lake side bar & we were not given much guidance with the kayak's

Lots of steps to get to the room - it was fine for us but maybe not if you’re carrying heavy suitcases or have trouble with stairs.
