Lack of coffee in the morning. Also having to interact with the manager, who appears to be a bit of a curmudgeon.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Location, you are two steps from every attraction in the old town, very comfortable bed, good size shower, exceptionally clean towels. It is a well kept place that deserves a higher category. I will stay there again. Irene, the only person I saw as part of the staff , was super nice, she gave me a printed list of restaurants that coffee shops and explained how to get around in town.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026It was very central, near the park, attractions and many restaurants and bars. The area felt very safe. The room was bright and let in lots of natural light. The staff were helpful. It had a lift, making it easy to go up and down the stairs especially with luggage.
Check-in was a bit disorganised. Very poor sound proofing. The room was very warm (warmer than the temperature outside) if you get warm easily it may not be suitable for you.

Bathroom is on the small side but perfectly functional and included hand/face soap and shampoo. Also, the list of restaurant suggestions given at reception was super helpful. Upon leaving the following day, the cleaning lady even wished us a buen camino. It is these small but kind interactions that we appreciate the most. :)
