Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Beautiful Property! Hands down one of the nicest fit outs in Morocco we have had. You can tell a lot of care & money has gone into the property. I loved the Rooftop terrace & how homely the manager was. He set us up with surfing lessons & the place really was the highlight of our trip.
Only minor critic was our rooms door didn’t lock properly, maybe that was user error though

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Le JAWS IMSOUANE est très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la mer. Sa terrasse a vue sur la mer. C'est un établissement neuf, propre. Le gérant est sympathique et toujours à notre disposition. C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix
Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, la salle de bain et la cuisine étaient propres. Le seul hic est que la salle de bain était commune à deux chambres(bien précisé sur booking), mais le couple de la chambre d'à côté n'a pas nettoyé la douche après utilisation, malgré la présence d'articles de nettoyage. Ils ont également laissé des détritus de nourriture dans l'évier de la cuisine. Il en va de la responsabilité de chacun de laisser ce lieu propre à partir du moment où on est plusieurs à utiliser des espaces communs. Le gérant ne peut pas être présent à 22h le soir pour nettoyer après chaque douche. Conclusion: venez dormir au JAWS IMSOUANE mais rincez la douche et laissez ce lieu aussi propre que vous l'avez trouvé en arrivant.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! The property is beautiful, modern, very clean and well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and everything felt fresh and new. The location is excellent right in the city centre and very close to the beach, yet the place itself is peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. But what truly made our experience special was the host. He was absolutely amazing incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. He was always available, responded quickly whenever we needed anything and went out of his way to help us. His kindness, hospitality and willingness to help really meant a lot to us and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. A beautiful place, perfect location and, above all, an exceptional host. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Showers are mouldy, bed clothes were unclean, kitchen was sticky and unclean, windows seemed to be washed with yoghurt(?) Small white dust resembling dandruff seemed to be everywhere. Full sun all day on the balconies, no thermostats for the air con, if there is one(?). Yes the location is good, but to be fair all properties in Insoumane have a good location. I have stayed in worse places, but that doesn't make it better.

It offers a perfect rooftop view, very comfortable apartments with a well-equipped private kitchen, cozy beds, and everything you need for your stay. It's also close to all the surf spots in Imsouane and the majestic sunset viewpoints.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Nice location - walking distance to everything. Great rooftop terrace. Parking right in front of the house. Comfy beds and good windows.
Especially the kitchen and the table and chairs on the patio were not clean. Please bear in mind that without the outdoor patio (which is a rather dark and unattractive spot) or rooftop terrace (3 floors up) you do not have any living/dining area.
