The room was clearly listed non smoking, but the room had a string odor of smoke which prevented us from sleeping. They used an ozone generator to remove the smell on the second day, but it was still not perfect and outside generators have their own health concerns.

Towels are Foul smelling. Bedsheets, Pillows & Blankets probably have not been washed for quite awhile. You can feel the "sweaty" and "smell" in the blankets. Beds are Creaky. Would advise maybe to move the mattress to sleep on the floor instead. No TV in the room. But for this price you cannot be choosy. Logi station is 5mins Walking away. There is a Supermarket and mini mall with Daiso and Clothes for your needs. Tats where I bought my New Towels. No Microwave in the room. You can buy bento from Supermarket and Microwave it in the Supermarket and bring back to your room. Although Logi station is near but if you are going to main districts like Shinjuku/Shibuya/Ikebukuro etc the traveling time and transfers is stressful. But once again I would like to say for this price you cannot be Choosy.

No está lejos del centro de Tokio, pero la línea que conecta casi siempre está muy llena El aire acondicionado da directo sobre una de las camas y eso no es bueno.

地理位置很好，无论是乘坐高田马场线还是乘坐中央线都很方便，出门就是公交站与地铁，还有生活超市。性价比很高，周围的环境也很适合散步，如果有机会，还会再次预定。

Gute Lage um Tokio zu erkunden, angenehme Größe für asiatische Verhältnisse, gute Ausstattung, netter Besitzer.

住宿附近生活機能很方便，出站後有很大間的超市開到晚上十一點，也有二十四小時的711，住宿區安靜，治安很好。 我是睡可以睡三人的房間，但三人的話會有一人要拉床墊出來睡，兩人以內會比較舒適。 房間空間很大，有冰箱、熱水壺、吹風機、洗衣機、一樓有烘衣機，浴室有乾燥冷風和暖氣功能，很適合久住+行程不急的旅客，慢慢地晃到市區很舒服！

住宿位置稍遠，離井荻站最近，沒辦法從新宿站直接轉，而是要從新宿出站後走路走到西武新宿站才能搭車。如果從成田機場來，建議從新宿東口出來再往西武新宿走。 注意要搭區間車（各站停靠），如果搭到特急，要在鷺之宮換成區間。 距離新宿約0.5小時，東京迪士尼約1.5小時。

Para ser Japón, que todos los apartamentos/hoteles son pequeños, da gusto encontrar uno un poco más amplio. Tiene lavadora dentro de la habitación. No se puede cocinar y no hay cocina en ninguna parte del apartamento. La ubicación está en un barrio tranquilo, aunque para llegar a cualquier lado hay que ir en metro 1 hora, pero eso pasa desde cualquier lugar, Tokio es muy grande. Tiene un supermercado cerca y también la estación de metro. Hay un parque relativamente cerca para quien vaya con niños. Está bien en general. Buena relación calidad precio. Las fotos son reales.

No me gustó la limpieza del baño y de las sábanas, no estaba limpio del todo. No me gustó que no tuviese un microondas para poder calentar comida preparada. Me costó muchísimo poder poner una tarjeta de crédito en Booking, me daba error continuamente.

The price was excellent and while not central, it's quite easy getting central. However it will shave some time of your day. The space was also very big for 2 people with good facilities and amenities.

Первый раз такое пишу в отзывах, но не понравилось абсолютно ничего! Вплоть до отношения к путешественникам со стороны хозяина!

Очень ранний выезд и очень позднее заселение. В квартире нет даже столовых приборов, переходников и usb розеток нет, матрасы жесткие, сильный запах сырости. Попросили хозяина о возможности оставить хотя бы багаж утром что бы не ходить с сумками по городу, хозяин даже не захотел слушать и отказал в данном вопросе! Вобщем, не стоит снимать данные апартаменты, никакого комфорта, лучше переплатить немного и снять ближе к центру, все равно если снимать эти апартаменты то сэкономить не получится, так как нужно будет платить за поезда чтобы добраться до метро, к сожалению это понимаешь только уже после того как попадаешь в данную ситуацию

Good price and clean. Plenty of space. Close to the station. This place is fine if you are just staying a couple of days (read below if you are thinking of staying longer).

The owner of this property should make it absolutely clear that although there is what looks like a kitchen area, the stove cannot be used and there is not a single item not even a cup or glass for some water. Fine if you're staying a couple nights - not cool if you're staying a while and expecting to be able to self-cater. Secondly and maybe worse: after bathing or shower the bathroom absolutely stinks of sewage. I think the host is aware of this as no immediate actions was taken - only an apology for the inconvenience. Very unpleasant.

Stayed 3rd time in this place. Great value for money and location next to train station. Clean and modern building.

Kitchen would be nice, it is there but not available for use. Need to buy food in the supermarket nearby, also need to buy cups in Daiso as the cups are not provided.

Great location - modern room, no issue with any noise.

Not be able to cook as there isn't even a bowl to poor the hot water inside for noodles or any kind of chopstick/cutlery.

Close to the train and bus station. Convenience store are everywhere. Secure external and internal entry.

Kettle is provided, there are absolutely no cups or mugs. Why put a stove inside but cooking is not allowed?!

I stayed from May 12–17 and would like to share my overall experience, which was very positive. Here is my evaluation across four categories: Location, Surrounding Environment, Room Facilities, and Room Rate. 1. Location Honestly, it's not the most convenient in terms of proximity — it's quite far from the city center or busy commercial areas, and it takes a long time to get there by subway. This is especially tough on weekdays, when you're packed in with commuters and students, which can be quite an ordeal. That said, it was genuinely a unique experience to feel what a real Japanese weekday rush hour is like — something quite memorable. 2. Surrounding Environment Daily conveniences are excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the station to the accommodation, and there are 7-Elevens, convenience stores, drugstores, food options, and everything else you could need nearby — no worries at all about access to daily necessities. Most importantly, the area is extremely quiet. As someone who particularly dislikes noisy environments, I found it peaceful both in the morning and at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. 3. Room Facilities Each room comes with its own dedicated Wi-Fi, and the signal is very strong. The rooms also have in-unit washing machines, so you can do laundry every day — meaning you barely need to pack many clothes; 2 or 3 sets are more than enough. There is also a dryer on the first floor, and if you're concerned about disturbing other guests late at night, there's a self-service laundromat nearby with dryers available as well. The guesthouse also has an elevator, so there's no need to worry about lugging heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. 4. Room Rate We stayed for approximately 5 nights (May 12–17), and the total came to around NT$7,800, which works out to roughly NT$1,600 per night — extremely affordable.

Great location, very close to the train station so it's very easy to move around. The area is very nice, during the day there are lots of restaurants with great variety to choose from. The room was spacious and had everything you need and more.

Hidden fees. I picked the room for one night stay. It showed it cost $20. After I booked, I was charged $70 with no cancelation. The rest was a cleaning fee, which I thought it was way too much for 1 night. Check in is after 5 pm and check out is by 10 am. We got there at 9 pm and there was no help. They had a room number to call for emergencies (like not being able to get in) and nobody answered. It was completely impersonal. You are on your own. Also, no microwave in the room, so you cannot heat your dinner or breakfast. The location is not good either because it is far from everything. We were going to Warner Brothers Studio, but we had 1 hour ride because you had to transfer trains. So, even though in the map it shows close,it is actually far.

The accommodation was close to the subway and had a supermarket and convenience store nearby.

There were no plates, no cups, no cutlery. It was a bit far from the center of Tokyo. My suitcase broke and the host didn't offer any solution, since disposing of large items of trash in Japan is extremely complicated. I had to buy another suitcase and took both suitcases to the airport (the new one and old broken). Upon arrival, an attendant explained that in such cases I could leave my broken suitcase open in a corner of the airport.

Essential, but perfect ! Hot water, very comfort bed and pillow! Everything was so near to the apartment, like the station, 2 or 3 kombini, laundry, supermarket, daiso.. there was everything!

I stayed in room 103 for three nights. Great location next to buses and train line. Very simple accommodation. The washing machine is a great addition.

I didn't like that there was no cutlery, plates, bowls or cups. I appreciate the owner doesn't want people cooking, but you have to bring your home wares to have tea and cup noodles. There was washing up liquid and a sponge but nothing to wash up. And yes, the beds are very squeaky.

There was a trash can located at the entrance, so it was easy to dispose of garbage at any time, which was surprisingly helpful. The location is excellent—it is close to both the train station and bus stops, making it very convenient to get around. The check-in instructions and notifications were very clear and thoughtfully explained, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose here again.

湯沸かしポットが用意されていたので、マグカップもあればさらに嬉しいと感じました。 An electric kettle was provided, and having a mug as well would have made the stay even better.
