the location is good, got awesome view from my room while staying there, all staff are friendly and very helpful. good place to stay if you wanna get close to nature😂

sadly the water heater is not working at all.. but the toilet is very clean.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush trees. Nice chillout outdoor areas.

Our room had sticker over hot water heater switch saying so not turn on, it was out of order. Then one of the staff said, it is not really out or order. The hotel just didn't want us to use it. So we turned it on and got our hot water with no issues. WTH?

Clean surrounding, large spacious room, met our specific check in requirements for our anniversary. Good and delicious dishes available at on site cafe. Clean pool and a beautiful small river in front of the villa.

A marking on the water heater point said “Not working. Do not use” led to the wife having cold shower the 1st time. Called front desk and was told it can be use. Gave a non reasonable excuse why the marking was placed.

Bilik yg selesa dan bersih. Persekitaran yg nyaman, bersih dan landscape yg dijaga rapi. Layanan yg baik dari semua kakitangan.

Mungkin bekalan air panas di bilik air perlu diperbaiki. Tapi kami telah diberitahu mengenai sedikit kesulitan dgn air panas semasa check in.

1. bathroom water heater needs to repaired. 2. perhaps parking area should be paved and tidied. 3. the cleanliness of river should be observed as it is the highlight of the resort, I found plastic at the riverside.

ethng look good but not comfortable for my both parents(wheelchair) And everything was nice except the sink bowl in my 2bedrooms challet need to touch up as it looks dirty due to the glue between the basin and table top i prefer each room have own bathroom

Highly recommended for families! My kids absolutely loved the pool area. I chose Villa Renai to celebrate my birthday this year, and it was the absolute best decision. Tq, till we meet again.

Serene. Friendly and kind staff. Dinner food is good. Can enjoy pool till 11pm. Can enter as early as 7am. Pool is clean and huge. Great depth for both adult and kids. Privacy is at its best.

The ambience, the pool, the stream, the field, the landscape, the games room and make up room every morning.

The boy carrying my bags sent them to the wrong chalet. He asked me to get them myself from the wrong chalet. The dinner was done at the lobby. That space is fine for tea n pastry but too small for dinner. Hold the dinner where buffet breakfast is served.

Super comfy and the atmosphere here was so peaceful especially at night🤍

Oder food utk dinner, makanan failed. Tapi breakfast sedap.

Location was great -- 10 minutes away from the venue of our relative's engagement. The villa was very spacious , they even allow to add extra mattress so it could comfortably fit 4 pax. Very clean and comfrotable bed. Breakfast food was decent especially the nasi lemak, but the coffee (sweetened with condensed milk) ran out faster than the refills.

We were told to whatsapp call the number they shared if we were to enter the resort after 11pm. So after midnight at around 12:20pm after we came back from the engagement party, I called several times but no one picked up. My husband and I had to scream from outside the gate but nobody came to open the gate. We even banged on the gate with our hands a few times and were really noisy, honked the car a few times too. After 15 minutes or so, my husband decided to climb over the gate, crossed the stream and went to the reception area. The door was locked and my husband shouted several times but still stilent. So he went to the staff quarters and one of the kitchen staff woke up and helped to open the gate. The next morning, the front staff were very apologetic but said they don't do refunds. We didn't need refunds but advised that they need a better and safer SOP. What if I was alone or nobody in our group could climb over the gate?
