Solo la cama, bien colchón, sabanas y toallas

La ubicación muy lejos de todo, el aseo prácticamente no lo hacen, las mesitas de noche con tierra, no barren pues al llegar a la segunda noche había suciedad en el suelo, por lo que queda la duda si realmente desinfectan el baño o solo cambian las toallas. El personal que nos recibió en mal estado de presentación.

The place one needs to just relax. Lovely breakfast, comfortable rooms, well kept gardens. We traveled with our well behaved dog and she was free to explore. Francesca was very nice and truly helpful. We got to see a couple of rabbits!

El maravilloso jardín es lo que más me gustó. Pero también otras cosas, el buen gusto del diseño, que acepten perritos (por eso llegué), las hermosas vistas y el ambiente tranquilo.

La desconeccion y la tranquilidad que se logra. Esto se sintio desde el momento que llegamos

Beautiful setting, peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and total calm. The place itself is very nice, comfortable and well kept. Perfect if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

-No funciona el wifi ni datos de tu celular en el cuarto -Que la limpieza del cuarto sea de 11 a 12:30, resulta muy incómodo el horario ya que Zapallar amanece muy nublado hasta el mediodía y uno al ir a descansar a La Guarda tiene que resignar la limpieza del cuarto Cuánto más cómodo sería que fuese por la tarde. -El agua caliente para ducharse no resultó. Hubo veces que nos bañamos con agua fría -Algún ventilador de techo o ventana con mosquitero en el cuarto hubiera venido bien. Son datos menores pero que me hubiera gustado saber de antemano

Piscina lo mejor / cama toallas baño sábanas habitación el entorno la ubicación , aceptan mascotas de apoyo emocional grandes … en pocos lugares los aceptan ..: para mi es el plus de este lugar y pese a todo será solo para por ello mi lugar de preferencia siempre cuando vaya a esta zona

Café del desayuno muy aguado a mi Gusto / me gusta el café fuerte .:: pero comida impecable..//// personal maravilloso..:/ huéspedes amigables../ algo mal la conexión de wifi sobretodo en habitaciones.//

Place is beautiful, 20 mins to Maitencillo. People attentive.

A lot potential, but just a streamline menu, you need to go outside the hotel to have lunch & dinner, buy basic water bottles, coffee/tea. It is not planned as a gateway, it is just focused as a bed/breakfast.

El concepto está muy bien

Falta de insonorización en las habitaciones. Y muchas picaduras en la noche…ojalá arreglen eso. El lugar es maravilloso.

Nos encantó! Ignacio y su novia súper amables, el desayuno y la cena riquísimos y el lugar es hermoso. Tal cual la fotos. Todas las instalaciones muy cuidadas y el parque lleno de plantas, Ideal para ir a relajarse. La ubicación también está muy bien, en auto estás a 15’ de varias playas.

Todo perfectamente cuidado y limpio, olor exquisito en las habitaciones, terraza hermosa, la comida del restaurante 10/10 lugar tranquilo, excelente para descansar y conectar en pareja.

Excelente atención del personal, instalaciones muy cómodas y bonitas, y habitación amplia y tranquila. Cuenta con desayuno rico y completo, también cuenta con servicio de restaurant con platos también ricos y recomendables si no quieres salir del lugar a comer a otro lado. Como la visita coincidió con mi cumpleaños me regalaron un postre para acompañar el desayuno como cortesía. Muy recomendado para desconectarse de la ciudad y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

I love the effortless tranquility of the place, the wonderful drinks and freshly prepared meals, the lovely views, the proximity to the coast. It is rare to find such a unique hotel in such a great location. I will return again and again.

If any guest finds something they do not like at this lovely place, I would be very surprised. Expect to feel as if you are being looked after by a family in their own delightful home; it is not the Four Seasons, but that is the whole point.

This small boutique hotel is amazing ! It should be called El Paraíso ! The setting in nature is absolutely lovely, the food is the best by far we had in Chile (with fruits and vegetables direct from the garden), the rooms are large and well designed and last but not least, the staff was so kind and helpful. Million thanks to Taibi and Francisco for everything 🙏

This is a really special place to stay - quite unique. It is a world away from the ubiquitous chain hotels - this family-run home-from-home is intimate, warm, beautifully designed and chic without being flashy. The food was particularly good; freshly prepared using very high-quality local ingredients. The menu was limited but did not disappoint. The owners were good enough to light the wonderful open fire in the restaurant to warm up the cool evenings - perfect for my son and I to play chess and enjoy a nightcap.

The freshwater pool is a little too ´natural´ for my liking. The concept is fine, but it was not to my taste. Others will probably find it absolutely fine, however!

the hotel is beautifully appointed. The gardens are lovely, and the food is outstanding. Taibi and Carolina were the perfect hosts.

Didn’t have any complaints.
