Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The room was definitely clean. The host was responsive day or night he was always there to answer. The Tv is a nice addition, but be prepared with a usb with some movies or so. The location is close to el mamsha but not close enough to the noisy part of it
The door locks needed some maintenace, the enterance and the bathroom would need some force to be opened and closed Some cockroaches would sneak in from the little crack at the bottom of the enterance door (killed 3 of them) but it was ok not an infestation or so

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026We booked a triple room, it was as described in the photos and description. It has freezing AC, a mini fridge, and a TV. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water wasn't salty as in some hotels, it was groundwater I think so it was good, but indeed not drinkable It has a sink with some dishes and a kettle. The location is in the Tourist walkway so it's perfect and near everything you wanna go to.
The TV didn't have a receiver, and can't be mirrored by a mobile phone. So basically to use it you must have an anycast or a usb with some movies on it.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026J'étais seul pour faire de la plongée. La situation géographique est excellente, proche de tout. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre: lit et oreiller comfortables, frigo, assiettes, verres, couverts, serviette.
Comme la salle de bain est petite, la douche est ouverte et il faut essuyer après l'avoir utilisé.

The bed were comfortable and clean, as ti the bathroom although it was a little worn out with rust, fridge was working good and wasn't loud. Overall very good experience.
Walls were very thin The could hear the people in the other room, and they would hit the walls to we could lower our voice.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026We had reserved the triple bed studio, it was exactly as per the images on booking.com. Amr who manages/ owns the place is very helpful and attentive, and was very prompt with responses on messages and was really helpful to accommodate booking related queries on our part. As such the room is spacious, neat and clean, beds were comfortable. Our reservation was without breakfast. The room had a limited pantry. For the price, the room was really good.
For us, the location was a bit further away from the part of Dahaab (northern) we preferred to hang out in, and it became a 20 to 25 minute walk each time. The bathroom was a bit small and usually while taking the shower, the WC would get wet. The water from the tap was salty so we could not use it in the kettle to boil.

千万要保护好钥匙，因为只有一把钥匙，我们当时搞不见了，被迫让老板叫人开锁，换锁，费用700埃及磅，然后还要多给1000埃及磅给老板定制挂在钥匙上的钥匙扣。总共加起来1700埃及磅。

המקלחת טעונה שיפור, גם לאחר התיקון עדיין היה בעיה עם הזרם. כדאי לשדרג את המזרנים ואיכות המגבות

The studio was clean and equipped with modern appliances in both the private and common areas, making for a very comfortable stay. The on-site team was incredibly supportive, always available to help with any request with kindness. A special, huge thanks to the owner, Amr, for his outstanding hospitality and personal touch to create this space that made me feel so welcome and comfortable. His and his family's efforts create a uniquely calm and pleasurable atmosphere. White Flat Studio is highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.

В первую ночь под окнами сидели люди и шумели. А также по утрам начинают ремонтировать рядом стоящее здание. Душ требует замены, да и всю ванную комнату не мешало бы обновить.

The property is not as shown in the photos. The photos were taken when the furnishing was done like 10y aggo. Not as clean, we had one towell for 2 week, no changing of the sheets, not enough toilet paper. Useless kitchen no almost no utensils. The bathroom had rusted shower and fawcet, toilet lid was also broken.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2024The 3 beds was perfect for me and my friends, the AC worked very well! We had good water pressure in the bathroom and a big fridge and sink in the kitchen. The location was perfect for us because we were still close enough to the main strip with out the noise and more privacy when we needed to step outside. The space was very clean and the host was very responsive anytime we had questions or needed anything.
The WiFi wasn’t too strong and did not work some of the times when we were in the room. The room doesn’t have enough mirrors, only the small half mirror in the bathroom so made it hard for us to get ready.

After we arrived at our place in Dahab, the host, Amr, showed us great hospitality. Throughout our stay, he was extremely helpful, providing guidance on places to visit, shop, and explore. He even drove us around and shared local dishes with us at the beach. In short, during our time in Dahab, Amr became our guide, translator, and friend. His interpersonal skills are exceptional.
