The location of the property is amazing. The beach in front of the property is so peaceful. The food and drinks were of top notch quality. Highly recommended for spending quality time with family and partners.

Clean & comfortable rooms, great access to the beach, excellent food (and coffee) - even with dietary restrictions. Exceptionally great service by the staff. Thank you Chris, Kelly, Sanjog and Raj. The resident friendly dogs & cats are an added bonus.

Superb location in Ashvem and a very nice part of the beach. The property is new, very clean, luxurious and well appointed. The best part- the service. The staff is super super nice- Arati the owner, Mellissa at the front desk, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The food at the restaurant is great, we didn’t step out at all. And the doggos :) We usually stay at 5 star resorts and i was a bit apprehensive about staying here initially but I was not disappointed! Will definitely be back !

Well, it's total value for money. Exceptional experience overall, the stay with private access to a secluded clean beach, taken great care of by all members of the staff at the resort. The curated menu at their restaurant is the cherry on the cake! Highly recommend!!

The room had a wooden plank sort of a wall separating the adjoining room, and we had noisy neighbours. That was surely disturbing us time and again with really loud music.

Location was perfect just on the beach, breakfast spread and timing till 11.30AM was the best feature of this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Palma Beach Resort. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and the entire property was stunning. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. What made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Arti, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay and was always happy to assist with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Nothing really — just the privacy for the ground floor room was a challenge- people walking past can see into the garden rooms. - not sure how that can be corrected - but the location is stunning.

I don’t write reviews often but this one I had to. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. The front desk was lovely from the start, very warm and no hassle at all. The spa treatments were really great. I had a couple of treatments during my stay and both times I walked out completely melted. Really skilled therapists. My cabin was also beautiful, very private and nicely done. I spent most of my evenings just sitting outside doing nothing which for me says everything. Food was consistently good throughout, fresh and not trying too hard. And then there is Arti. I’m not sure what else to say except that she made my stay so much nicer. Always there, always kind, remembered everything. You don’t always get that!

The overall resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. The beach front was easily accessible from the resort. The beach was very clean and gave an overall pleasant experience.

From the moment we arrived the guest experience was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was exceptional, and the location was gorgeous. Access to the beach was unmatched with comfy beach beds and free towels. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the serene atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the shower was very nice.

Замечательное место. С первых минут появилось ощущение, что ты попал в райское место. Тут очень красивая и уютная территория, вся в зелени и цветах, люди все доброжелательные от управляющей до садовников. Еда хорошая, океан прекрасен, чистый пляж. Номер отличный.

Я бы добавила бутылку с водой в ванную для чистки зубов, т.к. вода пахнет металлом или коррозией. Плохая слышимость между номерами, наши соседки приходили поздно ночью, шумели и долго не спали, поэтому беруши были нашим спасением.

We had a really lovely stay at your Palma. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained, and the overall vibe is calm, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in the sea view room and it was absolutely beautiful — waking up to that view was definitely a highlight of our trip. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. A special thank you to Yash and Arthi for managing our stay so seamlessly — they truly made us feel taken care of throughout. We’d also like to thank Pritam, Jiten, and Chris, who went out of their way to help us at different points and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a very refreshing and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back again.

One small suggestion — the breakfast buffet could be elevated to better match the quality and standard of the à la carte offerings.

My stay was unfortunately very disappointing. The cleanliness standards were extremely poor — the room felt unclean, and the bathroom was particularly dirty and unpleasant to use. Overall hygiene was clearly not a priority. The only positive aspect was the food, which was decent. However, this does not make up for the lack of cleanliness and comfort. The stay was not comfortable at all, and I would not consider returning or recommending this hotel to others.

A beautiful property with an excellent restaurant on-site with reasonable prices. We ended up eating and drinking there daily.

The stay was comfortable, and the sales executive, Yash, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout. The location is exceptional, and the rooms are well-appointed, with some offering beautiful views. The breakfast spread is also impressive, with a good variety of options.

However, it’s worth noting that staff availability is limited during the night, and there is no room service, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, the property does not have a swimming pool, so you may want to consider this before booking.

Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und wahnsinnig schön. Die Zimmer sind auch geräumig, sauber, schön und modern. Am Strand, der sehr schön ist, stehen genügend Liegen bereit und Handtücher bekommt man auch. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ein absoluter Traum, sowohl die Gerichte in der Auslage als auch die extra zu bestellenden Eierspeisen und Ähnliches. Auch das Abendessen (a la carte) war wahnsinnig lecker! Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp hat problemlos funktioniert. Es wurde uns auch zuverlässig für ca 30€ ein Flughafentransfer (Dabolim) organisiert. Wir waren zwar nur 3 Nächte hier, aber es war wirklich Erholung pur und würden immer wieder zurück kommen! Großes Dankeschön auch an Arti, die alles so super im Griff hat!

Loved the chilled out vibe of this beautifully run resort. The property is maintained to the highest standard. Staff are treated like family as are their guests. The restaurant was run very professionally even with the current restrictions of obtaining LPG due to the world crisis. I witnessed how management supported one of their staff members who had a serious motorcycle accident. It was humbling to see. They organised Airport Transfers for me which ran like clockwork. I had a wonderful stay at Palma Beach Resort. The entire team did an outstanding job. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the whole team. I don’t want to mention individual names as I might miss someone, but every single person contributed to this great experience.

There were a few small details I might have done differently, coming from a background in upscale hospitality. However, these were very minor and did not affect my overall experience at all. Considering the local context, everything was excellent.

Palma Beach Resort was incredible. The location was perfect for us, with a beautiful stretch of beach to stroll and relax along. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was so tasty and cooked with so much flavour - couldn’t fault the many dishes we tried during our stay. The hospitality was amazing, we were always greeted by everyone we walked past and nothing was too much of an ask. The rooms were clean, comfy and a great size for us. It was a great plus to be there during the evenings where they had live performances too. We can’t wait to come back and stay again in the future!

What an incredible resort with amazing staff. The location is best in North Goa! Stayed there for 6 nights and one of my most incredible stays and definitely will come back.

A beautiful property, with great attention to detail. The gardens and plants are wonderfully maintained and the beach is literally on the doorstep. Everyone who works here has been so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I am travelling alone and the people who work here have all made my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked Palma on a bit of a whim having booked hotels in the middle and south of Goa. The place massively exceeded my expectations, wondeful setting, great breakfast, very kind staff. I would go back in a heartbeat. The surfing and yoga instructors aligned to the hotel were also fantastic.

Nothing really springs to mind. A gym would be nice but again is non essential.

We loved everything about Palma Beach Resort. The bungalow we had faced the sea and was very comfortable with lovely views of the waves and sunsets. The service from all the staff was exceptional and the quality of the food at the restaurant fantastic. Special mention to Arti who was so welcoming and made us feel at home right throughout our stay. Great location: Ashven beach is spectacular. The rooms are very comfortable - some of the best beds in India!. The food is great - although menu a bit limited

Looking for a small boutique paradise in Goa, don't look any further, you have found it! This place combines local roots and authenticity (nicely decorated rooms, menu full of delicious Goa & Indian dishes, the real Goa breakfast - but also great international cuisine), with super friendly staff (in the restaurant, the cleaning staff and gardener), highly involved management (with owner Arti there to take care of you), and top massage therapists, in a supreme setting in a quiet area of Ashwem beach. It feels like your new home away from home. It's almost like staying with family but with better food ;-) I've only seen happy customer faces... immediately rebooked for next year. No doubts!

The walls are a bit thin, so depending on whether there are noisy neighbors or not, this was sometimes a bit of a challenge. When we called reception to ask them to inform our neighbors to cut down the TV volume a bit, they didn't hesitate to help.

The staff is attentive, and caring. Aarti is super kind and welcoming. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the guests feel welcomed and leave with a great memory and experience. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is set in a lush, well-maintained tropical garden, which creates a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean, tastefully designed, and offered a lovely view. The large, modern bathroom was another great bliss. The absolute highlight however was the beach restaurant - absolutely outstanding and close to fine dining quality. We had dinner there on four evenings, and every single dish was a delight both in taste and presentation. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The location right by the beach is perfect, especially for those looking for peace and relaxation. The spa was also excellent – the 90-minute massage was a dream, and the atmosphere was calm and very pleasant. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

The room could be a bit sensitive to noise for very light sleepers, as the walls are somewhat thin. Also, this is not a negative point about the hotel itself, but it might be helpful for travelers who are new to Goa or India: the hotel requests the deposit via Razorpay through an external payment link. This can be a little confusing if you are not familiar with this system, as payments are often handled differently in other countries. We actually received a payment request from another hotel via WhatsApp during our trip, which later turned out to be a scam. Because of that experience, the Razorpay request initially made us a bit cautious. However, the hotel’s payment request was legitimate and everything worked out fine.

Wow, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It was the perfect size in terms of occupancy! The coziness and closeness to the beach blew my mind. Our room was super comfortable, and the bathroom was quite large to my surprise. I cannot thank the staff enough- they were soo kind to us, and very attentive. My friend and I got sick and they made us a concotion that instantly made us feel better. It just felt so nice to live the slow life at the beach with an amazing cup of coffee. Struttura in posizione ideale, tranquilla e direttamente sulla spiaggia. Le camere sono spaziose, anche il bagno, pulite, ben arredate e dotate di tutto quanto possa servire. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia quotidiana della camera ed il ristorante aperto tutto il giorno, un angolo di paradiso proprio sul mare. E' stata una esperienza assolutamente memorabile!

The location was lovely! Nice beach with chairs, towels good service. The rooms were luxurious, clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, went way and beyond!!! I only have one complaint about the manager in the restaurant who was quite rude both to me as a paying guest and very rude to his staff… he needs to loose his attitude.

I absolutely loved my time at Palma Beach Goa! Everything exceeded my expectations. We stayed in a beautiful room with a fantastic view - it was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had such a cozy atmosphere. The proximity to the ocean is perfect - you can easily walk there in a couple of minutes. The food in the restaurant was delicious, lots of variety and rich flavors. But what really stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Special thanks to masseuse Emma, who does Balinese massage even better than in Indonesia. Thank you for a memorable vacation. I will definitely come back!

We had the most relaxing and beautiful stay at this resort, exactly what we were looking for to reconnect with nature. The property is stunning—surrounded by lush greenery and facing a very clean, serene, and less crowded beach. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Vijay, Biren, Jeevan, Vinayak, Alwyn and Jetandar were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating with any request. In fact, the entire team was wonderful—always smiling, checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable, and treating guests like family. It was impressive how they remembered guests by name and created such a warm, jovial atmosphere. The beachfront restaurant, Ashwem, attached to the resort, serves excellent food and cocktails. The spa is also outstanding and a must-try during your stay. The location, ambiance, food, staff, and overall vibe of the resort are simply perfect for a relaxed vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A special thanks to Aarthi for being such a wonderful host and making our stay even more memorable.
