War alles vorhanden und hat gut funktioniert. Es war alles sauber und das Bad hatte eine gute Größe. Bei Fragen war der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar via booking. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026We booked and stayed for 2 weeks. The property was in a great location with easy access to the subway. Lots of great places to eat and a beautiful bakery just down on the corner to get lots of treats. Mia was very welcoming and made the check in easy. The apartment offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay with linen change every 5 days and good aircon which was required as it was very hot out. It also felt very safe and secure.
It just didn’t have coffee cups. Other than that it offered everything we needed.

Reviewed May 20, 2026The apartment is clean, bright and nice. It has everything you need for a stay. The location is quite good, near the subway station and the Daegu railway station is also very close. There is a luggage storage on the first floor which is very convenient.
The self check-in kiosk posed an issue with an early stay. Thankfully the staff member helped check-in a little earlier than 16:00.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2025ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC...with a clear flavour of boutique hotel (with nice and funny decorations) ! High quality furniture, big studio with living area separated from sleep area by a sliding glass door, very big and nice kitchinette (including washing machine), big TV, excellent wi-fi and the location is simply perfect...just in the middle of the city. The subway station is 300m away. The check-in and check-out were easy and fully digitalized. We were able to let the luggages at the reception until the check-in was possible. A simple recommendation is really not enough for the nuce feeling we gad in this studio ! Well done and keep in touch ! Thank you for this experience !

Reviewed Aug 20, 2024I love Mia's attention, she was always answering my messages in less than an hour and solving it right away. The cleanliness of the room was superb!!! Excellent location at Daegu Downtown.
It should be a sign at the kiosk so you as a guest know that you should register there and also, I would like to have translations or written in English the directions for the air conditioner, the dry-clean apparel, etc. The elevators are so slow and there were too many people in that building, specially at peak hours.

Only 2 hard kitchen chairs and a stool to sit on. No standing space on one side of the bed.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2023The apartment is very close to the subway station, shopping center and restaurants. Despite being next to the street it was very quiet during day and night. The room was clean, comfortable and it had many useful things, like hair ironing, bandages, ear cleaners which all came in handy. We could also cook with the kitchenwares quite well. The staff was very nice and helpful, they gave extra garbage bags when we ran out of them. We accidentally left a few clothes in the apartment and they notified us immediately and stored them for us so we could go back for them. I would recommend this place for everyone who wants to stay in a modern flat close to Banwoldang and the subway.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2023The studio is taken exceptional care of. A real home away from home. Very clean and very well organized. Windows are super soundproof. They are double windows; even if you open the window a little bit, you still barely hear this overall busy street. The location is just in the middle of everything. Major train and bus stations are 15 min by subway. Another bus terminal is less than half an hour away. The nice city park is one block away. Major attractions within walking distance, too. There is a washing machine within the unit; dryers are in the building, but you need to pay for them. There are also free lockers on the same floor as dryers. The owner is very responsive to messages.
Very difficult to find. The owner sent me pictures with directions from the subway, but it seems the area has changed since the pictures were taken. For those who are going to rent this apartment, which I definitely recommend, I would suggest asking for what is around, not only the address. It is listed as a one-bedroom apartment, but it is actually a small studio, though nice and cute.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2023It looked like a brand new apartment, all appliances were impeccable and has everything you need.
I believe it was a Booking.com issue but I was overcharged while booking this apartment. It showed one price until the last step and then it charged me more. I complain to Booking.com but they didn’t do anything about it, as usual. Be careful when you book, it’s ridiculous but take screenshots to have prove in case it happens.
