The bed had a spring mattress. A firmer regular mattress would be better.

Breakfast had all the food varieties 24 hour restaurant facility. Has shopping centre in the same compound. Has 2 lifts in the hotel, so no issue during peak hours. Very good free WiFi connectivity in the room. Overall Good experience and Highly recommend

Reviewed Aug 22, 2024The experience was amazing and was beyond expectation. I stayed with my mom and was in little dilema while choosing this hotel. But when I have reached there, I could find out the facility is not less than a 5 star. Starting from the reception till house keeping, everyone was very polite and helpfull. The room service was excellent. Last but not the least, the breakfast options are outstanding and give you a 5 star feel. I would definitely visit again.
The matress and pillow was giving little trouble to my neck as it was very soft.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so neat and clean, everything in the room was spick and span. Loved the restaurant and breakfast spread provided. All the staff was helpful and polite. The bathroom was clean with new fixtures with running hot water at all times and AC of the room was in top condition. Stayed in the executive room and it was of a decent size. Everything was just perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free stay in Asansol.
