Stay Gaon

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage und eine gute Inneneinrichtung. Auch das kleine Frühstück und kostenlose Wasser waren sehr erfreulich. Das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich, eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Klima wäre schön gewesen ;)

Das Gemeinschaftsbad war recht alt, noch gut in Schuss, aber sowohl der Raum, als auch die Abtrennungen waren schon etwas älter und nicht ganz so gut gepflegt. Dieses stand im Kontrast zum Rest der Unterkunft. Der Gemeinschaftsraum lag leider auf der Sonnenseite, sodass dieser sich leider schnell aufgeheitzt hat und auch die Klimaanlage es nur halbwegs geschafft hat ihn abzukühlen.

Abbiamo avuto problemi e si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili. Ancora un grazie per la gentilezza.

公共區域的景觀無敵，房間不大但也很夠用了~ 距離地鐵站和樂天百貨很近很方便，服務人員也很親切，提前到剛好房間也整理好了，就讓我們直接入住☺️☺️☺️

浴室比較小，洗完澡馬桶等等都會濕掉，以及水龍頭漏水所以有點生鏽了~

住宿地點方便 有冰箱、微波爐可以使用，有牛奶/小餅乾/水可以自取很貼心 整體環境乾淨舒適，退房後提供行李寄放

La cocina-salón para prepararse el desayuno con unas vistas fantásticas..La limpieza. Los armarios para dejar los zapatos antes de entrar.

No había mucho espacio para dejar las cosas (para la ropa, utensilios baño, etc) pero esto es bastante común en Corea y Japón.

Tout ! Sauf notre salle de bain à l’extérieur. Sinon parfait, emplacement, propreté/confort, jolie vue, et gentillesse de l’hôte. Capsules de café à volonté le matin ! Au top.

公区景色很好，设施齐全，有冰箱水槽等，还提供一些免费的零食和限量的牛奶。位置在南浦洞边上，离地铁很近，周边也有很多吃饭的地方，去影岛也很方便。房间内的装潢非常顶级，让房间非常温馨清新

玻璃似乎是多层连体式的，且和内窗有一定间隔，在下大雨时有较大噪音。

Juste parfait ! J'ai séjourné 4 jours et rien à redire. Hôte parfait, chambre propre et literie confortable avec vue sur le port de busan, cuisine magnifique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire à manger ou déjeuner, et hôtel très bien situé et desservis. Le petit plus c'est l'accès à une machine à laver et sèche linge.

Per i miei standard il bagno in camera era davvero troppo piccolo. La doccia sostanzialmente era il bagno stesso. Tutto sommato faceva il suo dovere

Salle de bain un peu petite mais pour qq jours, c’est tout à fait supportable

Le principe est particulier. Peu d’interaction avec le personnel si ce n’est par messagerie, mais cela est efficace et ils répondent rapidement. Ils nous laissent en totale autonomie tout en s’assurant que l’on manque de rien.

The hotel is in a very good and quiet location. There’s a metro station nearby, and it’s just one stop to the train station. The common areas are very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the dining room window was breathtaking both during the day and at night. Although we didn’t see the hosts, the instructions they sent were very clear. They also let us use the laundry service for free, which was very helpful after flying in from Jeju Island. The dining room had plenty of snacks, drinks, coffee, and tea. If I ever return to Busan, I’ll choose this hotel without hesitation. It’s a shame we only had two nights here. Thanks again to the hosts.

旅館在7樓，梯間有鞋櫃可以換室內拖鞋，出入有密碼鎖，不用擔心忘記帶或是弄丟鑰匙。 旁邊就是樂天百貨，也有樂天超市，走路可以到南浦洞到札嘎其的購物商圈與地下街，採買購物超級方便！地鐵站和公車站也是幾步路的距離，樓下就有7-11，隨時補給超方便！ 房間裝潢的風格非常舒適典雅，不論白天還是夜晚在公共空間都可以看到釜山港的美景，最後一天退房時要趕早上飛機，因而意外看到日出超級美，都被驚艷到了，一直跟台灣的朋友們推薦這家。 除此之外旅館員工也很客氣，幫我補充洗髮精，提供少量的洗護備品。 公共空間免費提供的ARIH完全擄獲身為阿米的心💜，還有牛奶、早餐穀物、膠囊咖啡、茶包、礦區水、餅乾，飲水機等可以免費使用。 房間內有提供吹風機(冷、溫、熱3段溫度與風速選擇）、插座轉換頭和充電線，但充電線似乎壞掉了沒辦法正常充電。 床鋪也很舒服，隔音也很好，入住5晚沒聽到其他房客的噪音，讓人獲得充分的休息，下次來釜山還會考慮訂這家，真的太讚了！

房間空間比較小，一個人住比較適合，放一個28吋大行李箱剛剛好，如果兩個人要放兩個大行李箱可能通道空間很小。 熱水水量一般，不是超級大那種，所以要洗比較久。但這些都是小問題，不影響整體體驗！

We stayed in a room with three beds with a separate private room with a toilet/shower/vanity and a changing space. The facility was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, with a soft full pillow. One of the comfortable places to sleep that I’ve had in all my Asia travel (about 3 months total with a dozen locations). The separate lounge area is beautiful and comfortable. There is a hostel-style shared fridge and the host provides some light snacks that are super helpful. There is a stunning view, especially at night. The host is incredibly responsive and went far beyond any expectation. We wanted to see a KBO baseball game and the host went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about her thoughtful care.

Good value and nice area close to the train station. We liked the walk up to Democracy Park. Communication with host was great. They were very responsive and detailed in their communication. They also let us check in early without an extra fee which was very much appreciated.

Bathroom was clean but very basic, no shelves, hooks for clothing or toilet brush. Good for a few days but for a longer stay we would choose somewhere more comfortable.

i love the interior and the whole feeling the place made me feel. i love how thoughtful they were that they provided snacks and drinks for us because some days i went out too late and couldn't get any food. its very clean and easy to get about and not forgetting the amazing view from the common area. would definitely come back again.

A fantastic place in Busan. Very nicely decorated, clean, and in a great location. Excellent communication with the owner. Our room was really large, bright, and cozy. The bathroom was outside the room, but only for our use; it was actually an extra room with a bathroom. The common room had huge windows overlooking the harbor and was decorated in a pretty, Scandinavian style. Guests were provided with free milk, juice, cereal, small snacks, and capsule coffee. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose the same location next time.

C’est beau avec une salle à manger vitrée où on peut réchauffer des plats ou faire des ramen avec une vue sur le port et le pont pour Yeongdo. Des cartons de jus, du lait , capsules café, thé, Céréales et biscuits en self service. Pas de personnel mais les instructions et l’accès digital impeccable. L’efficacité coréenne encore ! On a bien dormi et surtout apprécié ce quartier calme et authentique après avoir visité les quartiers bruyants de Gwangali et Haeundae.

Расположен на 7 этаже здания по соседству с супермаркетом Лотте. Пешком доходили до рыбного рынка Чагальчи. Номера небольшие, но чистые и аккуратные. Общая лаунж зона с прекрасным видом, где можно посидеть, попить бесплатные напитки( чай, кофе, вода, соки) с печеньками.

I have stayed here 3 years ago, this time I came with my family. The place is still as charming as before, property is well taken care. Beautiful view of the sea port. Well located, safe for single ladies.

La cama y almohada son cómodas, la habitación cuenta con ventana. La habitación es más amplia que la media que nos hemos encontrado en Corea. Cuenta con un tocador. Además, cuenta con una zona común donde puedes usar los electrodomésticos y disponen de café, purificador de agua, microondas, tocadiscos... Es muy guay para desayunar/comer con amigos. La ubicación es buena, está cerca de puntos turísticos.

El perchero era algo endeble, como le colgaras más de dos cosas se caía.

非常喜歡您們的旅店，典雅時尚的設計風格，讓我們父女留下深刻的印象。旅店旁邊就是地下鐵南浦站以及樂天百貨公司，附近更有光復路時尚街、BIFF廣場、國際市場、札嘎其市場、富平罐頭市場，實在太好逛的地方，當然處處都有美食可以享用。旅店交誼廳也提供簡易的甜點、飲料、咖啡、燕麥杯等，配合著音樂，吃著點心、喝著咖啡，愉悅地欣賞無敵的海景。 我們入住天數5日，遇上一個問題不大的問題，謝謝客服人員迅速的回覆與處理，讓我們有個愉快難忘的旅程。

We fell sick during our time in Busan and Stay Gaon was super accommodating, allowed us to extend our stay on very short notice, and provided additional utilities.

The view from the shared space was amazing, and the whole place was super clean. We had a nice, large room with more than enough space for our belongings. The location is very convenient and the overall experience was very nice!

The shower/toilet were down the hallway, which was indicated, but it wasn’t great at night. We didn’t like the unmanned concept of the reception because it took the host long to answer our questions through booking messages.

I stayed there with my friend for 4 nights in a private room for 2 with private bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean and everything very practical and well equipped ! (Once you got used to Corean-style shower ;) ) The common room is very beautiful and has an insane view on the harbor - we were beyond happy to spend our breakfast time there with free drinks and snacks, great music (there is a disk player !!) and wonderful view ! Jane was also so kind to let us use the washing machine and the dryer - a huge thanks again !

沒有一切都爛到爆炸!!!

我們預定11/15~11/18，但住宿方於11/15[當天的凌晨]發訊息告知我們，因前房客退房後發現床墊有污漬，所以無法提供我們原房型入住，所以將我們的房間改為一間雙床房、一間雙人房，問題是這家的其他房型小到像監獄，到底是去旅行度假還是去活受罪?重點是我當天就要入住了，他們死拖活拖 拖到凌晨才發訊息通知?這根本強迫我們接受，再來就是這段期間卡到釜山煙火節，一來住宿很貴二來住宿也所剩不多，剩的也都偏爛或是貴到爆，而且當下住宿方有如果我們無法接受他們提供的方案，只能等隔天通知booking協助我們找到其他住宿，結果呢!!隔天一早沒人處理這件事情，我們想說到釜山當地再去看一下現場狀況再看使否要調整，結果就當我們中午已經在ktr上了才收到訊息說我們訂房[被取消]，這一切真的是有夠荒謬有夠離譜，這間住宿就是爛到爆炸、處理問題能力也有夠差勁，打死不推看到這篇還想入住的真的是好自為之 保重!!!!!

This is my 2nd time at Stay Gaon because I wrote in my 1st review that I would come back if ever I visited Busan again. Why? Because this place has made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at home. So everything was exactly as expected. The host was considerate and their response to chat messages was also very quick and efficient. I like that there is a lounge where we could just relax and enjoy the view. There are many restaurants and sights around this area and transportation is so convenient. So if I come to Busan for a 3rd time, I'll be back at Stay Gaon for sure!

Good location near jalgachi market, biff square and Busan tower. No staff on property but answer quickly via WhatsApp whenever you need something. Really helpful.

Perfect location with fantastic view on the port from the common area, , 10 minutes walk from the fish market and 15 from many other attractions. Room was sparkling clean, exelletn beds, modren and cozy at the same time, Common area was so nice, with free refreshments , cool for reading, having breakfast, coffeee throughout the day, or just looking at the port,

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Gemeinschaftsbereich. Sauber und komfortabel. Ich durfte etwas früher einchecken. Snacks und Getränke sind kostenlos.

Vom Flughafen kann man nur mit dem Taxi hierher gelangen oder 3 verschiedene U-Bahnen nehmen. Sehr kompliziert. Der direkte Flughafenbus darf NUR mit Handgepäck genutzt werden!! Bitte beachten!

I really enjoyed my stay at Stay Gaon. The location was perfect — right in Jung-gu, just steps from the Gwangbok Underground Shopping Mall and convenient to many sights. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the shared lounge overlooking the harbor was absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in smooth. It felt peaceful and homely, a great base for exploring Busan.

Everything was pleasant and well-maintained.
