The hotel did not receive our booking due to system failure and our booked room (Deluxe Queen Studio with 2 queen beds, living room and pool view) was not available. We have been offered a room in the backyard far away from pool and within an ongoing construction. It had one queen bed and 2 single beds only. The size of the single beds is suitable for children and small persons, their matrace is very hard. The room was not used for a long time and the was a thick dust under the beds and on top of the cabinet. For the mosquitos in the room we bought a spray in a nearby 7 Eleven.

Breakfast is good. The place to sleep is clean, beds are comfortable. It has kitchen where we enjoyed to cook our own meals. They provided a water dispenser hot and cold. A very nice place to stay indeed. It is a place where You make it feels like home away from home. I would like to go back again next time. Toilet paper , soap, shampoo, dish soap, even a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Water heater is available . Bathrooms are very clean . We had a good time. A very convenient place to stay . It has everything you need when not at home. Wifi is good. Staff are superb very friendly. Jean was very helpful. Has good manners, she made our stay easy. Thanks Jean. We appreciated your help. Keys to the door sometime is hard to remove after locking it. Replacing it with tap card could be better. The beach isn’t in the backyard. However, it is at least 20 minutes drive but it’s ok. You can settle down with two swimming pools anyways.

First of all, when the photos and the room's caption as a family studio, we did not expect to join other people in the living room. There were three other rooms like dormitory which were occupied and they were noisy. Secondly, during our two nights' stay the pool's filtration system was running and we were not able to sleep peacefully. Lastly, we when we ordered breakfast as an additional expense, they took 1 hour.

some country wide maintenance issues/neglect, did not know there was a "common area" in the reso, it appeared to be private. Had to amend stay due to mandatory evacuation for a Super Typhoon, owner refused to refund the days I could not stay. That alone is why it is unlikely to return.

The staff were excellent, no question. The swimming pool appeared to have been well-maintained and clean. Beds were great. The property boasts great fauna around the pool and offers a great inland resort destination, with a few exceptions and some room for improvement. Although the Management was commendable for their efforts to reopen the resort and keep electricity running, including AC, immediately after the storm, they seemed un-hospitable. The first night was particularly stressful, made us choose another room with numerous beds which we didnt need. Management demanded 2000 pesos, which wasn't clearly laid out, but in the end, they didn't ask for it anymore. Breakfast food wasn't appetizing, but for that time, it was acceptable. The dining area was dark, with flies buzzing and landing on the table, making eating an unpleasant experience. I wasn't sure if there was a business centre; however, the villa's common area was very quiet during my work hours (11PM to 6:30 AM), which was excellent for a working environment. The wifi was speed/latency were great too.

The chickens crowed and dogs barked all night. Ref in room did not work. Bathroom had many cockroaches. Check in took forever.

The owners are very accommodating and managed to cater to all our requests. The rooms are clean and very relaxing.

Proximity and location, value and rooms are big .. it’s really great for a large number of group or family … the first time we checked-in there were 13 of us and John gave us the family suite that is just perfect for us .. with kitchen amenities, large table and ref .. you can cook your own food if you want .. and they have the best customer service ever ! All the staffs are very friendly, kind and courteous .. Highly recommended ..I’m going back to this place for sure .. Thank you and more power 😊

there were ants in our room so make sure not to scatter sweets or food that attracts them ..

The place is amazing for the money. The kids loved it, the hotel owner was very helpful. Hard to know how to praise this hotel more.

Nice staff, shared kitchen is big and convenient. Many young people enjoy the swimming pool.

It was very disappointing. We left a box of stuff in the property and they didn't even reach out or contact us to get it. It was my fault but they should have let us know.

Peaceful/Relaxing place. Common area for Overnight stay with free use of things from the amenities. Hot shower! Recommended place for team building. With own Resto/Snack bar. Friendly and accommodating staffs!

Cellular signal for Globe is not that strong, but considering the place is where you can relax away from the noisy urban areas, though you can still use your mobile data.

I love everything about this place! It's clean, the staff were top notch! They even did a service recovery by giving us a complimentary breakfast when there was a mix up with the booking. The place is beautiful and well-kept despite them allowing walk-ins. I would definitely go back!

The guest house was comfy, homey, clean, & cool. Staff & owner were kind & friendly. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves most of the time. The kids had a lovely time in the pool. The place is pretty with lots of trees, plants, & flowers in bloom. Our stay was relaxing & fun. We hope to come back as a bigger group & stay longer.

Microwave didn't work. Lol. Not many options when it comes to food, no Grab or FoodPanda too. Best to bring some food with you or scope out nearby dining places.

Pool is very nice as it caters for kids and adults and pool water temperature was 👌👍 .. I would give credit to the cook (pizza,pansit) were lovely.. and food/drinks pricing was just right 🥇 management/ owners were hands-on (they reply to your concerns) which we appreciated

Not being informed beforehand that some things in the room are faulty (lampshade, wall sockets)

The place is clean, staff are very friendly. They make our stay very comfortable. Surely recomending this place to my friends and family here and abroad.

I love the place even though it rain the whole time of our stay. Pool facility is fun for the kids and for us adult too.

*Wifi connection could be better, as they have many open wifi(which is a plus !!!) I look forward to a more speedy connection for each room next time. *The bathroom/toilet could be improved as through out our stay, it was clogged. However, not too much fuss on this as they have outdoor toilets available.

very hard to find

For the price, it was well worth it. The pool was pristine, our room was very clean, and we could tell our bedsheets were newly washed. John, the owner and his wife were very present and hands on. He personally greeted us and even had a small talk. His gracious wife even took our pictures. Lenlen, the resort manager made everything smooth and easy. We ordered dinner and it was great. The free breakfast was even better. I highly recommend this resort!!!

The owner was so accommodating and the kind enough to upgrade our room. Vibe of the place was super homey. We will definitely come back to try on their facilities.
