De ligging van de accommodatie en het zwembad.

Er waren redelijk wat technische mankementen aan de accommodatie. Zo kwamen de panelen in de douche van de muur waar ze drie dagen voor terug moesten komen om te maken. Dezelfde badkamer liep na het douchen vol water. De kraan in de keuken zat heel los en in een van de kamer rook het naar schimmel die ook zichtbaar was op het plafond.

Het is een heerlijk huis. Mooi centraal aan de Caracasbaaiweg waardoor je gelijk alle kanten op kunt. Het was ook fijn dat er bij aankomst koffie en wat drinken in de koelkast stond. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Accomodatie heeft ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen voldaan! Zeer vriendelijke host, goede bereikbaarheid, de accommodatie is werkelijk alle gemakken voorzien in een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Prachtig zwembad met een zeer ruim terras. Alles klopte!

Goede ligging,netjes,rustig en ruim

Een heerlijk appartement. Er was genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Heerlijke veranda met alle comfort. Keuken met alles erop en eraan. Fijn om gelijk vanaf de veranda naar het zwembad te lopen. Erg makkelijk met kinderen. Mooie tuin en lekker zwembad.

In the master bathroom was 1 part of the douche door missing. There was only one door, reason why the door was not able to close properly.

Great location, close to Jan Thiel beach. Wonderful spacious balcony.

The bathrooms need renovating: tiny showers, no ventilation, broken shower sliding door. No soap or shampoo provided.

The communication with the reservations and host was great. All my inquiries were quickly answered which gave me a sense of personalization. Prior to arriving, I liked that we didn't have to worry about consumables or electricity and water. We knew the cost of our stay upfront, which makes the stay more enjoyable. The complex is located 10 min from Mambo beach and is self gated. The area felt very safe. The apartment is located on the first floor and is quite spacious. The back terrace was a lovely space to eat and sit. It overlooked the shared pool. The access to the pool is simply a short walk down the path from the terrace. Felt very private. Nighttime was breezy and never felt over heated. Some mosquitos, but because of the wind, it was a minimal botheration. The AC units are located in the bedrooms which provided enough air for the unit. However, it never got too hot in the apartment despite the over 30 degrees temperature outside. The kitchen has dishes, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, kettle, utensils and cleaning products. There is a washing machine, with drying rack and an iron and ironing board. The unit itself is lovely, enough furniture for our family. Presents very clean and modern. 3 bedrooms with closets, and 2 bathrooms. We were greeted by Susana when we arrived. She is very pleasant and gave us tips on the area. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine. Overall, our stay was excellent because of the hospitality of the hosts. Any issues we did encounter was quickly dealt with. Very much appreciated that!

The major issue for us was the shower space and the hot water. We felt the shower was quite tight without any place to put products and the hot water ran out quite quickly. Thankfully the water didn't get freezing cold, but we definately ran out of hot water after 2 short showers. However, with all the positives this unit offers, this was a minor inconvenience.
