The shower is too small, they must also work on their shower tap mixer, water its either too hot or too cold its easy to set it right. Plus gate motor is not working and I have to open gate manual.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The room was nice and simpler ,the bathrooms was so so n aesthetically pleasing ,the room was so clean the pool absolutely amazing ,the bed was so comfortable ,the host was so hands on with everything he checked up on us until we arrived ,we were welcomed by a young lady who so pleasant , I especially enjoyed that the check out time was later than usual places .
I just didn’t like that we couldn’t wash our dishes and there was no bin inside

The wifi that wasn't working on the morning I had to check out. Also the curtains need to get a block out since other guests using the pool have a clear view of rooms adjacent to the pool.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025The fact that I got the wrong room . I paid for a double room . Whereas I should've gotten a room with a bath and shower . As soon as I noticed, the owner called me and apologized for the misunderstanding and offered a 50% off for the room . He only paid R200 in my account and never gave me the other money which is approximately R500+ . The wifi got off twice as well as the electricity . I was really disappointed with my 2 night stay .

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025The place was awesome, the bath was amazing. Spacious, clean and quiet. Everything in the room was neat and homely. Would recommend it for anyone as a get away. What we loved was being on our own away from the front section.
What we didn't like was the fact that when we got there way to early for check in so the owner was not very pleasant at first. Also we could not play music from our very tiny music box by the poolside. We were not loud or party people, just wanted to relax and chill by the poolside being it was our first get away after an extremely longtime.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025It was a total disappointment and hence I was deceived by the review and I booked the place,the toilet mate was wet,the initial bathroom space was a disaster it requires immediate renovations. Booking.com please close down that place immediately.
I left within an hour because I had to wait for my husband who decided to sleep because he was tired from driving.I waited in the car because the place was disgusting.The smell in the room 🤮from previous guest.The room was not cleaned properly.The paint was peeling off,the cracks on the walls.Unclean utensils 🤮🤮that place is worse than a shack in Khayelitsha.Shut it down booking.com please its lowing your standards and we end up not trusting your services.DO SOMETHING IMMEDIATELY!!
