Reviewed Aug 11, 2026La ubicación está bien, a unos 10/15 minutos caminando desde la terminal y el desayuno cumple con lo pagado.
En época de frío e invierno como cuando fui, sólo diría que tengan en cuenta los que reservan que para ir de la habitación al baño, tienen que pasar por el patio exterior. Es decir... Salir bien abrigados a la mañana y/o a la noche cuando te vas a bañar.

Que el Hostel quedara cerrado durante la noche sin una guardia. Y los huéspedes no tienen llave para salir. La calefacción muy baja.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The place was well run and charming. We were able to make a last-minute change to our room choice and got our laundry washed. Restaurants and markets nearby provided good food options. For a small fee we were able to park our car in a secure lot.
The mattresses were narrow and the pillows were too firm for our liking.

Personnel très serviable, j'ai même pu laisser un sac de voyage en garde jusqu'à mon retour de Bolivie. Je recommande ! Cour intérieure très jolie et agréable pour se détendre.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2024Very nice, friendly and helpful owner. Lovely layed out and decorated hostel. There were separate bathroom facilities for men and women, each included 3 separate complete bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet and sinks as well as additional separate sinks. The room, small but adequate, with overnight heating, wardrobe and bedside cabinets on both sides. Plenty of blankets and bedside lamps. In the general area there was facilities to hand-wash clothes and plenty of washing lines to use. Kitchen was spacious with two large tables with chairs and potlessly clean.Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice, two different very fresh bread rolls. We were each given sachets of either butter and jam or dulce de leche and cream cheese. A choice of hot drinks (coffee made with milk was delicious). Located within walking distance of bus station, tourist info office and border. Food market and shops within 100m.
The kitchen facilities were basic, hardly any cooking pans available, no electric kettle, good stove but no microwave or toaster. No hooks in the bedroom for coats and nowhere to hang towels.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2024Above all the staff. Very helpful and cheerful. The room we stayed in was very good and adequate for the occupants, perhaps on the smaller size, but adequate. Enough bathrooms/showers for the rooms without a private one, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook, with TV and refrigerator.
If you pay with credit card, there is a surcharge. One should consider arriving to the border with cash from where one arrives. The exchange rate in La Quiaca is lower than Jujuy.
