Reviewed Feb 27, 2026The location is very convenient. It’s close to several shops and cafés.
The room was quite dusty and didn’t feel properly cleaned upon arrival. Toilet mirror still has some makeup stuff on it. Wall has shoes marked. Another drawback was the lack of a closet or proper storage space, which was inconvenient.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025The hotel is conveniently located near a mall that includes restaurants, arcade areas, supermarket, and other entertainment. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, with a nice view of the street.
Apparently, you will need to alert the staff to turn on the water heater for showers. We didn’t know this until the last day of our stay. Was not a big deal as a cool shower was a refreshing.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2024The hotel was new and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel location is pretty good. The Vincom plaza was nearby however the plaza was really quiet. There were some nice restaurants about 500 meters. We stayed in the second VIN Hotel (B) that have a family room with 2 double beds. However it was really cramped in. Not much walking space. Also the hotel have rooms without and facilities.
