Reviewed May 3, 2026Everything was just excellent.. the staff and the facilities. And the morning view of the floating clouds over the Nagaland Hills... and night view of the Kohima town.. worth mentioning.
Taking a car to the homestay is bit difficult but there is a short cut (20s walk) to reach the main road.

The breakfast was exceptional and delivered to our room with a lovely smile!.. honestly the best place we have stayed in the whole of India

Lorin BnB's homey facilities, including a spotless kitchen equipped with modern gadgets and utensils, cozy bedroom, inviting drawing room, and immaculate bathroom, made us feel instantly at ease. The warm hospitality extended by the host's entire family was exceptional. Delicious, sumptuous, and healthy complimentary breakfasts added to our delight. The BnB's cozy atmosphere and serene ambiance successfully replicated the comfort of our own home, making our stay truly unforgettable.
The WiFi speed at Lorin BnB was extremely slow, making it challenging to stay connected. Unfortunately, our own mobile data networks (Airtel and Jio) also experienced unusually slow speeds in the area, compounding the issue.

Wi-Fi connectivity could have been better considering the fact that mobile data 4g/5g were visibly poor due to the location of the BnB. Wi-Fi repeaters will solve the issue once and for all.

The Host was especially kind and provided a scrumptious breakfast for me daily. Overall, I had a great time and is a place I would like to visit again in the future.

Reviewed May 19, 2023They provided scrumptious and healthy breakfast 😋. Since our stay was related to work, the availability of inverter in the homestay was of great help. Inverter facility is not mentioned on their page but good to call out. The home is situated not far from the main Street, but trust me you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the streets.The home is tidy, well kept and cozy.
