La gentillesse des gens

perfect jacuzzi, with a view onto mt Kinabalu. room is basic, but exactly as described and everything works. very nice hist and good food, delivered to the doorstep

nice cabins on a campground. one with jacuzzi, the other with a nice private pool. location is a bit remote, but excellent views and good for nature lovers. very nice owner and super food. we had breakfast and dinner

room is all fine, according to specifications, but appears a bit basic. the large fridge and the terrace make up for it.

We wisten dat deze locatie vrij basic zou zijn. We hebben gekozen op basis van de uitzicht foto’s. Toen we aankwamen was het eigenlijk precies zoals we bedacht hadden. Natuurlijk, het was basic, maar het was netjes en compleet. Er was een prima bed waar we 2 nachten heerlijk op geslapen hebben. De airco deed prima zijn werk en dat was erg prettig. Het enige wat tegenviel is de gehorigheid. Elk kuchje in de kamer naast ons hoor. De hosts zijn super-aardige, behulpzame, gastvrije mensen. Ze kunnen je ophalen en terugbrengen van het vliegveld, we hebben een heerlijk ontbijtje gegeten. Maar waar je deze locatie écht voor moet boeken is de rust en het uitzicht. Heerlijk om even bij te komen na een paar dagen jungle 😍

Wat wil je nog meer, ‘s avonds in een jacuzzi met uitzicht op de bergen van Kinabalu. Alleen al de omgeving is een 10 waard! In deze omgeving een camping ‘vibe’ met bijbehorende faciliteiten. Even de knop om dat je zelf wat boodschappen moet verzorgen, even geen gemak van Grab, maar daarin kan je altijd een beroep doen op de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Een aanrader als ‘escape’ uit de drukte van Kota Kinabalu!

Our recent stay was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the breathtaking location and views – truly a feast for the eyes at every turn. What made our experience even more memorable were the incredibly generous and helpful owner and staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel so welcome and well-cared for. And the food… oh, the food! Every meal was beyond our expectations, a delightful culinary journey that we won't soon forget. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we can't wait to return!

Interruption of electricity

Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

No water bottle or coffee/tea sachet provided in the room like other place i’ve stayed. Will be nice to sit and enjoy the nice mountain view with a cup of hot coffee in the morning. (If owner can provide, suggest using local brand coffee/tea 😉).
