Housekeeping has not been done. Trash is not removed and it was overflowing in room. They didn't change the bed spread and bath towels. Also mention cot is free for child below 2 yrs. But when we requested, they mentioned cot is not available. I do not see any other guests has kids on time. Whatever facilities are mentioned as available is not present like coffee beverage, water etc

No toilet tissues, didn't follow the instructions given at the time of booking, the room was not properly reviewed for working amenities before giving the room. The bathroom had old soap and soap covers in the bathroom window. The remote batteries were missing for the ac remote.

Reviewed May 22, 2026I recently stayed at Hotel Park Vaarahi with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was quite spacious and comfortable enough for a family stay. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness—the toilets were very neat, well-maintained, and properly sanitized. Additionally, the hotel staff members were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it is an excellent and hassle-free place to stay in Tirupati. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay here again!
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable during our stay. Also, the indoor parking area is quite small. Because of the limited space, you have to leave your car keys with the staff so they can shuffle and manage the cars accordingly.

Reviewed May 23, 2025I am a very often pilgrim to Tirupati and Hotel Park Varaahi is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Tirupati. Room was sparkling clean, comfortable bed, fantastic hot water,very Friendly Staff. The location of the hotel is also in a place it is not crowded but yet relatively close to all the places you might generally go for in Tirupati. Over all a fabulous hotel.
A in house restaurant would have been the icing on the cake.
