The property was nice.

There were no towels and toiletries in my room. There was no body wash in the other room we booked. Could be a little bit better

My friend and I we enjoyed the mountains view and the quietness around us a lot.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The facilities inside

The location is not good . Views are blocked . The standard room that i stayed - doors were not shutting , they were making noises . The furniture was scraped and repaired . It was untidy

It's atmosphere, infrastructure, facilities,basic amenities all were on point .Overall the vibe was amazing and very positive

One thing I didn't like at all, that was off roading to reach the destination

The Roads approaching the Hotel is worst - need to look at it. Nobody will stay at this Hotel if Road is not good.

From the comfort of the rooms to the friendly staff, this hostel provided a wonderful experience. The staff especially was very humble and friendly, it made our stay much more comfortable.

Some of the services were not functional, for example there, there were many power cuts, the lift wasn’t working for 3 days during our stay.

Place where it is located was too peaceful. Outdoor ambience was excellent.

There are 2 things 1. Food and beverages not being delivered to the room 2. There was restriction for food getting delivered in only specific area of outdoor

Gorgeous property, pool and facilities. Particularly for meetings and work, or hanging with friends and family. Very quiet, but possible to meet other travelers. The LOCATION is INSANE. Small villages and outstanding landscapes, directly outside your door for a quick walk. I would come back any time. Very chill vibe

The internet speed could have been better for taking calls for work. It’s not easy to reach, so when you’re here, you’re here. That actually feels great, but requires some planning. My taxi the first night wouldn’t drive me the whole way, as the road ain’t good, but the manager was kind enough to drive out to get me. It was nighttime, I don’t know what I would have done otherwise, and no one warned me about this possibility!

Situated outside the city. Takes an hour to get to centre. Cabs not available frequently. Great if you're there for a few days. We were visiting for 24 hours. Hence not very convenient for us.

Nice property, one can spend a lot of time at the property as its is middle of nature. So best place around Dharamshala

The property was beautiful , The staff was very hospitable and friendly , They served delicious food , If you want peace in your life then this property is a must visit. The Swimming pool was the Icing in the cake as it had a beautiful background view. Special mention to Amit who served food in a professional manner without any tantrums .

The food in the property is bit expensive and there isnt much around the property to roam as it is faraway from the city life .

The property is very well maintained. Location is a bit far,however it’s perfect for people who wants peaceful me time.

Its a offbeat location plus this property have inside pool which is the highlight

Prices are very highand no service provided by the staff. Food wasn't good. No landline available and no contact with the reception through mode of extension. Prices of the food also very high

We really liked that it's a beautiful property, and they have used every corner of it properly. It is near a beautiful waterfall and you can get tea/maggi from the tapri outside it as well.

The zostel should only accommodate adults of age 18 and above.

Location is ultimate. I like everything about this property only problem is food which is awful which was the only disadvantage about this property otherwise 9/10.

The internet was never there.. There was frequent power cuts was a mess!!!

I booked a capsule and it's great for someone who is not tall otherwise you'll not fit the bed and keep hitting the wall when you stand. I personally liked it because it gives you privacy and PEACE compared to dorms. The bathrooms and showers were clean all the time except once (which was due to some idiot guest who drank so much and puked in the basin without the decency of going to the toilet) I felt bad for the cleaning staff. Their food is good but too much for someone who is solo travelling. Otherwise it VFM. They have 2 pools which we used for Holi party too. The property is secluded but it felt more of a family hotel as there were more families and kids vs solo travellers. The music will keep reminding you of city or Punjab or Delhi. The stream flows right next to the hostel which is great if you want some quite. I think the property is great, not much to do there though. Just some peace and quite and beauty to soak in. Oh they have nice workstation too.

The MUSIC. Too loud. Too remote so one way taxi is 1500 and if you are solo, then it's way more expensive back and forth especially if you'd like to go out of the zostel somewhere. Better you take a bike from Dharamshala.

This property is off beat and considering its in the middle of nowhere the facilities are outstanding. The pool, rooms, recreation area, cleanliness, food, sitting area all in all everything was simply brilliant.

The location was exceptional. Just a tiny bit challenging for first time riders but worth the view and the vibes.

It's a big hotel with lots of groups of young people coming and going so expect some agitation and noises in the corridors sometimes and shared spaces

Property is located at remote village in kereri, I would recommend to put a sign board on the main road, its a bit offroad of about 1.5 km to reach zostel might be very difficult if your on scooty, bike will be fine as I was on bike but no doubt the property has all the amenities really nice pool, big common area, separate workstation good wifi connection, music and disc area, playing area etc. Cafe/Restaurant area was good. When I went very few guest was there so not much socializing happened.

Not much happy with the food.

Loved the ambience, location, food and the environment. It just seemed perfect from the busy city.

The roads to reach the zostel were a little tricky, it's better to avoid driving at night.
