Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung.

Das Appartement war stark von Schimmel befallen. An den Fenstern, am Bett, an den Gardinen. Man hat den modrigen Geruch sofort beim betreten gerochen. Der Schimmel war um die Fenster wohl schon mehrfach überstrichen worden, denn da blätterte schon die dicke Farbschicht ab. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber. Dreck in jeder Ecke, Spinnweben, Schimmel in der Dusche... In meinen Augen absolut unzumutbar, auch für den verhältnismäßig günstigen Preis.

A nossa estadia foi simplesmente maravilhosa! 😊 Encontrámos tudo impecável e fomos recebidos com uma hospitalidade que nos fez sentir em casa. A D. Paula é de uma simpatia e disponibilidade incríveis. Tivemos até um miminho de boas-vindas à chegada, gesto que nos tocou muito e tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida um lugar onde queremos voltar e que recomendamos de coração ! Obrigada por tudo!🥰

It was very reassuring to discover that, despite its close proximity to the airport, the place remained quiet and peaceful. The location proved to be perfect for effortlessly exploring the island by car. Go hiking to the high spots, exploring historic sites or visiting the caves in the morning, swimming and sunbathing in the afternoon, all with plenty of time left to return home without feeling rushed to make the dinner, a period in which children leisurely played in the pool. Evenings were enjoyed with a delicious meal. Moreover, the proximity to the airport provided extra convenience, allowing for relaxing moments both upon arrival and departure. However, what truly sets POSTIGO apart is its owner. Paula was an incredible host, always eager to respond to any request related to the accommodation or to provide helpful information. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

A localização era ótima, tínhamos estacionamento privado e piscina. A casa tem ar condicionado e ventoinha.

A casa era muito quente e abafada. A casa cheirava a mofo todos os dias quando chegávamos.

A anfitrião muito cordial e acessível. Espaço pequeno mas com uma tranquilidade absoluta, excelente para férias fora do quotidiano das cidades atuais.

O apartamento necessita de algumas obras de beneficiação. Presença de espaco exterior desprotegido de intempéries, tornando inviável estar neste em dias de chuva. Maior clareza no Booking, para o uso da lavandaria...pois tem taxas extras.

A szállás megtalálása azért volt problémás, mert az autópálya kettévágta az utcát, és a navi nem tudta, hogy utca alsó részének is ugyanaz a neve. Kaptunk segítséget a helyben lakóktól, nagyon kedvesek segítőkészek voltak.

Ótima localização, especialmente para quem não gosta de confusão e previligia o descanso. Bastante espaço exterior e uma ótima vista. Recepção 5*

The apartment is really nice and newly renovated, they definitely put care and attention to it. Everything was clean and well put. The host was always nice and good with communication. A plus, the care put into making our stay pleasant. When we entered the apartment, we found a nice little tray with some selection of cheese, salami, olives and bread and a bottle of water. After having a long day, delayed flights, no food or water for hours, it was a GREAT surprise. Especially considering we spent only one night there before going back to the airport. Plus, they put outside a nice hammock and sundbeds for some relaxing times. If you plan to stay more, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Totally recommended.

Alojamento localizado bem perto do aeroporto. Com ótimas condições e limpo. A D. Paula foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre preocupada desde o primeiro minuto, tendo-nos deixado um miminho delicioso à chegada. Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir.

What was not to like about this property ?! An amazing location , very private , Paula was very helpful and kind ! Definitely will miss her, she made our vacation one of the greatest!

Spacious (for a couple), private parking, location is excellent if you have a car and you plan to move around the island. Plus 2 min drive to the airport. The host is excellent, nice touch with some traditional delicious snacks from the region at the check in. She is always available to communicate. Great price for value.

While the location is excellent if you have a car, it might not be ideal if you don’t have one, unless you are overnighting for a early flight. The rating would have been easily 10/10 if not for 2 things: 1 the shower needs maybe a bit of upgrade, a handle mid way so that you but the shower head at the right level your body. 2 - the humidity levels, at least in the winter, inside the house are next level, so much so that the towels constantly have a bit of mold smell and noting really dries, a air dryer is recommended.

Absolutely lovely place, just 5 minutes driving from the airport and close to the main road and many nice places. And of course it's better to rent a car for your trip to this island. The parking is inside. The apartment is very cozy, not big - but well equipped. I was working during my stay, and WiFi was just perfect. And Paula is so amazing host, prepared some local food for my arriving, recommended many interesting restaurants based on my taste and even presented some local sweets. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, very kindly host. Close to airport and facilities. I would certainly pick O Postigo for my next visit to Terceira.

El alojamiento está muy bien preparado con todo lo necesario. Paula es una anfitriona inmejorable,que desde el primer momento hace que te sientas como en casa. Atenta a todos los detalles para que pases una estancia agradable. Muy cerca del aeropuerto , se puede llegar perfectamente a pie.

Paula was a phenomenal host. She went over and above our expectations and was not only our host but our tour guide, showing us some major attractions on the island. The place itself was impeccably clean and we were greeted with a charcuterie board and bottle of wine. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning which was a pleasant surprise. The place is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to the airport which suited us perfectly, however Paula had also provided a booklet with a list of numbers for taxis and other amenities. We will definitely be booking with Paula again should we travel through Terçeira. Highly recommended!

Appartement proche de l'aéroport. L'hôte est très sympathique. Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours sur l'île.

O Postigo, esta perfectamente ubicado, sobre todo si tienes vuelos de última o primera hora ya que se encuentra a 1 km del aeropuerto. Las distancias en la isla son pequeñas, como ejemplo de O Postigo a Angra, serían unos 15 minutos. Aunque es un alojamiento pequeño, perfecto para una pareja, un poco más justito para 4 personas, ya que se debe utilizar el sofa-cama, cubre de sobras con lo que puedas necesitar para unos días en Terceira. Zona de aparcamiento en el interior de la casa y la piscina te permite que los niños se entretengan.

Solo como comentario, decir que el uso de la lavadora es un coste extra. Pero en nuestro caso no hubo problema ya que solo estuvimos cuatro días.

Tutto perfetto. L'appartamento era bello pulito e confortevole, la posizione ottima. La cosa migliore è stata la disponibilità e la simpatia di Paula fin dall'accoglienza e fino alla fine.

Claudia est une femme exceptionnelle qui nous a accueillis avec chaleur. Nous sommes même allés au restaurant ensemble tellement le courant est passé. elle nous a emmenés à l aéroport en voiture avec nos bagages. La petite maison est très bien avec une piscine et une terrasse ou prendre l apéritif.

La signora Paula è la host più gentile e cordiale che possiate immaginare: è venuta a prenderci in aeroporto in orario molto tardo e il giorno dopo ci ha accompagnati in macchina a Praia da Vitoria e ci ha anche fatto fare un piccolo giro turistico in macchina. In casa ci ha fatto trovare un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, acqua e una piccola bottiglia di vino locale. Davvero super.

Per 4 ospiti l'appartamento è un po' piccolo ma va benissimo per una breve sosta e poi ha tanto spazio esterno a disposizione

Paula fue una anfitriona muy amable, que nls recogió en el aeropuerto y nos llevó hasta el lugar. El estudio está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

We we're received like a family member! We felt like being home! Not only the owner helped us getting to the house as she treated us like family! For everyone visiting Terceira O Postigo is a must! Great experience and we'll definitely go again on vacations next year! It's a home away from home!

There are no cons!

What was not to LOVE O POSTIGO?! This was an incredible stay! We have been in Portugal for 2 weeks, and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The accommodations were exceptional. The bed was comfy, the shower was relaxing, everything was clean, and so much more. However the best part was the host, Paula. She is an incredible human! She made sure we had everything we needed, provided us with charcuterie and wine, and was more than willing to take us to local places such as the airport and restaurants. She even gave us a beautiful scenic tour that was absolutely breathtaking. If I could give this a 1000 rating, I would. Thank you, Paula, and we are hoping to be back soon. ❤️

Paula est d'une extrême gentillesse et nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé Le logement est parfait pour un couple avec un enfant. La terrasse bien aménagée avec vue imprenable sur le Serra do Cume. Notre fille de 6 ans a adoré la piscine. Il y a de nombreux sites à visiter dans le coin (rando, piscines naturelles, grottes) L'île est fantastique à découvrir ! Encore un grand merci à Paula pour son grand cœur et plein de belles choses pour la suite car le Postigo devrait s'agrandir ... Peut être à bientôt !

Que la propietaria nos intentase cobra fuera de booking una tarifa extra, cuando había pagado un alojamiento para 2 personas. Y que se presentará en la puerta a las 23:00 de la noche. El alojamiento no es completo, se encuentra pared con pared con la casa de los dueños.

Paula was an outstanding hostess. We were greeted with a cheeseboard and wine, provided maps and plenty of ideas for dining, which Paula also helped with making reservations. The accommodation was cute and clean and felt very private from the main house. I would recommend for anyone visiting Terceira to stay with Paula.

There's nothing to complain about.

Very close to the airport, could be walking distance if you don’t carry large luggage. The property is really beautiful, everything was clean and comfortable. Paula is an amazing host, we love her! She waited for us with a charcuterie board on the day we arrived, provided us with water, coffee and tea. We also had dinner together and got to meet some of her friends. If we ever come back to Terceira, Paula will be most definitely be our first choice❤️

Alojamento de acordo com o que é apresentado nas fotografias disponibilizadas, local simpático e tranquilo localizado muito perto do aeroporto das Lajes. Enorme simpatia e disponibilidade da proprietária Srª Paula, disponibilizando-se inclusive a ir buscar-nos ao aeroporto dado a hora tardia de chegada do voo. Impecável.

L’accueil par une hôtesse charmante, souriante, aux petits soins ayant à cœur que tout se passe bien pour nous. Le premier jour, alors que nous n’avions pas encore de voiture, elle nous a emmenés visiter les environs : magnifique balade.

The owner, Paula Alvez, is the an exceptional hostess. When I asked about the best way to travel to her house from the airport, she simply offered to pick us up (taxis are limited on the island). She set out a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate for us since we were arriving late (which she also didn't seem to mind in the least). We talked with her extensively and she is a very cheerful and helpful person. We will miss her.

Everything was perfect. Paula is an excellent hostess. She is very friendly, kind and helpful with everything including airport transfer and car rental. Super neat, clean, cozy, comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. Small welcome basket is waiting for you. Very quite neighborhood, not a noisy airport. Bed was very comfortable slept well. WIFI is excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

L'appartement de Paula est très propre et possède tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour passer un séjour des plus agréable, L'endroit semble fraichement rénové. Même si nous nous sommes manqués de peu à l'aéroport, j'ai très apprécié qu'elle prenne le temps de se déplacer à l'aéroport en fin de soirée. Elle est très sympathique et elle offre un excellent accueil! L'appartement se trouve à seulement 15 minutes de marche de l'aéroport et l'endroit est très paisible, ce qui en fait de beaux atouts.

well furnished, ideally located in-law studio. It has everything you need! The host was really sweet and accommodating. Great stay near the airport. We had a car rental but you could walk to the airport if needed. Would stay again!
