The property was at an excellent location, not directly where all the other tourist hotels were but still close to the center. Due to this we could even see the Auroras from our apartment as the light pollution is non existent there.

Roof window heater unfortunately did not work directly over the bed, but everything else was perfect nonetheless.

The igloo was modern, comfortable, and clean. We were lucky enough to have some active northern lights while we were there so the glass ceiling was amazing to have.

Such a cute space, comfy beds, excellent location in the woods.

Could have done with a little more storage space

Weniger schön war die Tatsache, dass der Strom für die Sauna, den Whirlpool und die Heizung 3 mal über eine Stunde ausgefallen ist.

Poreamme, huoneiston koko, asiakaspalvelu oli hyvää!

Erittäin siisti ja moderni mökki. Erityisesti yksityinen poreamme oli luksusta. Talon puolesta saadut silmälaput oli yöttömänä yönä oli hyvä plussa. Olisipa hieno kokea tämä majoitus talvella.

Helteellä ja auringonpaisteessa nukkumaparvi muuttui ilmastoinnista huolimatta liian kuumaksi nukkua. Siirryimme alakerran levitettävään sohvaan, jossa olo oli mukava. Muista igluista liian hyvät näkymät suoraan nukkumaparvelle, joka vei yksityisyyden tunnetta. Olisi hyvä jos sivulle suuntavat ikkunat yläparvella olisi mahdollista peittää.

I'm still speechless...we simply loved everything! The sauna and hot tub felt like a full Spa day including cooling off in the snow. Everything is brand-new. We set the alarm on our Aurora app and when it was time, we switched off all the lights and enjoyed the view of the Northern Lights from the comfort of our large bed. Magical!!! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could think of. We also took short walks through winter wonderland to Arcandia Adventure Park, the reindeer farm and Utsu restaurant, which were all nearby. The ski slopes are less than 5 minutes away. We will be back soon!

Host(s): fast reply, fast sending the worker but not cooperative at all and not willing to refund Facilities+Comfort: NONE. You will be in the woods on your own without basic food/drinking water supply unless you bring yours. My family stayed for three nights only in freezing Igloo 8A with+19*C inside, while outside it was -27*C.
We all got sick and after 3 nights we cancelled booking and moved to Rovaniemi where we got treatment and pharmacy access. We had no idea that for such a high price €1000 per night and total €6,200 per 6 nights,we had no amenities at all: 1. No room service/food in the room (with kids it’s the must, now we know!)
2. No breakfasts/restaurants nearby so be ready to cook or prep food for yourself. 
3. No drinking water/tea bags/coffee sticks in the room (unlike in other hotels), however host advices to drink tap water:/
 4. No landline phone (for emergency or to call the taxi). 
5. No reception (we communicated via booking. Com messages)
6. List of cleaning you should do before you leave
7. Nothing nearby. Literarly nothing. You will be in the woods and nth nearby. 
8. No privacy/curtains on 2nd floor (neighbour Igloos can watch you all the time)
9. Be careful on the 2nd floor to not hit the roof (I bump my head all the time being only 1,65cm)
10. Neighbours leave outdoor lights on so no chance to see Aurora being in woods. Unfortunate for us. 11. not family friendly Igloo at all. Cleanliness: there is no room service like in the hotel but instruction+tools so be ready to clean up while you r in the resort. Value for money:WAY overpriced: 1000€/night for such poor amenities. Location: not the best: be ready to pay approx. 100 euro round trip to supermarket to get food/drinking water. Unless you rent/own a car. I don’t know who enjoyed this kind of holidays. Maybe if you come for 1 day only. We hope it get improved and our review will help other travellers to be prepared for such extreme vacations.

Can be tricky to spot when arriving in the dark!

Lovely property, enjoyed our stay.

Checking in at 4pm- out at 12am meant we didnt get to make the most of the facilities how we would have liked to.

Lovely location. Beautiful cabin with a bed in the roof looking through glass at the sky, sauna, hottub, well looked after and beautifully presented. Very warm and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen we had a lovely relaxed time.

Nothing, it was everything you could hope for

Beautiful location surrounded by forrest. Beautiful, modern little house. Sauna was far with a window looking out. Huge downstairs windows looking to the forest. Didn't see northern lights that night, but the window roof would have been great if they were out. It is quite far out, but we had a car and could be in Levi very quickly. Great if you are going to be using the south slopes or going to arcandia.

It was really tricky to find which apartment was ours as it had been snowing heavily and there were no numbers to identify it, so had to do a run around and try the door code on the one i thought it was - luckily it was that one! There was an issue with the jacuzzi but was resolved by management.

I loved everything. The unit was modern, luxurious, had everything we needed. It was so amazing, it literally felt like you were sleeping under the stars, just without being outside. Any questions I had were replied to right away, the host was fabulous!
