Location is near souq and fort. Room is big,max three persons stay.

Inside of refrigerator is dirty,is not cleaned.

Form the very first moment you understand that the owner can be your best friend in Nizwa! He and his son welcomed me and invited me for breakfast! The room is essential but with all you need in the right place, including cool water to face the city hot! Awesome position, 5 mi Uris walking from the goat suq and city main gate.

Location is perfect; very close (5 minutes by walk) to the goat market. The owner is very nice and gentle; he invited us to his house to have a real Omani breakfast with his family

- perfect location near the fort and souq - owner and his family are incredibly nice and we received a warm welcome and hospitality. He responded to our needs and tried to fulfill them. - the rooms are next to each other so parents can keep an eye on their children. Minor flaws are offset by warmth and location.

When I arrived at the location listed on Booking.com, there was no sign of the Airbnb. I couldn’t get in touch with the owner, so I ended up standing outside for quite a while. Later the owner picked me up and drove me to a different location, claiming that the room had already been taken by other guests. The place he drove me to wasn’t listed on Booking.com, and it was tucked away in a dark alley with poor room conditions. To make matters worse, they didn’t accept credit cards, and I don’t think it was ever mentioned on Booking.com. The owner's English was poor, and he even sat on the bed in the room and asked if I wanted to hang out with him after 10 pm. Whether it’s an Airbnb or a hotel-wise service, everything was very unprofessional, and as a solo traveler, I didn’t feel safe especially since there was a door that allowed the owner's family to access into the room. In the end, I decided to move to another hotel.

Best location in nizwa, in a small side street, 3 min walk to the amazing souk. Ali Jebel is the nicest host and he tried to fulfill me every wish and we had nice talks on the terrace. Shokran! I'll come back for sure to explore the amazing surroundings ...y

The owner was really friendly and help with me with everything what I needed. He invited for breakfast to his home. The location was a really great. It was near the Nizwa Fort.

Location. Internet. Hot water supply. Comfy bed. Spacious room.

No sign indication outside the private house. Impossible to locate the place. It’s in the street left of the zughly restaurant, fifth house on the left with 2 brown doors. Knock on right door. From busstop go straight from road into the maze of small streets. - Filthy fridge.

Clean accommodation and best host! Really welcoming! We loved our stay!
