Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Note 10/10 pour le personnel, surtout Morad. Chambre 8/10, j’ai réservé une chambre supérieure mais cette chambre est située à côté de la route, donc un peu trop de bruit. L’ensemble de l’établissement est joli avec une belle piscine! Repas 10/10
Prix de restaurant est assez cher, plus cher que sur le menu !

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'accueil, la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel. Le cadre magnifique avec la vue, la piscine et le calme, loin du tumulte de village d'ait ben haddou, mais à seulement 5 min en voiture. Maison bâtie et décorée traditionnellement. Nous reviendrons inchaAllah

Reviewed May 24, 2026La vue est incroyablement jolie. Nous avons pu profiter du calme de l’établissement situé à seulement 8 minutes de Ait Benhaddou. Le lieu est idéal pour se reposer au calme.
La piscine n’était pas propre nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter alors qu’il faisait déjà 30° au mois de mai.

Отель буквально посреди пустыни, очень впечатляют виды: с одной стороны пустыня, с другой оазис и касба. Есть шезлонги, качели, столики на улице, полный релакс. Нас угостили чаем по приезде. С водоснабжением всё чётко, горячая вода есть, напор хороший. Есть шампунь и гель для душа. Был классный завтрак. Есть парковка, половину дня машина в тени. Ночью классный вид на звёзды. На машине минут 10 до Аит Бен Хадду, полчаса до Уарзазата по живописной дороге. Окно номера выходило на трассу, но это не существенно, с закрытым окном в целом было нормально👍

Reviewed May 23, 2026Friendly, comfortable, and quiet. A very short drive to Aït Benhaddou without the city rush. Everything is exquisitely designed for our comfort. The view is breathtaking. Breakfast was very good. The tea was excellent. We didn't have a full dinner but the appetizers were great!
No beer and wine is for sale here, but they do welcome you to bring your own and will even chill it for you.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Besonders der Pool war super schön, die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt und das Personal freundlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und konnten in der Gegend einiges unternehmen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass in den Fenstern Fliegengitter hingen, das ist bei den meisten Unterkünften nicht der Fall.
Etwas hellhörig und die anliegende Straße etwas laut.

Il personale sempre presente, sorridente e disponibile: a causa di una piccola indisposizione di un figlio ci hanno permesso di cenare in camera e ci hanno preparato su richiesta una cena fuori menù….. non speziata! La presenza del ristorante di buon livello X la cena e la colazione.

La struttura è molto accogliente, colazione ottima, spazi esterni meravigliosi, metà delle stanze si affaccia sull’Haut Atlas, meraviglioso da vedere sia all’alba che al tramonto. Lo staff è simpatico e disponibile, e ci hanno fatto sentire “in famiglia” dal primo momento. La notte di Capodanno hanno improvvisato una festa con torta, e tutto lo staff, abbiamo ballato e festeggiato insieme inaspettatamente, è stato bellissimo
A voler trovare un difetto, è a 20 minuti dalla città, ma muovendosi in macchina non è un problema insormontabile

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Nuestra estancia fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento la atención de Kasem marcó la diferencia: cercana, profesional y genuinamente hospitalaria. Nos recibió con té caliente y frutos secos, un detalle tradicional que se agradece muchísimo en invierno, y nos acompañó hasta la habitación explicándonos todo con calma. Incluso encendió el aire acondicionado en modo calor y nos aconsejó dejarlo así para que, al volver, la habitación estuviera cálida. Un gesto que dice mucho. La limpieza es impecable, todo está muy bien organizado y cuidado, y la decoración es preciosa, con mucho gusto y carácter local. El restaurante es muy bonito y acogedor, la comida es MUY BUENA. La comida fue excelente, absolutamente todo riquísimo. El desayuno es abundante, variado y de gran calidad: zumo natural, muy buen café y productos frescos. Se nota el cariño en cada detalle. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con varias mantas gruesas perfectas para el invierno (fuimos en diciembre: unos 17 °C de día y hasta 1 °C por la noche). El agua caliente funciona perfectamente, algo fundamental. Las vistas son impresionantes: el Atlas nevado justo detrás, creando atardeceres naranjas increíbles que hacen la experiencia aún más especial. El entorno es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectar. Éramos tres personas y los tres nos sentimos increíblemente a gusto. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100 %. Además, la gente de la zona es muy amable. Un punto clave es la ubicación: Ait Benhaddou, donde se han grabado películas y series mundialmente famosas como Gladiator, Juego de Tronos y Lawrence de Arabia, está a solo 4 km del hotel, súper cerca, lo que permite visitarlo fácilmente sin renunciar a la calma del alojamiento. Cómo llegar (dato muy útil): Hay autobuses desde Marrakech a Ouarzazate. Unos 20 km antes de llegar, en la carretera que va hacia Ait Benhaddou, te bajas en Tabourahte (solo hay que decírselo al conductor).

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025Het uitzicht is echt adembenemend! Ontbijt was ook in orde. Brood was wel van de dag ervoor, verder wel alles vers en lekker.
Waar de vele lovende kritieken vandaan komen is met een raadsel. De kamers die we hadden waren echt niet ok. Bed is steenhard, douche is zeer vuil (haren van vorige gasten kwamen naar boven toen ik douchte), kinderen hun badkamer rook ook muf, verf bladert van de muren, enz.. De kamer is uitgeleefd en heeft nood aan wat liefde. De 9/10 is niet correct en zou eerder een 5/10 moeten zijn. De foto’s van Booking zijn niet correct en tonen de werkelijkheid niet. Voor hetzelfde geld vindt je veel beter in de buurt.

Lo único a mejorar la limpieza de la piscina, quizá porque no era una época muy en uso, pero no se veía demasiado limpia.

Amazing views from room windows, restaurant, or pool's terrace - to the river valley, desert and (snowy!) mountains. Calm and tranquil. And hosts, Kasem and Mohammed - like nowhere else, friendly, attentive, deeply interested in your comfort and experience. Can't recommend them enough. Kitchen is great also - dinner we had there was just great, thanks to the chef!

Das Personal hat sich super um uns gekümmert, waren ja auch allein im Hotel…. Ohne quatsch Top. Absolut sehr leckeres Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick. Wenn man auf Terrasse verzichten kann, dann wird man in der 2. Etage noch besser untergebracht. Wir bekamen noch eine persönliche Führung durchs Hotel.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Très bon emplacement pour visiter le site d Aït Ben Haddou et Ouarzazate. Assez isolé dans un très beau paysage. La vue de notre chambre familiale sur l arrière était magnifique ! Accueil agréable avec le sourire. La décoration de style pisé est surprenante et assez marrante.
L ensemble salle de bain / toilettes est quand même très sommaire. Les rideaux et tapis sont loin d être impeccables. Mais bon ça reste correct.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Tout le monde était très sympa et aidant, le Riad est magnifique (piscine terrasse) et c’est là que nous avons vu le plus beau coucher de soleil de notre séjour. Nous avons mangé au restaurant et c’était délicieux. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon, je recommande ++
Douche un peu spartiate mais qui fait largement l’affaire
