Localisation de l'appartement difficile à trouver malgré le GPS. Difficile de trouver la piscine. Mais surtout, nous avons contacté l'hôtel via whatsapp mais il n'a jamais répondu ...

The house is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The host, Nizar, was really nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. As the weather was very hot, we especially enjoyed having the swimming pool, which was a great way to cool down and relax. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Appartement magnifique , très spacieux avec des équipements de premier plan. Également très bien situé dans le cœur de la ville avec en plus de ça un parking sous-sol à disposition ! Je recommande absolument !

L’appartement est bien situé, pratique pour les déplacements, et globalement agréable pour un séjour familial. L’espace est correct et adapté pour une famille, avec un bon niveau de confort. Nous avons passé un séjour satisfaisant et recommandons cet appartement pour ceux qui recherchent un logement fonctionnel et bien placé à Marrakech.

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, ebenso die beiden Badezimmer – alles war hygienisch und bestens gepflegt. Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht – von der Küche über Haushaltsgeräte bis hin zu allen wichtigen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Marrakesch sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Herr Ziad war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den tollen, wenn auch kurzen Aufenthalt in Marrakesch!

Mi e piaciuto tutto, pulizia, servizio, casa grande, cómoda, letto molto comodo, 2 bagno top! L’unica cosa che a un certo punto ci era finito l’acqua calda ahaha, per il resto tutto perfetto grazie. grazie mille anche per il proprietario e stato gentilissimo e super disponibile a rispondere ogni mia domanda

L'appartamento molto grande, anche se la camera da due letti singoli era veramente piccola e tra i due letti c'era poco spazio. Il condominio era abbastanza nuovo, pulito e più o meno sorvegliato. Molto silenzioso. L'appartamento è molto vicino alla stazione dei treni e quindi nella zona entro 10 minuti c'erano supermercati e anche diversi posti dove mangiare (dalle catene a quelli local). Macchina del caffè nespresso apprezzata. Disponibilità dell'host presente.

I materassi erano durissimi. Il divano letto è praticamente quello che si vede nelle foto e ci devi mettere su le lenzuola. Pensare di dormirci in due è veramente imbarazzante, meno male che c'erano due bambini che ci stavano. La settimana nella quale sono stata io, faceva freddo e anche con i condizionatori accessi sul caldo, faceva freddo. Nella camera matrimoniale c'è una grande macchia di umidità. I bagni sono molto piccoli e bisogna fare le docce molto velocemente altrimenti l'acqua calda finisce. Consiglierei di mettere delle posate in più e di cambiare pentole e contenitori che praticamente sono tutti bruciati. Cosa più grave è che avevo scelto questo appartamento per la presenza della piscina, ma questa era chiusa per manutenzione a tempo indefinito. Averlo saputo non avrei soggiornato lì e l'host non ce l'aveva comunicato.

El alojamiento cumplía todos los requisitos para tener una estancia. Además, la ubicación era ideal. El trato fue excepcional, tuvimos un problema con un alojamiento y realizamos la reserva con poca antelación. En seguida nos atendieron y nos dieron las indicaciones para poder acceder.

Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend organisiert. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage: ideal, wenn man nicht mitten im Trubel der Altstadt wohnen möchte, diese aber dennoch schnell erreichen will. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

binnen zwembad water was koud, dus we konden niet zwemmen. we hadden speciaal daarvoor dit appartement geboekt. jammer.

Precioso apartamento, super recomendable, amplio, limpio, camas y sofá muy cómodos, con conserjes muy simpáticos 24 horas, edificio muy seguro, justo debajo 3 restaurantes y una tienda que venden de todo, desde leche hasta tabaco, lástima que no nos diera tiempo a utilizar la piscina. Nada malo que decir, simplemente PERFECTO!!!! Lo único malo que podríamos decir es que nos costó un poco entrar a nuestra llegada, era viernes noche, ya que no nos entendíamos con los conserjes por el idioma les enseñamos el correo del anfitrión con todos los datos, y nos decían que no era ahí, pero al final llamamos al anfitrión, se pusieron los conserjes al teléfono y nos lo solucionaron de inmediato.

Отличное расположение апартаментов-недалеко жд вокзал, супермаркет,до медины можно прогуляться пешком 35минут. Стильная, современная, просторная квартира,в которой есть всё необходимое. Два санузла с душем. Два телевизора. Подземная парковка. Хозяин всегда на связи,отвечает на все возникающие вопросы.

Кругом стройка,через год возможно квартал будет благоустроен.

It was incredibly comfortable and luxurious! It was nice to stay a little further away from the centre of Marrakech but there was still a lot going on nearby 10/10

La disponibilité de l'hôte, la propreté de l'appartement qui est bien agencé et correspond à la description. L'accès autonome à l'appartement était très pratique et on a aussi apprécié la localisation à côté de la gare de train ainsi que les grand axes (si on est motorisé)

Me gustó todo no tengo nada mal que decir

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. 100% fidèle aux photos. Idéalement situé dans un quartier où on se sent en sécurité, très calme et proche de Jema el-Fna (environ 8min en voiture). Gardien 24h/24 à l’entrée du bâtiment. Grand parking souterrain disponible. Climatiseur dans les 2 chambres et salle à manger, donc juste pour ça 10/10. Canapé très confortable, literie également, nous avons dormis comme des bébés, il y’a aussi le nécessaire dans les placards. Grande télévision, bel espace de vie, 2 salles de bain, point non négligeable ! Bref, une pépite.

Si vous avez une voiture basse comme la notre, vous ne pourrez malheureusement pas profiter du parking souterrain car descente raide , mais parking juste en bas du bâtiment avec gardien 24/24 donc ça n’as pas été gênant. Ajouter des patères dans les salles de bain et ce serait parfait. Je recommande à 100%.

Petit bémol pour la pression dans la douche (meme si je ne pense pas que le propriétaire y puisse quelque chose.)

Le logement est parfait il n'y a rien a dire juste faire attention pour la gazinière a ce qu'il y ai du gaz afin qu'on puisse l'utiliser et pour la deuxième chambre il n'y avait la télécommande pour utiliser le climatiseur.

The location was also incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it super easy to get around the city and beyond. Plus, it was only a 5-minute taxi journey to the iconic Jemaa el-Fnaa, so I was right in the heart of the action. And to top it all off, the apartment had super fast WiFi and Netflix, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. It was the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and relaxation. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Marrakesh. Amazing property, great location to Marrakech central, great services, very nice and clean. 24h security service. Excellent accomodation condition for family to, only 2/3 walking to train station, and all of big brand fast food shops around by you. I recommend this place for short holidays anyone can love to stay with them.

Great stay and great value for money. Very few things missing, including the pool at the time and a few utensils. However the person in charge of the apartment was very helpful over messages and fixed the door free of charge when we accidentally left the key in door at the end of our trip. Only reason for not being a 10 is that a couple things could have been clearer but that is being very critical. All in all an excellent stay and I would recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures shown on the site ,very spacious and clean host was amazing waited on our arrival had more than was expected.

The only little thing which isn’t really a big issue is that there were no channels on the tv.
