Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Een fijn, modern ingericht appartement, rustig gelegen in een buitenwijk van Wenen. Het is op 10 minuten lopen van het station, waar binnen 10 minuten er altijd wel een trein is die je in 30 minuten meeneemt naar hartje Wenen.
De sfeer is wel erg basic (veel wit) en de keuken kan meer gerei gebruiken.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, and has everything that you could possibly need(washing mashine, dishwasher, coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen!). It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood, but still amazingly connected with public transportation so you can get to any part of town within 15 mins. Hosts are amazing, respond quickly and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back here again! 😊

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Чисті, затишні апартаменти в дуже тихому й красивому районі на околиці Відня. Поруч невеликий парк із дитячим майданчиком та великий супермаркет. За 10 хвилин ходьби — станція метро, з якої можна доїхати до центру Відня за 15–20 хвилин, а також зручна закрита парковка за ціною 4,4 € на добу. В апартаментах є все необхідне для проживання, включно з пральною та посудомийною машинами.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Ruhiges Viertel. Wohnung gegenüber einer Schule. Bekommt man aber nicht viel von mit. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Bahnhof und Restaurants in etwa 10 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar.. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Parkplätze an Straße vorhanden.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Apartamento con todo lo necesario, perfectamente distribuido, terraza pequeña fuera. Comunicación muy fluida con el anfitrion y siempre dispuesto a resolver nuestras dudas. A unos 30 minutos del centro tanto en coche como en transporte público.

It’s in quite street with public parking on the street, markets and grocery stores are 350m away as bus and train stations. Host are very polite and will help you with all your questions. We enjoy our stay with 2 kinds in nice and clean apartment. If we come back we will choose the same.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025Clean, very comfortable, cozy and silent flat. Good coffee machine with capsule. Although we haven't met the owner personally, however he helped us in everything, was very kind. We enjoyed staying there very much.
I missed only a microwave owen, however I could warm-up food and milk on the electric cooker, so not a big issue. :)

Reviewed Feb 7, 2025It was very good, clean, beautiful, and comfortable; everything is new inside, a warm, quiet place, and a place for parking. The owner is always available for any questions. There are also shopping centre and a market nearby where you can walk for 3-4 minutes.
I don't have some that I didn't like.
