Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Ich war positiv überrascht von dem Hotel. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Strand es ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und geräumig und sehr gut isoliert . Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, ich lebe eh nur von Kaffee und Obst im Sommer . Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend !

Hotel trop cher par rapport à la qualité. Pas de frigo dans la chambre ,on pouvait même pas louer. Pas de coffre-fort, aucun crochet pour le linge. Chambre avec vue sur la mer mais trop petite pour 3 adultes et trop brouillante, on entendez la musique de la discotheque jusqu'à 4h du matin. Il y des photos qui sont présente sur le cite mais qui ne correspondent pas. Beaucoup des personnes en situation précaire devant l'entrée de l'hôtel, surtout la nuit.

There isn't a mini fridge in the room, which is necessary for longer stays. The city centre is 45 minutes away by bus and there is no do not disturb sign available. The AC is not working properly.

The room was always clean and tidy bed was comfortable and where I was was perfect I had a really good view of everything. The breakfast every morning was nice and fresh, fruit and hams and cheese and coffee and juice or water was always provided. Staff was always helpful with directions places to go to sightsee in different places. And if you had any problems the staff were always there to help 24 hours a day. So the Sol playa Hotel was a very good stay.
Nothing really could say the shower ran Luke warm water. But saying that it was always 30 or so degrees outside. That's it.

The room was quite small and in the back, directly facing another room. I was disappointed because I wanted a room with a nice view. No one told me about this. The bathroom had some black spots on the ceiling, I assume these were moles and have been overlooked by the employees.

La limpieza decepcionante, suelo sucio al llegar y al irnos (2 días) en los que no se solicitó lo contrario, así que mal mal, sucio el suelo y la ducha. Dejaron la puerta abierta de la habitación a merced de cualquiera… osea que Seguridad UN CERO. Dejamos una reclamación interna en el Hotel y aun estamos esperando la respuesta… otro CERO. (Les importa poco los clientes) Una pena la verdad porque no esperábamos una experiencia tan nefasta.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Közel volt a tengerpart, az óvárosba való bejutáshoz a 32-es busz végállomása 2 perc séta távolságra található. A nevezetességekhez könnyű volt eljutni a szállásról. Rengeteg jó étterem van a közelben. Tiszta volt a szoba, ha valamivel gondunk akadt szóltunk, és rövid időn belül megoldották. A recepción mindig jéghideg innivaló volt az automatában, jó áron. Kedves volt a személyzet.
A megérkezéskor 14 óra helyett 14:45- kor foglalhattuk el a szállásunkat. Sajnos elsőre nem azt a szobát kaptuk amit foglaltunk. Hosszas tárgyalás után másnap kaptunk egy új szobát, ami már megfelelt.

Struttura da evitare,sporca,vecchia,condizionatore non funzionante paura a far colazione per la pica pulizia della struttura mal odorante di cloro fumo di sigaretta e tant'altro. Sono molto arrabbiata col signor Booking come cliente da anni non accetto di proporci strutture del genere,viaggio con i miei figli e vorrei più rispetto soprattutto nella pulizia..Non racconto la situazione al di fuori della struttura ancora più deludente.

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer. Es war sehr klein. Leider gab es kaum Haken oder Möglichkeichten nasse Sachen vom Strand zu trocknen.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Smeštaj je na samoj plaži i to mu je najveća prednost. Pored toga, čišćenje se obavlja svakodnevno, a posteljina se menja na 2 ili 3 dana i zaista je sve savršeno što se tiče higijene. Doručak se plaća 9 evra za odrasle i 4 evra za decu i to je verovatno najpovoljnija opcija s obzirom da nemate kuhinju ni frižider gde možete da spremate i čuvate hranu kupljenu u prodavnici. Kreveti su lagani, lako se pomeraju, škripe, ali su bili udobni. Nismo imali neka prevelika očekivanja, pa nismo ni puno razočarani. Nama je najviše falila terasa da možemo negde da sušimo stvari i frižider (ali to i nije bilo u opisu, pa ne možemo da zamerimo što nema). Super je i vendomat sa kafom, pićem i grickalicama, kao i mogućnost da na recepciji kupite flašu od 1.5 l vode, umesto da idete u prodavnicu koja je na nekih 500 metara od hotela. Osoblje je najbolji deo ovog objekta! Oni su svi toliko prijatni, ljubazni, predusretljivi…
Ono što nam se nije svidelo je što su zidovi i vrata zaista kao od papira i sve se bukvalno čuje iz drugih soba i hodnika. Nas su dva jutra zaredom budili neki momci koji su bili glasni u hodniku u 6.45. Generalno, ljudi bi trebalo da imaju više obzira jedni prema drugima kada se nalaze u hotelu i da vode računa o kućnom redu. Vrata su previše lagana i moraju da lupe kada se zatvore, pa je moja sugestija da se stave neke izolacione trake oko vrata kako bi se ti udarci amortizovali.

Me alojaron en una habitación junto a un patio que eso era horrible, ruidos de máquinas de aire, malos olores, el colchón y almohada como papel de fumar... El desayuno es muy completo, con una variedad de productos y estaba muy rico todo y todo muy bien presentado. Además, quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y la profesionalidad de todo el personal. Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir como en casa y estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Tuve un pequeño problema con la reserva y lo solucionaron rápidamente para que el niño pudiera alojarse conmigo sin ningún inconveniente. También me hicieron el favor de guardar las maletas después del check-out, un detalle que agradecí muchísimo y que demuestra la atención que tienen hacia sus huéspedes. Sin duda, es un hotel totalmente recomendable por sus instalaciones, su limpieza y, sobre todo, por el trato humano que ofrece su equipo. Volveré a alojarme aquí siempre que vuelva a Valencia.

La pulizia lascia proprio desiderare. La cosa che mi ha infastidito moltissimo era la presenza degli parcheggiatori abusivi che entravano dentro l'albergo per acquistare l'acqua dalla macchinetta automatica.

Only one bath towel provided, would have preferred two and for them to be bigger (bath sheet size). Room had smart tv with Netflix but doesn’t work if your Netflix subscription is the one with ads.
