Kowju Airport Hotel Calicut

The staff

Too highly priced for this property.

Traveling from San Francisco for a Kerala road trip, we booked a one-night stay at Kowju Airport Hotel Calicut. The staff provided a very prompt airport pickup, making our arrival seamless. We stayed in a pristine family room (one king, one single bed) with top-shelf amenities. Having stayed in luxury properties like the Taj (in India) and equivalent worldwide, I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel bathrooms I have ever seen! The fitness center was also impressive, featuring a high-end Technogym treadmill. I feel that the only reason this hotel is very affordable: the surrounding is not that fancy. Combined with a wonderful restaurant and incredibly friendly service staff, it was a flawless stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying into Calicut for its unbeatable airport proximity and excellent, five-star facilities!

Very modern washrooms

Ease of check in. Welcoming and Supportive staff.

Kindly reduce your rates and give us a competitive economical value!

Room and hotel very nice

Near airport very gud. Taste fud

Dinner was not good, it could be better

Location was good even though we stayed for a short duration. The buffet choice was good but the food was not hot. Would like it to be warm.

Food could be kept warm.

It was amazing, staff was polite and property is amazing especially their suites , they provided upgrade and late check out which was very much appreciated

Probably more food options would have been better

Surprised by the fact that it was built well. Good quality materials inside the room.

Food was average

Breakfast need to be improved

The hotel was very nice. Even arriving in the middle of the night, the staff was welcoming. the room was as per what we saw on the photos. It was clean and well lit up. Breakfast was nice too.

Clean and neat

Location

Ambience is good, breakfast was ok, should have more items.

All the amenities we have to ask, for a 4 star hotel rating it should be there in room. But when we ask they provide it.

The property was very clean. For the first time in our life we got so comfortable mattress and soft pillows. We slept so well. Full marks for that.

Breakfast needs improvement.

Lovely place for a short stop over. Very helpful staff and clean premises and room. Very fresh and new

Breakfast taste can be better.

Facility

Restaurant staff

The meals were pathetic with very poor variety and quality The restaurant staff were clueless about everything and refills were taking forever. Would never ever eat at this restaurant

اخلاقهم جدا عاليه ومتعاونين

الكهرباء تطفئ كل شويه وعدم الخصوصية بالغرف نحط عدم الازعاج ونجي نلاقيهم داخلين الغرف ومايقفلون الباب وراهم زين

Very clean and well maintained accommodation. Very close to Airport also.

There is nothing to dislike in this accommodation

Hotel Food

Location, facilities and staff

Nothing

Met the expectations, Staff was very courteous and helpful.

None particular. Window in the room which can let natural light in but due to buildings nearby it was not possible. We can open the drapes too to ensure the privacy.

Great location, fantastic value for money, the room was just superb and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and professional, including Shara and Adilbert as well as all the other reception team. Best toilet this side of Tokyo (!).

I have nothing negative to say

Good hotel but food was very bad

Unhygienic, not very friendly atmosphere. No facility to watch even news in the TV.

I greatly appreciated the hotel's services and hospitality, thanks to Ms. Shara, Mr. Adilbert, and Mr. Muhammed Toufik. They truly excelled in making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Neatness of the facility

Front office staff did not seem to be so friendly specially the lady who was in the reception in the morning

The room

Complimentary water should be mineral water

Good staff good property

Having stayed in five-star hotels across Europe and Asia, I was genuinely impressed by this property. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the bathroom facilities were outstanding, including a modern electric toilet with a heated seat, which was an unexpected luxury. The staff were professional, welcoming, and organised a seamless airport pickup without any difficulty. The food was excellent, fresh and well prepared, easily on par with many higher end hotels. A real gem.

Very little. For an airport city hotel, this property exceeds expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to other travellers passing through Calicut, Kerala.

Proximity to the airport

Parking lots

L'albergo è molto bello , in posizione strategica , vicino all'aeroporto. Personale molto gentile e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa.

La colazione da migliorare, poca scelta.

There's a heated toilet seat and other shiny bling, if you like that sort of thing.

Airport collection failed badly

Very nice Place, nice staff, Close to airport.

The room was clean, comfortable & very spacious. Courteous & helpful staff throughout. Lovely rooftop swimming pool, small gym. Included breakfast could have included granola or porridge, but had plenty of mainly Indian hot options, plus eggs to order. Bread for toast was bland. Terrific value for money.

Location uninteresting & backed by litter-filled vacant lot; however easy distance from the airport.

Hôtel impeccable, il y a toujours quelqu'un qu'elle que soit l heure ! Je recommande vivement

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

لا شيء

It's a very clean and comfortable hotel. Very conveniently located in relation to Kozhikode airport. The staff are very warm and friendly too. Their free pick up service from the airport was very handy too. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and I had a good rest before continuing my onwards journey. I just needed a place to rest for a few hours. I will stay here again when I am transiting through next time.

All good

Looks like a new property . So it was pretty clean with amazing facilities .

Friendly staff, cozy beds, huge room, good location. For airport

Cleanliness in the room could be a bit better.

The room was very modern and super clean. The staff were very prompt in responding to our requests. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was also excellent. When I forgot something they found it and offered to courier the same to me. Very efficient service.

Nothing. Everything was fine
