Take us hours to get our room to be unlocked. Despite of reminders telling the property owner we will arrive late. We thought our villa is ready. But nope. It is not. We booked for whole villa, but 2 bedrooms cannot be opened and require multiple times for the security to unlock. We arrived late, so we expected to get rest early but yeah not really. However the owner is understanding by giving us time to checking out late. so fair enough. 1 minus point, they don't have washing machine. We stay for 2 nights. So not really convenience for big family like us and i don't know why early in the morning there is like piss smells! we cannot open the window due to the fault smell :(

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025Spacious house with 5rooms, each room can stay 3 persons, 3rd floor is a pan house, can fit in 6-7 persons. There is total 6 extra large queen bed and four sofa bed whole house can fit in 19-20 persons. Kitchen with basic cooking facilities, fridge and kettle. Tableware is provided for big group of people. 5 min driving distance to the beach and night market and 5 min walking distance to reach the mini market. There is malay food stall near by. Contact the customer service at 11pm because accidentally has keyed in the wrong code for the door lock and immediately get attended. My family and i was very satisfied with our stay. Will choose the same home stay for our next visit to Batu Ferringhi.

Neighbours set up canopies right in front of the unit, cars cannot drive into the unit, crowds having parties, loud speaker music on and dancing right in front of the unit until 11.30pm.

(1) Wrong check-in by another group of guests, (2) air-con leaking resulted in inconvenience and unable to watch TV at the living room (3) manual follow up on the cash deposit. Overall, it is good, except for the above. Hence, I suggest the operator be vigilant for the above handling and prob solving in the future.

The 3 storey property has enough space for our extendeeld family. It has proper beds. It would be nice to have stronger water pressure in bathrooms and dressing mirrors in the rooms.

Their bathrooms were like a 5 star hotel standard. Very comfortable beds, lights, smart TV with wifi. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.. Thank you very much. The best homestay so far..that I have stayed..

Reviewed Dec 25, 2024Everything seem good except it will be great if washing machine is provided. Love the space, the location, the ease of checking in and out.
There is a group of people staying next door with super loud noise. I talked to them at 11pm to lower their voice but only lasted for 5min. My old parents who stayed downstairs barely had good rest.
