City Apartment Sankt Pölten

1) i loved Tokyo restaurant which was just below the apartment. One night the staff were so kind to bring up the order to our apartment door. We also loved the in dining, very cosy place with very friendly staff and excellent food. 2) apartment very central and very close to the railway station. Everything was walkable distance. 3) loved the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen to cook ourselves occasionally.

1) Shower head missing when we arrived but this was immediately resolved the next morning.The problem was that the new shower head did not fit on the vertical rail on the wall so we had to hold it while showering. 2) I also noticed that some of the internal door handles (the ones to the bathroom and bedroom) were very loose every time we opened the door and i was scared they are coming off the door. 3) occasionally we had a strong bin smell in the apartment, especially the first day and on/off during the stay.

Cleaning, position, facilities.

No air conditioner.

Location is great, especially if you are younger person without kids. And the city center is great.

It is difficult to sleep longer because in the morning early(around 6:30-7) there is a bumping noice what look like people throwing garbage or services empty the bins with trash. So mornings are not quite and there is no curtains in the flat(number 9., 3.floor without elevator) so sun will wake you up if you survive noice. Also bells from the nearby churches are also frequent. In our case, Claudia sent me the message(I did not resopond because was clear) and we came late, close to the midnight and I could not reach her(she answer me next morning and I get into flat accidentaly because I knock on the door where kitchen of the restaurant is and some guy opend). So comunication is not good. Also, bad in the living room is not so good but for one to two nights is ok. Whole city is closed after 18 o'clock.

בגלל איחור בטיסה ביציאה מישראל הגענו למקום הלינה בשעה 01:00 לפנות בוקר. לאחר חיפושים של למעלה משעה הצלחנו למצוא את הדירה למרות שלא היתה שום הכוונה או רמז כלשהו מבחוץ שזאת הדירה. הדלת הראשית של הבניין היתה סגורה!!! למרות עשרות שיחות טלפון לבעלת הדירה לא זכינו למענה ובשעה 03:00 לאחר חצות הלילה נאלצנו לחזור למכונית שלנו ולהעביר ברכב את הלילה. המינימום התבקש הינו שאנו מבקשים מכם לא לזכות את בעלת הדירה בתשלום ולא לחייב אותנו בכלום.

Jalousien funktionieren nicht Gläser im Schrank waren sichtlich benutzt, das liegt aber am vormieter und nicht an der Vermieterin

الموقع ممتاز والمنطقه مخدمه بالاسواق والمطاعم والكافيهات والطاقم جيد جدا ساعدونا بشكل جيد

في المنزل رائحه الطعام من المطاعم بالذات الصيني وعدم تخديم المنزل بالتكييف

Communication with host was clear. Great size apartment. Has everything you need for the short stay. Bed was very comfortable.

The bedroom windows has nothing to cover them (bot even curtains) so we woke up at 6am due to the light shining through the bedroom.

Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Lokalizacja świetna!

Excelente! muy cómodo, buenas camas, sábanas y almohadas. Buena ubicación céntrica y cerca de la estación de trenes. Fácil acceso al apartamento y fácil coordinación con la dueña del apartamento para el check in.

Lo único que no me gustó es que había un poco de olor a cigarro. Pequeño detalle, que no deja de ser un lugar muy recomendable para quedarse.

Alles bestens

I really liked the cleanliness, the quality of the beds, the clean sheets, and that everything was tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the complimentary coffees and teas, which we loved. For the price, it's a great place to stay. The location near the church square is also a plus. It's easily accessible by car. The only thing to mention is that you pick up the keys at the Asian restaurant next door.

Vynikajúca poloha, malé a útulne. Čisto, ticho.

Die Göße des Appartements, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren hervorragend. Auch die Lage inmitten der Innenstadt ist ausgezeichnet und es war trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, modern und geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war optimal: kurzer Fußweg zum Bahnhof sowie auch zum Rathausplatz.

Que no tiene ascensor y es una tercera planta

A 5min de la estación, con varios súpermercados cerca. Apartamento amplio, limpio, cocina con muchos utensilios y con lavavajillas. Cama de la habitación y el sofá-cama en salón muy cómodo. Dos ventiladores que nos salvaron del calor en la ola de calor.

Todo perfecto, por decir algo, los tres pisos sin ascensor que con calor y la maleta se hicieron largos.

Location and cleanliness was good

There is no lift for the apartment it was on 3rd floor, which we were not knowing and didnot mentioned anywhere old people cannot climb. We had two big bag but they helped to take bags in our room.

The apartment was awesome, comfortable bed and good location.

Beautiful small apartment in the middle of the city. You were able to reach everything by foot.

Generally all very good but....

in the Bedroom there was a lot of cobwebs which would have taken weeks to form and not days, it obviously was not cleaned/vacuumed in weeks in this particular area of the bedroom.

Great apartment in a perfect location. Clean, comfortable. Everything you need is nearby. Parking garage just around the corner and location is in the center close to restaurants and cafes.

Equipment - dishwasher and washing machine. Great location, all beautiful places this town can offer are nearby.

Quite noisy during later afternoons. We didn’t mind but someone might would. One day very early (6am) loud noises from supply service coming to the restaurant below.

The apartment is located right in the city center. It's very spacious, lit and comfortable. The owner was really nice and was easy to communicate with.

The check-out is way too early (10 AM). There are no bowls to eat with (only really small ones) and no AC (but there is a fan), so on hot days it could be a bit tough to stay there.

The location was perfect, close to the station in the citycenter. The host was very friendly and helpful she sent us clear information with pictures how to enter the appartment.

Everything was perfect, clean, modern. A comfy place to stay with everything one could need

would have been good to receive information of the keys before arrival since the entry door to the building is closed:)

The location is very near to the Central area of St. Polten and all restaurants are just a stone thrown away from the apartment. Host is friendly and supportive when any help was needed . Got a feeling of home.

Bath area could have had more space (height)
