Reviewed Sep 17, 2026- Good location, close to the beach and the main street; - Many cafes and shops within walking distance; - Polite staff; - The rooms have everything necessary.
- No remote control for the air conditioner; it turns off on its own, so you have to get up and turn it on manually using the wall switch every time — this is very inconvenient; - Very late check-in; - The shower is old, with signs of mold and chipped tiles.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026La ubicación perfecta y tiene arriba en la última planta un servicio de cafetería de deporte para tomar copas para lavar con unas vistas impresionantes. Todo un acierto eso.
El desayuno lo veo carísimo.

Очень неудобная кровать, после пары ночей спина и шея ужасно болели. В номере очень тускло, света так мало, будто в подземелье. В ванной нет крючков для полотенец, а единственное , куда их можно повесить - это прям над унитазом! То есть банное полотенце будет свисать прям на ободок унитаза. Очень грустно. Завтраки хорошие , с человека где то 20$

The accommodation was okay, but the rooms were very tight and cramped. Also, the bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025The location was brilliant, just 5 minutes from the beach, shops, underground trains and stations and the hub of nightlife, night market, and more!
We found the reception staff quite rude and dismissive not willing to help with anything. The rooms were quite small, nowhere to store our luggage and not enough room to unpack all our clothes, as there was just one small wardrobe for both of our clothes for a two week stay. The pillows were so thin and when we asked for extra were told a firm no!

트리풀룸은 싱글침대 단차가 있어 조심해야 함.

Reviewed May 13, 2025I'd like that the location of the hotel is an easy walkable to Haeundae beach. But so many hotels around it. So, I suggest gather more info location. But if u have money for this hotel, go for it! Busy streets. Lots of cabs you can grab outside. The hotel lobby smells good and clean. Very minimalist. Elevator not traffic. The hotel staff is meh. 😬😆. Speaks English but attitude is nonchalant.
I didn't like the room. Very tiny space, bed is small for a double standard. No drawers. Bathrobe is so tiny like for an adolescence, not for an adult. Lol😂 . Expensive hotel not fit for the room amenities. No dental hygiene kit, no shower kit care. No extra towel. Everything is just a piece of each! 😮💨 The bathroom area is excessively tiny. Like they cost cutting the space of this room. 😒 the sink water faucet is dirty moldy. My kid noticed it and I cleaned it. Again, NO DRAWERS to put your extra stuff. Just a piece of tiny cabinet in a tiny room with a very petite bathrobe size that will never fit a standard American or any races body sizes. Its greatly design for kids or maybe a badly poor design for an adult. For ₩150,000/night, it's too pricey!

Reviewed Feb 27, 2025화장실에 2개의 머리카락이 남겨져 있는 걸 보니 청소가 덜되었다고 판단되었습니다. 이외에는 미니바에 여러 음료들 옥탑 라운지 무료음료 등등 좋았습니다. 객실 크기는 토요코랑 비슷했으나, 침대가 더 푹신하고 좋았고 옷장과 일회용 실내화도 좋았습니다.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024오픈한지 얼마 안되었고 리모델링해서 전체적으로는 깔끔하지만 부분적으로 보수가 안된곳도 있고- 직원분들 응대가 미숙한 부분이 상당히 있었습니다. 이런 부분은 시간이 지나면 나아질 수 있는 부분이라 생각합니다만- 엘리베이터가 객실수에 비해 2대로는 부족해서 이용할 때 불편했고, 숙박기간에 1대가 고장났는데 대책이 없더라고요. 중간층이라서 결국 만원으로 내려오는 엘리베이터 이용 할 수 없어서 계단 이용해서 다녔습니다. 조식은 하루 이용했는데 맛은 괜찮지만 그 금액에 종류가 많이 부족합니다. 삼척쏠비치 정도를 예상하고 갔는데 조금 실망스러웠습니다.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2024가족여행 다녀왔어요. 프론트 서비스 좋았지만 예약확인 체크하면서 너무 좁고 오픈된 공간에서 개인정보를 크게 물어보시고 복명복창하고 답하시는데 당황했습니다.(진짜 어이없~) 지나친 친절이 불편하네요. 객실은 좋았고 방음도 굿입니다^^ 어매니티 굿^^ 치약칫솔 당근없구요. 1층 편의점 24시간 좋았는데 좀 비싼편~; 샤워실은 배수구쪽이 약간 높아서 물이 밤새 고여있었구요. 객실 옷장은 있고 옷걸이 넉넉했고.. 냉수온수 방향 표시 없어서 약간 당황했어요. 아참 현관문이 꽉 안닫혀서 신경써서 세게 당기거나 밀어야 닫히구요. 세로로 좁은 유리창으로 해운대 바다가 살짝 아름답게 보입니다^^ 다만 앞 호텔 객실 적나라하게 보이구요 ㅎㅎ 주차장 스트레스는 말하지 않아도 아실거죠? 개선 사항이 안보이니 패쓰하구요~^^; 엘베 딸랑 2대. 차라리 홀짝 탑승시키든지...체크인아웃 시간에는 정말 인내심이 극에 달했답니다. 조식 괜찮습니다^^ 20층 휴게실에 세탁기 건조기 있는데 성수기라 긴줄은 필수였는데 건조기는 모래투성이라 1천원이 아깝~;; 무개념 투숙객들이 외부음식 20층에서 마구 드시던데 이건 좀 강하게 금지시켜주시는게 어떨까요?
