Beautiful home with seaview

Der Blick vom geräumigen Balkon auf den Tromsø-Sund, die vorüberfahrenden Schiffe und die Berge ist phantastisch und entschädigt für manche Unzulänglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist per Bus leicht zu erreichen, und auch zu Fuß ist es nicht allzu weit ins Zentrum. Positiv möchten wir hervorheben, dass das Apartment grundsätzlich sauber und gepflegt wirkte und alles Notwendige enthielt.

Trotzdem müssen wir etliche Mängel festhalten: In einem der Schlafzimmer (sehr klein) hat das Licht nicht funktioniert. In den Kasten mussten wir mit der Taschenlampe des Handys leuchten. Auf unsere wiederholte Bitte, das in Ordnung zu bringen, wurde bis zu unserer Abreise nicht reagiert. Der Teppich in diesem Zimmer war verrutscht und gleichzeitig unter dem Bett eingeklemmt, sodass die Tür nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Der angekündigte Besuch eines Technikers, um die schwachen Batterien am elektronischen Türschloss auszutauschen, hat nicht stattgefunden, wir waren auf den einzigen Schlüssel angewiesen. Der Geschirrspüler enthielt bei unserer Ankunft noch schmutziges Geschirr der Gäste vor uns, in der Waschmaschine fanden wir einen Slip und einen Socken. Für Lärmempfindliche: Bei offenem Fenster war ein konstantes lautes Brummen (Haustechnik?) zu vernehmen, für das die Vermieterin aber wohl nicht verantwortlich ist. Eine Topfpflanze im Wohnzimmer war bereits beinahe vertrocknet, wir kümmerten uns um sie und hoffen, dass sie die vorangegangene Vernachlässigung überlebt und künftig liebevoller gepflegt wird. Die Kommunikationsverweigerung der Vermieterin (Agentur?) nach unserer Beschwerde halten wir für bedauerlich.

Schöne Wohnung, der Ausblick auf den Fjord war fantastisch.

Die Kommunikation war miserabel. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Herd und haben bis heute keine Antwort dazu bekommen, trotz mehrfachen Nachfragens. Etwas mehr Ausstattung wäre wünschenswert, zum Beispiel Spüllappen oder ein Geschirrtuch.

Rendezett, tiszta otthon, teljes felszereltséggel. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és mindenben segítőkész. Jó az elhelyezkedés, közel tömegközlekedés és üzletek élelmiszer vásárláshoz. Az épület is rendezett és csendes. A kilátás pedig igazán fantasztikus … Tökéletes választás családdal is :) Csak ajánlani tudom!

Lage des Apartments mit Blick auf Meerarm war super, toller Blick mit Terasse. Tolle Ausstattung und viel Platz. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns sogar viel früher ins Appartment liess. Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe.

Views are amazing and about 15 min fast walk to town or a bus right near the apartment. Also loved the washer dryer - very handy when traveling. Well stocked with coffee machine and beans, washing detergent etc.

Ubytování jsme vůbec nenavštívili , protože letecná společnost SAS zrušila zpáteční let a nabídla nám odlet o dba dny později a přátelům o dva dny dříve.

Požádali jsme o prominutí 100% storna a byl nám zamítnut , to se to podniká. Osobně jsem se s tím ještě nesetkal, když jsem ubytovateli doložil proč jsem nedorazil , tak storno neuplatnil

I can’t lavish enough praise on this stunning apartment. It had everything you could want: comfortable couch and bed, kitchen utensils, easy access to the bus for a short trip to the city centre. And if course that wonderful view!

Due to a change in our plans, we booked the apartment literally at the last moment — just 30 minutes before arriving. Even though it was such a last‑minute reservation, we immediately received all the necessary check‑in information, and the apartment was prepared for our stay. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent terrace offering a fantastic view of the sea and the city. The staff were very responsive and quick to assist.

Amazing living area and view over the fjord! Comfortable and spacious with all you need to relax at the apartment. Accessible to shops and public transport.

Very minor but amenities like shower soap and dishwashing soap/tablets were running low.

The VIEW! A snowy mountain just in front of our apartment…. So serene, so artic .. never have this experience before… we even watched the aurora at our apartment 😊 The apartment is modern, the owner Frida is always responsive, love to come back again

Nothing! We know the apartment is a bit away from the city centre but we know it when booked. We spent quality time there

Well located. Nice apartment. Access to grocery stores very close. Access to bus very close. Very nice view allowing you to see northern light if lucky. Nice coffee machine. Nice staff who allowed us to do early check-in.

The cleaning needs to be improved to match the price I believe, especially to clean the oven, the fridge, the micro wave and the extractor. We did not have a proper fridge pan as the one available was too damaged. We requested a new one but was provided the evening before we leave so a bit unfortunate.

Amazing view and location. On a clear night you can see the aurora (we did!) Little out of town but that was intentional to reduce light pollution and the bus goes direct to the front. Great spot, would highly recommend!

Second bedroom is really small two people are staying in there but otherwise it was perfect.

Stunning views, extremely well equipped with Miele appliances. Loved the coffee machine, ha. Great furniture and design. Big smart Tv soundbar, and satellite box gave it that at home feel. The balcony with seating and furs were fantastic. Great to have a washing machine. Overall finished to real high standard and had a great quality feel. Access was great.

Nothing. It was slightly out of town, but we knew that booking it. It’s just a seven minute bus ride from the stop at the back of the apartment block down to the town Square. There are three supermarkets nearby. And one pizza place.

Everything is at its best. The facility is just fronting the arctic and the fjords. The place is accessible to bus. Near the supermarket. Complete were you can feel the luxury of living just like in your own home. If there was a score more than 10 i will surely give it.

Nothing. I liked everything. For those who are not fom the city, taxi must be booked online if u wished to be picked up from the hotel to the city center.

We liked everything! The apartment was really lovely - rooms were beautifully furnished, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, communication was very good, and the views are breathtaking. Not only that, the location of the apartment is perfect - there is a bus stop right outside that can take you directly into Tromso and also to the airport - getting around couldn't have been easier. And there is also a big EuroSpar supermarket next door so it was really easy to go food shopping. If we visit Tromso again, we'd love to book this apartment again.

The only suggestions for things that could be improved (and these are very small things) are perhaps a small welcome pack for new arrivals, so that there are things like tea bags and bread available - these are really helpful in times when people are arriving at the apartment late in the evening (we arrived late but thankfully we were able to get to the supermarket before it closed at 10pm). We also did a lot of cooking and so an oven glove and some tea towels would be handy in the kitchen. And while there was a lot of tech in the apartment, we couldn't figure out how to use all of the remote controls so a simple set of instructions would be handy. But to be clear, these are very small things and are just suggestions - overall our stay was perfect and we are grateful to Frida for being such a welcoming host.
