Close to Blue Bay Beach, other than that nothing special

Location is at the end of the runway of the airport where flights take Off until late in the night. Incredibly noisy. Impossible to sleep.

Рядом с этим гостевым домом было много предложений за 30 евро. Но меня подкупило то, что в описании номера была отмечена услуга бесплатного трансфера до аэропорта. Как выяснилось после брони в переписке с хозяином, трансфера нет, но ко мне прислали таксиста. Который стоил больше, чем с меня запрашивали в аэропорту. Но это ещё не всё. Сам номер максимально не удобный, ни по расположению, ни по удобствам. На кухне нет ничего кроме микроволновки и холодильника. В душе нет двери, а только шторка. Более того, из крана льется только кипяток - душ принимать одно мучение. Лестница на второй этаж крайне не удобная для крупного багажа (чемодан). А сад это одно название - пожухлая трава и пару красивых деревьев. Хозяев я так ни разу и не видел - ключ мне передал таксист. Если бы этот номер стоил 10 евро, я ещё смог бы понять. Но за подобный уровень комфорта (крайне низкий) брать 60 евро - это перебор. Не рекомендую категорически. И не понимаю людей, которые оставляли здесь хорошие отзывы. Они что, до этого в курятнике жили, если им здесь понравилось?

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig.

Le côté fonctionnel,propre, sécurisant , et la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner ou le dîner dans l’hôtel voisin.

Pas d’originalité, et finalement peu de choix à part l’hôtel voisin. Au final, je le trouve donc trop “luxueux” et donc trop cher pour juste lit, douche et toilettes car c’est un endroit dans lequel on ne reste pas la journée à priori.

The property is close to the airport

Going up and down the rotten stairs was scary. The room was not cleaned. No cutlery or crockery. Kettle but no coffee, tee sugar, etc. Not even water. The bed, pillows, towels, etc. were probably 10 years old. The aircon was not working, and the remote was missing.

Fantastic location, close to Blue Bay beach and the Airport only 10 min drive away. Beautiful garden setting and sugar cane fields.

It was in a nice quiet garden setting with a view over the suger cane fields. Parking was easy and safe. Room clean and every thing that was needed for a 2 night stay. Good security with a guard at the gate during the day and a vehecle remote by night. We appriciated the earlier check-in.

It is a pitty that Coco room did not have a small balcony to sit outside to enjoy the view over the suger cane field. Some pointers: Electrical plug should be checked. A tv would also be good for some people. Unfortunately we did not meet the host but were very helpful on whatsapp. The lack of a remote for the vehicle gate meant that we did not want to stay out late as we did not want to desturb the host.

The place was very nice for the price. It has small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, but it is not really for cooking, more for reheating takeaway and for making coffee so don’t count with full kitchen and bring your own cutting knife. My room had cute balcony with nice view at sugarcane field. House is in the fenced complex with gate, which is also nice. It is just few minutes drive to big shopping mall, airport and public beach. Also close to very nice bistro called Naked food where I had amazing breakfasts. Totally recommend.

It was very noisy which is understandable when you live so close to the airport. Luckily it is easily solved with ear plugs 🙂

The host, Deepti, was friendly and helpful. She arranged car hire for us at a discounted rate than direct from the airport, hassle free. Wifi was a good connection, I was able to work from the room and the garden. Room was spacious enough for two and had all the facilities you need. It’s only a 2mins walk from the bay and actually it’s a part of the beach that is less popular which we really appreciated, so tranquil.

You can hear the planes as it is close to the airport but they’re fairly infrequent and it didn’t bother us. We came in March which is outside of peak season and the restaurants within walking distance were limited as a result but we did manage to find food at different eateries both nights we stayed.

The location was fantastic and the room was good too. However, it’s more of a honeymoon / couple friendly since the bathroom was curtain closing.

The WiFi was really really bad and we absolutely had hardly any signal at the last room where we stayed. Just outside the room it was perfectly fine, however an extension an help solve the issue. The curtain closing was not very comfortable and it came in the way for showering as well. There was no proper dressing area or a full length mirror.

Nice little flat, clean, with A/C and a little kitchenette. It is in a secure location guarded during the day with a guard, very close to Blue Bay and the airport (airport noise was not an issue). Recommended.

Not a problem, however the flat is in the 1st floor (in case of mobility problems this can be an issue)

Exceptional location and very cosy! Deepti was a great host and especially helpful in assisting us with our bags that got lost in transit

Cheap price - Was close to excellent snorkelling

The food preparation facilities were appalling - no bowl - no bread board - no cutting knife - a very small counter-top - a sink raised so high my wife could not reach into it - 3 aggressive snarling dogs at the foot of the staircase - no space to hang wet washing and dive equipment to dry. An extremely poky little room with inadequate roof insulation and no space for baggage. Extremely far from restaurants and beach swimming area. .
