Comfortable bed and they have bidet. Staff are accommodating! Good for a short stay.

They could improve the cleanliness of the property. There was a man who’s quite loud and I think drunk as well during our stay.

There is no water in the midnight we suffer a lot when I used the bathroom for emergency, not acceptable for the given price

Nowhere to hang towels or hangers for my clothes in the room The shared bathroom is a typical Asian wet room, but had no shelves to put personal bathing items, not even a toilet lid. No hooks for clothes or towels Once someone else has showered there, the floor is wet. The basins didn't finish the plumbing, so brushing teeth etc, water went straight to your feet... If you arrive later, no nearby eating options except for ordering by grab.

The place was close to the venue of the event that we had attended. It was also close to malls, schools and church.

I didn't like that the room that was given to us was not the room that we had booked and paid for. I booked a room with a balcony because I hate tight spaces. However, we were given a small room without a balcony. I don't mind going up the stairs but it's always wet and slippery in the morning. Their water tank is located above the stairs and is always left to overflow when they fill it up.

There is only a common CR on the second floor.

Close to public transportation (via diversion road), could use a bit of walking though if via CPU. We got free drinking water, use of kitchen, etc. Strong Wi-Fi connection and cool air conditioning. Very cheap, considering the location and amenities.

You failed to give me a refund. You got my number but didn't follow through. Worse customer experience.

For a one night stay, the common bathroom is fine. However, if there is a bathroom per room, it will be better.

The photos posted were entirely a different rooms provided to us. It was small and feels crowded for 2 people. Not totally clean and the staffs were almost not prepared for our arrival and what we need for the rooms.

The owner is so good she treats the guest very well.Then she is very helpful for the guests.So its good for our 2 days stay .Thank you so much.

I like the location.

Kinda noisy and there’s a lot of small ants everywhere. The toilet has no towel hooks, and the sink leaks.

Its very affordable and comfy place to stay. Staff was very accommodating. We checked in late at night and it was still very easy to check in.

The staff are helpful and the price is of good value. My stay felt like I have a home away from home.

It's a bit far from places to go but transportation is easy nearby.

I booked a deluxe family room thinking it would be spacious, in reality it's a double bedroom with a balcony so a little disappointed. So for that reason the place didn't reach my expectations
