We stayed in the beautiful Fırtına Valley and had such a wonderful time. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and positive, with lovely people who made us feel right at home. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—trips to the yaylas were arranged effortlessly, and the staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely love to come back. اكثر من 4 زيارة للشمال التركي واكثر من 9 زيارات بالاجمالي لدولة تركيا الجميلة هذا اكثر فندق حسيت فيه براحه واستجمام رغم ان فترة اقامتي فيه كانت قصيره جدا فريق العمل تشعر كانهم عائلتك اخص بالذكر الموظف ابراهيم والموظف البراء والموظف المسؤول عن جولات الرافتنغ الموجود امام الفندق شخص بسيط وحبوب جدا طبعا راح اكرر الزياره مره واثنين وثلاثه

الشي الوحيد اللي ماعجبني للاسف هو ان فترة اقامتي كانت يومين واضطريت المغادره بسبب موعد رحلة الطيران

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are the nicest staff and they definitely made me feel very welcome. Ismail, the host, and Ibrahim specifically are the nicest and most accomodating. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is even better. The Lahmacun here is the best one I have had in turkey and I have had it every single day of my stay. The rooms are very spacious and cozy with a lovely terrace view if you chose the villa option but it is worth the upgrade. Especially with dining table outside and a swing set for relaxing. The hot tub right on the window which is amazing too. Definitely returning here again. I dont have much experience driving in mountains but this one was on the river the driver was easy and you get a private parking which makes it more worth coming here.

Very nice room and the owner of the place and his family and staff are all very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to our brother Albaraa for his service and kindness durring our stay. Also, they offer some activities like zipline and riding ATV. we stayed in December and the weather was between 6-10 degrees and sunny, but most people come here in the spring season.

The staff are very kind (Ibrahim & AlBara'a), the owner and his family are taking care of the facilities by themselves. Which made my stay one of its kind. I was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave.

Our sincere gratitude extends to Mr. Ismail and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as they are also incredibly kind and helpful. They work together as a team and are so helpful and respectful. We genuinely felt like we were part of the family. A big salute to Mr. Ismail.

Despite some minor inconveniences, it is undeniable that this is a truly remarkable and exceptional establishment. Guests may need to request tissues and an iron. While there was only one trash receptacle in the restroom, and it is unfortunate that children may not be able to play freely in the room due to potential noise complaints from neighbors, as the structure is primarily constructed of wood.

It was more than excellent . Mostafa the Syrian guy was very helpful. Ismail the honor of the place and his wife Amina will make you fell , you are in your own home. Food was so delicious. Breakfast was outstanding .

The service felt personal and genuine throughout. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. As for the bungalow, it was perfect in every aspect—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged.

The location is great, a very clean place, with wonderful view of the river and mountains. It has kids play area next to the accommodation entrance and the restaurant which is very convenient for families with kids. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is open from morning to 10pm. The staff are kind and welcoming specially Mustafa. And the stay can’t get better without Mr. Ismail who will do his best to make you feel home and satisfied. Literally he considered all our desires and did his best for us to enjoy our stay.

I was there with my family of six members (kids and adults). Firstly I would like to thank Mr. Ismail (Owner/ Manager) and his lovely wife Amina who made our stay exceptional. It felt as we are at home with them, their kid and every single staff (specially Ibrahim) as family members. They did everything to make our stay remarkable, unforgettable journey full of comfort and lively in-house activities and outdoor lovely adventures. Mr. Ismail was sooooo nice, friendly, generous, cooperative, guiding, social, detailed oriented….. person. If I will come back to the northern part of Turkey again, it would be due to him mainly. It would be great to meet him, his family, and hotel family again. The hotel was much better than in the pictures. The view was amazing. The outside is beautiful and very much suitable for families with kids. The teras cafe and restaurant was exceptional. Thanks to Amina for the Sultanate delicious traditional breakfast and her warm hospitality. The rooms (apartment) was so spacious and adjacent the river exactly. You feel like you sleep on the river itself with that sweet river sounds (there are other quiet rooms on the other side if you feel it’s noisy) for me I enjoyed listening to it and woke up early morning to have my wonderful Turkish coffee on river (thanks to Ibrahim who offered a bigger special cup of coffee to make my day 😁). The hotel offered a zipline activity, water rafting, swings, tour guiding, and many other attractions to keep you entertained and engaged during your stay. The location was capturing, a combination of river, green mountains and blue sky with clouds. All you do is think of God’s blessings and praise him for this beautiful natural scenery. God bless 🫶🙏😁

Everything was beautiful, the suit was very clean and had a nice view on the mountain and the river, the breakfast was very tasty and fresh and it was a lot of food. the owner of the house was really friendly and we feel like it’s our home “ismael kardish” and the staff was really good they were always smiling at us. Ismael helped us with a lot of things, he is a very good person we wish him a happy life forever The restaurant was very good the food was very tasty We enjoyed every moment, because we were very satisfied we stayed another night. It was the first time there and not the last time I recommended if I can give it 1000 stars I will give ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Simply, It was an unforgettable stay. Since the first day, we felt the warm welcome by Owners themselves, taking care of every detail, facilitating to us the various activities, in such beautiful place. The Kackarsan Wooden palace is such a clean and warm place you see the nature and experience a new edge. I was there with my family and Mr. Ismail (the owner) and his family (Mrs. Amina and Rahmi) simply treated us as a family as well. Thanks for all of you, and the incredible staff as well.

لقد استأجرنا المكان مع وجبه الإفطار وهو كوخ جميل جداً يقع في ريزا على الشارع الوصول له سهل مطل على النهر وبه تكييف ورغم أننا أضفنا بعد الحجز شخص آخر إلا أن صاحب المكان إسماعيل زودنا بمكان أكبر ورحب بنا ترحيباً جميلاً وفي المكان ألعاب للأطفال ومطعم وفعاليات كثيره تجديف نهري ودبابات وزبلاين وقد قام بعمل خصم لنا وهو يشرف على كل شي بنفسه وابنه عزيز وزوجته لطيفين ولديهم عاملين جنسيتهم يمنيه خدومين جداً وسريعين في تحضير الطعام أنصح الجميع بالاستئجار فيه دون تردد ولو عدت للمكان لن أذهب إلى مكان غيره We rented the place with breakfast, and it is a very beautiful cottage located in Rize on the street. It has easy access overlooking the river and has air conditioning. Although we added and the reservation was made by another person, the owner of the place, Ismail, provided us with a larger place and welcomed us with a beautiful welcome. The place has children’s games, a restaurant, and many activities, river rafting and tanks. And Zeppelin has made a discount for us and he supervises everything himself. His son Aziz and his wife are nice and they have Yemeni workers who are very helpful and quick in preparing food. I advise everyone to rent there without hesitation, and if I return to the place I will not go to another place.

الإفطار في اليوم الأول فقط أما الثاني تقلصت الأطباق والانواع المقدمة

بكل أمانة المكان ( غير ) آمن ومرعب غير صالح للإقامة تطلق فيه أعيرة نارية بجانب الشبابيك حتى أننا نرى ضوء الأعيرة في الغرفة والصوت مرعب كل ليلة لأكثر من مرة مع انقطاع للتيار الكهربائي فتصبح الأجواء مرعبة لا نرى شيئ فقط صوت أعيرة و ظلام دامس لم نستطع النوم ليلتين أرق وخوف وإزعاج والعاملين والإدارة هناك لا يطمئنونا البعض منهم ينكر ماحدث والآخر يعترف بدون ذكر أسباب وعندما سألنا عن السبب غضبوا منا وحاولوا اسكاتنا بأن عرضوا علينا خصومات للمرات القادمة حتى نصمت ولا نبلغ برنامج( بوكنج ) ولكننا لانريد شيء وشكرناهم فقط أردنا معرفة السبب لأننا لم ننم ليلتين فزعين و صوت الخشب في الطوابق العلوية فوقنا فلا مجال لراحة ولا نوم و عمال النظافة أحاديثهم بصوت عال توقضنا ونحن لم ننم إلى عند ظهور الصبح وفي دورة المياه ( الشور ) غير صالح يبقى الماء ويكون بحيرة ولا توجد سلة مهملات في الغرفة وعند الطلب منهم قالوا لا يوجد والمناديل جاءت متأخرة بعد أن طلبناها ولم نجد ماء في الغرفة عند القدوم ولو حتى قنينة واحدة لا يوجد

Very lovely owner who made us feel like we were family. Great overall experience and hotel. Very close to the main attractions too.

I like the room big and clean with nice bath tub for couples , the view was amazing and the river sound was great, the room looked by isolating door so you cannot hear any thing from outside just the river sound. All the staff was nice especially mr.ismail the owner . The breakfast was delicious and more than enough for 2 people. Also we tried dinner, food was good.

There is no teeth brush , and no conditioner and also hair dryer . Also we need an electric adapter to charge our phone , but they help us and buy one for us .

Mr. İsmail Tüysüz is very gentlemanly and kind with a super welcoming family, I feel I am with my family. delicious breakfast made fresh and also a clean room.

لقد حجزت غرفتين عائلية و غرفة سوبر مع جاكوزي ( لانها في الدور الارضي ). الافطار رائع جداً . تعامل العاملين و بالاخص ابراهيم ممتاز جداً . يدير الفندق اسماعيل.

جميع الغرف متلصقه وليست اكواخ منفصلة .. الاطلاله على النهر من الغرف سيئة من النافذة ولا يمكن فتحها . فقط من ساحة الفندق او الافطار . النت سيئ جدا جداً . لقد حاول ان يعطيني روتر ولكن لازال الارسال ضعيف . يوجد زبلاين رافتنق وهي موجوده بكثر على النهر . اعتقد انه بالامكان الحصول على اكواخ منفصله واجمل بنفس السعر على النهر . الخصوصية معدومة .. تسمع كل ما يحدث في الغرف الاخرى وكانها عندك . يغلق الفندق الساعه 1 ليلا بالمفتاح اذا كانت ترغب في الخروج مبكرا قبل الساعه 8 صباحا عليك التواصل معه على الجوال ليفتح لك الفندق . امر غريب يقول انه لحماية النزلاء من الدببه !! لا اصدق هذا ولكن قد تكون المنطقة غير امنه ليلا وهو لا يرد ان يوضح لي هذا الامر.

المالك يحاول ان ينقل تجربة العيش وسط الطبيعة بالفندق من خلال السكن بمبنى من الخشب المطل على النهر وهو وودود واجتماعي قام بنقلنا لرحلة لرؤية آيدر وقريته وعائلته وسط الجبال اتمنى له كل التوفيق والنجاح

قلة افياش الكهرباء ، الاضاءة سيئة ، نوعية البطانيات سيئة ، لا يوجد مياه للشرب بالغرفه ولا شاي ولا اي ضيافة كما لا توجد ثلاجة رغم انها ضرورية لمن لديه ادوية ، كما لاتوجد غلاية للمياه ، كون ان الفندق يحوي مطعم عليك شراء كل ما تحتاجه من عندهم ، هناك العاب بسيطة للاطفال تحت سن الخمس سنوات رأيي الشخصي ان المكان يمكن المرور به لساعات فقط وليس للمبيت والسكن حتى لا تشعروا بالملل
