Appartamento molto spazioso, composto da una bella cucina, un bagno e una bella camera da letto con terrazzino. Pulizia ottima, così come l'attenzione nella cura dei dettagli per rendere confortevole il soggiorno. Buona posizione a ridosso del centro storico, vicinissima a negozi e supermercati. Il posto auto privato e coperto è sicuramente un plus, in una città piuttosto grande in cui i posteggi scarseggiano. Molto consigliato

Tastefully decorated apartment in the centre, excellent location but little bit noisy. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο για δύο άτομα. Το ντους είχε πάντα ζεστό νερό και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Πολύ καλή η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα.

Ο χώρος έξω από το σπίτι δεν ξέρω αν ανήκει στον ιδιοκτήτη πάντως θέλει περιποίηση

Άριστη θέση στο κέντρο της πόλης, με στεγασμένη θέση στάθμευσης, εύκολη επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτησία, άνετο και καθαρό υπνοδωμάτιο, αυτονομία θέρμανσης, ιδανικό για ολιγοήμερες διαμονή

Μικρό μπάνιο αλλά ανακαινισμενο...

Είναι πολύ καλόγουστο με προσεγμένες επιλογές. Το Πάρκινγκ στην Περιοχή πολύ βοηθητικό. Δίπλα στο Κέντρο με πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σε μόλις 2 λεπτά. Οι οδηγίες πολύ σαφής. Φρούτα και Μπισκότα για εμάς. Πολύ φιλόξενο Διαμέρισμα.

Η Ηχομόνωση από εξωτερικούς ήχους λόγω παλαιότητας κουφωμάτων και κατασκευής ήταν ανύπαρκτη τόσο για εξωτερικούς θορύβους όσο και από τους πάνω ένοικους. Ξυπνήσαμε πάρα πολλές φορές το βράδυ και ειδικά όταν πέρασε το σκουπιδιάρικο. Ακριβώς έξω από το μπαλκόνι είναι οι κάδοι σκουπιδιών.

Loved the location, apartment had everything and more. Very clean and comfortable, loved the biscuits fruit and tea and coffee.

Ο απόλυτος «μικρός παράδεισος» στο κέντρο της Λάρισας! Το σπίτι είναι vintage με την καλύτερη έννοια: έχουν διατηρηθεί όμορφα, αυθεντικά στοιχεία και έχουν δεθεί αρμονικά με μοντέρνες πινελιές και λειτουργικό εξοπλισμό. Η αισθητική είναι προσεγμένη, καλαίσθητη και ζεστή—νιώθεις αμέσως «σαν στο σπίτι σου». Μεγάλο συν το ιδιωτικό parking στο κέντρο, που λύνει τα χέρια. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι υποδειγματικοί: ευγενικοί, άμεσοι και πραγματικά εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Ιδανική βάση για βόλτες με τα πόδια, φαγητό και καφέ. Θα το ξαναεπιλέξουμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Location very central. Has all needed appliances.

It is actually a one room rather small and a kitchen, rather than a one room apartment. For one night is was ok however.

The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. The hosts are extremely kind and responsive. They had prepared fresh fruit, tea and coffee for us. Thank you very much once again! The apartment was clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, sheets and blankets too. The noise from the street and from the construction opposite objectively exist, but cannot be avoided and are beyond the control of the hosts. The undoubted advantages of the property are the location and the parking space.

The apartment was great, very clean. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. The place was exactly as in the pictures, it was very clean and everything was pretty new. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who would like to book it.
