A little hard to find as it’s behind their huge doors that you see on their streets & then after entering you’re in the courtyard & then you ring to reach the hotel. Not that this is a problem as it’s great security but they need to have bigger signage so you can easily find it from the street.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025The hotel is located about a block from the Turin Porta Nuova train station and the Metro line, and in the main shopping / historical area. The hotel is located in a historical building but has been completely renovated.
The room was very modern and clean but a bit small. Also, the window from our room was above the trash cans for the block. The room safe was tricky to use.

The breakfast was first class in choice, quality and service, apart from some rather too salty scrambled eggs. Very friendly reception.

Molto carino e curato in ogni dettaglio, senza moquette, stanza grande e comoda, materasso comodo, si respirava profumo di nuovo e di pulito. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona. El último día nos guardaron las maletas hasta la tarde y pudimos tomar algo en su terraza del jardín mientras esperábamos el bus del aeropuerto, que, por cierto, tiene la parada a 200 mts
Nos asignaron una habitación que da a un patio interior que además estaba en obras y a las 7:00 de la mañana empezaba el concierto de ruidos . Desayuno algo repetitivo

Si trova in una zona centrale, molto vicina alla stazione di Porta Nuova (3 min a piedi), alla metro e al centro della città (Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello, Museo Egizio....). Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera ampia e pulita, ottima colazione

Parken für nur 11,60 € für 24h auf blau gekennzeichneten Parkplätzen. Ticket im Tabak Geschäft erhältlich. Frühstück absolut ausreichend und Auswahl vielfältig. Draußen schöne Sitzplätze. Viele schöne Restaurants fußläufig. Personal sehr freundlich, sprachbegabt, Aufzug für Zimmer oben vorhanden.

To provide tea-maker is great. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use it in the room - the cord is too short, you have to move the kettle into the bathroom and balance it on the edge of the sink. We had some problems with the safe - it was our fault indeed - and ask the staff to fix it, but alas...

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Turin. Gegenüberliegend vom Bahnhof Turin, und stadtzentral um die Altstadt von Turin zu besichtigen. Das Frühstück war wirklich ein Highlight. Käsesorten aus der Region, hausgemachtes Rührei und frische Kuchen-Variationen. Was will man mehr!? Ich werde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen… Thank you so much for Everything!!
