Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Very clean and home-like. Just across the road from a restaurant and not a long walk to the Kosta boda glassworks. So quiet and peaceful
I would have liked a fan. It gets warm when the house is shut and I had to shut it at night because of mosquitoes

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025Great host that was very helpful throughout our stay. The cottage is basic but well equipped and had everything we needed (including for our two dogs) for our half week stay. Excellent location just about 5-10 minutes walk from Kingdom of Crystal area.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2024We had the whole cottage for ourselves which was very comfortable. A great equipped kitchen, nice living room and welcoming host. Good location for visiting Kosta.
Double bed in bigger bedroom was extremely hard, but beds in small bedroom were very comfortable. Bathroom could be improved.

Reviewed May 31, 2024I did like the peaceful environment, the parking facilities, the size of the cottage and a 'super-bonus' was the orthopaedic bed!! where you can setup the position of the mattress lower or higher on your head, or your legs, as you wish; a real heaven after 8 hours driving...! My Frenchie was happily playing at the back garden, and the front garden is also all fenced, so she was free to safely get around.
