Reviewed Sep 8, 2026I liked the proximity to the water and all of the different pool options. I liked that there was secure parking. I liked that the grounds were always kept clean.
I would have liked to see the restaurant on the property open for dinner instead of the bar next door using the restaurant kitchen for bar food orders. I would liked to see the grocery story on the property with a bit more selection of food items. The number of drinks was great but not a lot of actual food to eat. Mostly just snacks.

From the start the room was very hot which felt insufferable because it was hot outside. There was lots of small ants around the property and it was not very clean. About 65% of amenities worked and I honestly never once saw the staff the whole time I was there. When I went to the bar the drinks were extremely watered down as well.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The Condo we booked had an amazing view of the ocean and resort from 6th floor balcony. Location was good considering. It took a $20 ride by taxi to go to area attractions. Next time I will rent a car. Overall great value for the money spent.
Direct flight from Arizona wouldhave been great. Took private transportion Company 3 plus hour drive. That was in addition to a 5 hour plane flight from NYC to Arizona.

It was nice to have a LOT of extra towels in the bathrooms, and the owner sent clear instructions, as well as food recommendations. Check-in was so seamless and easy!! All staff on grounds are very nice.
No fault of theirs!!! But travelers be forewarned, July is HUMID! The apartment was constantly moist. The AC worked, so make sure to follow the host's instructions and leave doors to rooms closed.

The jacuzzi were not 100 operable brocken jets ...the restaurant food was the worst part...the coffee was terrible I had to go to candy cake for food all the way intown even the staff Said you don't want to eat there ..lol we didn't have our own venues

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024The condo was wonderful and the perfect size for a couple or small family. It had everything we needed. Beach access was simply down the elevator and past the pool and into the sea. On site restaurants were excellent. The perfect beach stay.
Only complaint was that the room smelled a little musty but in a humid climate that’s not unexpected. Also, the on-site ATM charged exorbitant fees so bring some cash or go to a bank in town.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2024The room was on the 12th floor. Beautiful views of sunset and water. Spacious condo which was very nicely decorated. We used the bar, restaurant, and spa. All services on property were excellent. We visited off season and things were pretty quiet in town and on the property. No issues getting beach chairs. Pools and hot tub were clean and wonderful! Comfortable bed.
Our unit needed a little maintenance. The owners were in contact quickly. The walls between units were thin and could hear next door's TV; however, everyone seemed to turn in early and the bedroom was quiet at night. Bring your own shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Hand soap, kitchen dish soap, and laundry soap are provided.

Reviewed Sep 26, 2023I liked that everything was nice and clean. There really wasn’t that much furniture to make it bulky or be hard to clean! Everything came included ss far as towels, soap, blankets, extra pillows, and the balcony was really nice.
The staff is so rude here, I’ve beeen at a different resort and usually the staff is friendly but strict but i dont know the staff here was just rude and really strict on everything. I didn’t imagine the music or even getting help downstairs to help us around was not it. Luckily our renters were so quick to always answer us when needed. Also it was very annoying to be have to wait for security to just open the door each time you leave and get inside. I know its for safety measures but the girl head of security is even rude so doesn’t make it easy to just go in and out. She always nade it a hard time.

The only things that were an inconvenience is that the sliding door didn’t seal completely and we could hear the wind loudly we had to put some towels on the bottom to help with the noise and the toilet was leaking

Condo is wonderful. Pushy people at neiboring restaurants fighting for my business was uncomfortable. I also didn't need my windows washed, without permission, with dirty water.
