Гостевой дом предлагает 2 изолированные 2х местные комнаты с индивидуальными туалетами и душем. Общее пространство между комнатами очень большое: кухня, диваны для отдыха, столик для еды, огромная терраса с классным видом на джунгли. Для компании из 4х человек - полная приватность! Хозяин Ричард был всегда на связи, все экскурсии мы заказывали через него, трансферы по необходимости он выполнял сам, купил нам билеты на паром до Корона. В соседних домах - 2 продуктовых магазина, где можно купить рис, овощи, яйца, пиво, лапшу и.т.п. Гостевой дом расположен в 10-15 минутах езды от порта и минутах в 20 от ближайшего нормального пляжа Лос-Кабанос. Нас такое удаление вполне устраивало, проживание на холмах в возвышенности и в удалении от главных дорог имеет массу плюсов.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mehrmals nach El Nido gefahren, hat unsere Touren organisiert und sich um unsere Weiterfahrt gekümmert. Neben der Unterkunft gibt es zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Das Apartment liegt in einem Dorf, 10 Min. ausserhalb von El Nido. Highlight der Unterkunft ist ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit Kochniche und riesigem TV. Zimmer sind einfach aber ausreichend. Das Apartment ist aber nur für ein Paar geeignet. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit Lärm. Es gab einen grossen Wasserspender.

Wir haben flüssige Seife vermisst. Im Zimmer hat es an Ablage gefehlt.

Довольно чисто, очень просторная открытая кухня-гостиная. Есть необходимая посуда для готовки. Две изолированные спальни. Дружелюбный хозяин. Это небольшая деревня, в город мы ездили на скутере. В двух шагах есть пару местных магазинов с базовыми продуктами.

Шумный кондиционер в одной спальне. На открытой гостиной иногда шумно от проезжающих скутеров по деревенской улице.

We really enjoyed our stay there. In the middle of the countryside far away from the tourist area and the villa is super spacious. Rented a scooter and Richard the owner was very helpful.

It was not a problem for us as we had read previous comments but the roosters are indeed noisy and persistent all day and night. But the settings come with this potential nuisance. The internet connection was too slow for Netflix

Ce logement est décoré avec goût et il est très spacieux et confortable. Nous y avons vécu une tempête tropicale... Notre hôte Richard a été charmant et nous a même ramenés au port le dernier jour ..

Le lavabo d'une des chambres n'avait pas d'eau . Les coqs chantent à 1h du mat ...mais ça va ce n' est pas propre au logement 😉

Close to downtown. 5 minutes by moped. Richard is the man. He will literally help you with anything you need he is one of the kindest people I have ever met.

In a local neighborhood on a steep hill so could be a little noisy with motorcycles accelerating uphill. Most likely the same noise pollution you’ll hear anywhere else in el nido.

I cannot speak highly enough of Richard who was an excellent host, helping us in every which way from unloading and loading our many many bags, to driving us into town, on quite a few occasions, delivering/collecting our washing, to answering all our queries, and responding immediately to any issues we might have. We rented the wonderful 2 bedroom apartment, with ensuite bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a huge, well furnished Living Room, with a massive TV.

The open space was very good, we loved the place and the nature around it. The host was very hospitable and flexible whenever we needed anything. He was always easy to contact. We definitely recommend his place.

The road to the property is very steep so you have to be careful when driving there. There is also no parking space, however the host let us park the car few houses away from the property for free which made the experience way better.

We loved the accommodation. We booked two rooms, and they're large and comfortable. They have air conditioning. The living room and kitchen are where we spent the most time. It's like having a house to ourselves. Richard is also exceptional. He took care of us and advised us on everything we needed, going above and beyond his call of duty. Thank you so much, Richard! We'll definitely be back.

A beautiful villa set a little bit out of the town, lovely and spacious and felt very homely. Richard was incredibly helpful- he sorted bikes for us as well as our boat tour, and dropped us off for the boat tour and our bus back! Great value for money,would recommend, thanks Richard!

You will need a bike to get around conveniently, dogs bark all hours of the day.

Spacious and clean living space, 2 en-suite bedrooms each with aircon and a double bed. Close to El Nido town - around 20-30 mins walk. Richard is a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, accommodating - we really appreciated that he was available to collect us/drop off at the airport, and give us lifts in to El Nido town. Would stay again

Nearby roosters (can’t be helped, it’s village life in SE Asia) - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Had some water supply issues but Richard rectified these as soon as he was notified

The property is clean.

The host was very nice, it was easy reaching him if we had any questions or needed anything. The accommodation is on the top floor of a house, with a kitchen and a common area, we recommend it to everyone up to 4 people, very cozy, perfect for longer stays. There was hot water for showers and drinking water provided, the kitchen was equipped with the necessary things, and the cable TV in the common area was also great, we had access to several streaming service sites. The guesthouse also helps with motorbike rentals, we rented two motorbikes through them for 500 and 600 pesos per day.

The cleaning and cleanliness could be improved, the bathroom was not clean when we arrived, although this did not spoil the experience.

We stayed 6 nights at Richard’s place and we had the best time! Richard is the best host we’ve ever met, he was helping us from the moment we arrived to El Nido till the very end. He picked us up at the airport, gave us a ride to the beach multiple times, hooked us up with an amazing tour guide and made our stay unforgettable. As soon as we arrived to the villa we felt right at home, the place was very clean and tidy (and fully stocked with plenty of beer water and other beverages🙌🏼) and we loved the big terrace/living room area. We’d 100% recommend his place to anyone and if we ever return to El Nido we would definitely love to stay at his place again! Thanks Richard! 🤝

The villa is 5 min tuk tuk ride from the town center.there’re two small groceries one min walk from it.there’re two big rooms with bathrooms,fully equipped kitchen and huge terrace with a great view.everything is spotlessly clean.wifi is very good .there is a very big tv screen with smart tv.the host - Richard is great.We didn’t have to worry about anything.he took us to town,arranged island hopping tour A for us ( the tour was amazing ,highly recommend Rene ,the tour guide).we had a very early flight and Richard took us to the airport at 5 a.m. we enjoyed every moment of our stay there

Amazing place and amazing host. House is clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and common area is cozy. Good kitchen and showers. Host was super friendly and helpful. He helped us with transfers, bike rental, tours and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

The Villa is excellent. Two great bedrooms and a super nice common area! Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and a large refrigerator. There are two small grocery stores next door that sell basic products such as eggs, bread, fruit, etc. Last but not least, Richard is a perfect host! He goes out of his way to help his guests. Our boat to Coron was cancelled due to bad weather and he was super helpful in trying to help us find a place to sleep, since the Villa had been reserved for other guests. And he is also always willing to take us into town.

The Villa is a little far from the city, but Richard was always willing to take us there. So, for us, it ended up not being a problem at all.

It was a very comfortable stay. The house has all the amenities, good views, comfortable beds and it’s very clean. It is located 5 minutes from the City center by Tuk Tuk. Richard is a very good host. He has helped us with everything, helping us with transportation, recommending places to visit…Highly recommended, he is super friendly and a kind person.

Nasigdan villa is located very close to ElNido downtown. We enjoed greenery around it instead of polluted air in ElNido. Richard, the host, met us at a pier and transported us to ElNido and beeches according to our requests. He also transported us to local market where recommended delicios seafood for grill and cooking. Richard is very friendly and responsible host) Description of the villa is fully correct. Hot water from a boiler is an amazing decision in Palawan) There is a barbecue set and a kitchenette where you can find everything to enjoy local fish and products cooked by youself. A spacious terrace is like a club for the whole family. We really recommend Nasigdan.

The place was absolutely amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The ambiance of the villa was cozy and relaxing, perfect for a getaway in El Nido. The standout feature of our stay, however, was the owner, Richard. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. He kindly picked us up when we arrived and even took us back when it was time to leave, which was so thoughtful and convenient. His helpfulness and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was great, and the service exceeded our expectations.
