De locatie was perfect. Het ontbijt was lekker! En de kamer was ruim opgezet met ook nog een zitgedeelte.

De douche was niet geweldig vooral niet als je langer zal blijven dan 2 nachten.

the rooms/hallways/staff/breakfast area was all well kept, clean and comfortable. I would say on those marks this location was above average. Also worth noting the free wifi was decent as I could stream easily

the breakfast itself wasn't anything to write home about so I ended up purchasing elsewhere before lunch most days of my stay. Parking situation was ample, however no one tells you about the $16/day parking fee required to park your own car in an unprotected lot, and the parking is changed to a third party company...good luck if you have any issues and need to speak to someone at that company. Further this hotel is not as close to the convention center as the name would imply, most days I walked just over a mile to the convention center and then another 3/4mile to our convention inside the building.

The late check out, breakfast and the location. We were in walking distance to our itinerary.

The 3rd floor smelled like wet carpet. Only 1 elevator was working and the one that was working took forever to get to you. It was also missing the certification sticker that is supposed to be posted in all elevators.

Camas extremamente confortáveis, quarto bastante amplo, banheiro com uma boa ducha, bem localizado (próximo aos Parques da Universal) e com um bom café da manhã.

The lobby was very clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and found the breakfast staff to be wonderful too. The pool area was enjoyable to sit in and eat breakfast in. I could walk 20/25 minutes to the convention center too which was very convenient.

The room was outdated and the furniture/carpet tired with some stains on the sofa. I really disliked the fluorescent green art that they seemed to have placed in every room on our floor.

It was very first time visiting Florida for 1 paying to park at a hotel you are staying at is ridiculous and my first room 214 had roaches. My son and I seen four roaches in total after I had paid between $900-$910. My room shouldn’t has roaches.

Frühstück - wie in USA allgemein üblich - auf und mit Plastik-Einweggeschirr. Ansonsten typisch amerikanische Frühstücksauswahl - Cereals, Ei, Würstchen, leider nur gelegentlich Bacon, auch Obst und Yogurth. OK. Aber leider phasenweise überrannt von zuvielen Gästen auf zuwenig Raum. Eher eine Atmosphäre wie in einer Jugendherberge. Aber nett.

Mir ist völlig schleierhaft, warum bei 34°C Außentemperatur der Pool auch noch geheizt werden muss. Keinerlei Abkühlung durch einen Sprung ins Becken - habe ich genau einmal gemacht und sofort bereut.

Property's fire pipes were broken and the entire 1st floor was flooded. Breakfast sitting area was not accessible. As for the room, we were given our room and in the middle of the night the AC stopped working. We were moved to another room and this room the toilet didn't flush. Finally we were moved to a room were it was passable however the AC was leaking so the carpet in the entire window area was soaked. By then we only had one night left so we decided it wasn't worth arguing about it anymore. Will not be staying there ever again.

I understand that emergencies and things happen however, hotels are there for the customer's comfort. They should have closed, fixed the problem and reopen the hotel. Not make customers walk through 100s of fans, piled up chair, soaked carpet.

I loved the atmosphere and Kim was sp amazing. The staff and even the crew was amazing. They were very welcoming and very professional.

Their team. Hotel manager is awesome, made me feel like home. She is always smiling, offered candies, water every time I walk in to the hotel. Brenda created an awesome breakfast spread. Must to stay property.

Breakfast and how close the location was to our destinations.

I booked the room on booking.com and felt the price was fair. When arrived the price randomly went up 50$ from the reservation price. Had to pay for my parking. Then my room screen had a gapping hole in it. Was surprised for a Marriott.

Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig waren viele Restaurants erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren recht groß. Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem, so dass wir das nicht genutzt haben.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in such a convenient location. When there was no handicap spots the gentleman at the front desk made sure I had somewhere close to park.

I didn’t like that we had to pay to park at the hotel. I think that should’ve been free parking.

Breakfast was gross. Their coffee was cold that they had out. The location is awful. The person guy/girl don't know what to call him wasn't very nice. They also charged me an extra 145.12 for no reason and they are telling me they didn't but I have proof from my bank. I called them twice. First they said they see it and the auditor would take cared of it. I called back the next day and they told me I didn't have any charges, But I do. I need my money back.

El cobro del parqueo. Me parece que debería estar incluido en el precio. Nunca vi un guarda vigilando los carros. Pero desde que llegué se me hizo el cobro respectivo.

Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war großzügig. Das W-LAN war im gesamten Haus sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Die Auswahl war extrem schlecht. Geschmacklich eine Frechheit.

The comfy bed and friendly staff.

The drippy tub, the pay for parking, and how the breakfast staff touch EVERYTHING and never change their gloves. They were super friendly but the one by the food, was touching the food, the door, the floor and then the food again. Then opened the door to vape and went right back to touching the food. The table cleaner held the side of the trash can to lean down to pick up food that dropped on the floor and the proceeded to pick up the egg and sausage utensils and wipe them with her rag without changing gloves. Super grossed out. Oh, and a man walked into my room at 915am to get linens! I wasnt even checked out yet. That was really bizarre! What if I was in the shower!!

Didn’t clean our room the first night (no trash pick up or change out used towels), had to pay for parking on top of the hotel itself and the rate for the last day wasn’t worth the room - I have stayed in much nicer places for less in Orlando.

L’hôtel en lui-même était super, la piscine géniale. Le petit-déj’ rien à redire la chambre aussi.

Par contre le personnel, juste pour ça, je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel!! c’est à peine si on te dit bonjour, on te demande ton passeport on te le jette pour te le rendre, et le summum, on nous a débité deux fois le prix de la chambre, heureusement que Booking est réactif, mais quand même fallu trois jours pour avoir gain de cause!! juste parce que la personne qui nous a accueilli ne nous a pas écouté quand on lui a dit qu’on avait déjà payé, elle nous a dit que c’était un déposit or elle nous faisait payer le prix de la chambre.

No me agradó la limpieza de las habitaciones, pues llegamos y nos topamos con 4 cucarachas. Fue super desagradable. Si así están los cuartos no me quiero imaginar como estará la cocina.

Carpet in the room was stained. Shower tub was not the cleanest. Bathroom was very average. No hand shower. Plastic shower liner was dirty and short so all the water kept coming out
