Reviewed May 31, 2026The apartment was lovely, well maintained and in an excellent location. There were all the basic amenities supplied with additional benefits of subscription tv and blue tooth radio / speaker. Florent’s communications were excellent and the pre-arrival instruction guide was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable and the area vey peaceful. If we are ever back in the area would definitely look for this apartment again.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Appartement bien arrangé et bien équipé. Le parking en sous sol est un bon élément. On est au centre de Nieuport Bain et à 2 km de Nieuport Ville. La proximité de la ligne de tram ne nous a pas gêné. Évidemment le bâtiment, qui doit dater des années 80, n’a pas l’isolation phonique d’appartements plus modernes mais si les gens sont respectueux c’est gérante.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Het appartement verdient echt 10/10.Het was kraakproper en alles was aanwezig. Ideaal gelegen en zeer comfortabel ingericht. De opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst waren een zeer aangename verrassing. Beste appartement ooit al gehuurd. Een echte aanrader!

Appartement avec 2 balcons, propreté irréprochable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. C'est le meilleur Appartement que nous avons pu louer jusqu'à ce jour. En plus nous avons eu une place de garage compris dans le prix. On reviendra
