Reviewed Sep 14, 2026L’hôtel est très sympa, plusieurs piscines, très calme en septembre. Restaurant très bon et accessible en prix. Le personnel d’accueil et de restaurant sont au top!
Le spa! Je réserve un massage à 19h, la professionnelle arrive à 19h05, donc ouvre le spa devant moi, la Clim était éteinte à l’intérieur. Elle ne met pas de tenu professionnel et pose ces affaires personnelles dans ma cabine. Tout le long du soin elle est sur son téléphone, répond à des messages, démarre des vidéos avec le son à fond. Pose le téléphone à côté de mon corps, donc je sais tout les vibrations de ces messages et appels! Dommage car tout le reste et autres professionnels sont top!

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Das Hotel ist super schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Bei einem Problem kommt einem das Hotel sofort entgegen. Ebenfalls sind die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und auf Hygiene wird viel wert gelegt.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2024We had a wonderful time at Imperial Resort. The pool is very nice, and we spent a lot of time relaxing there. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent with delicious food and great service. The owner, Greg, is super friendly and quick to respond. He was very helpful and made sure any requests were taken care of right away. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!
There is no washing machine option at the resort, so you have to go into town to get your clothes washed. Also, WiFi is not included and has to be purchased separately – I paid about $20 (600 EGP) to rent the router and around $1 (30 EGP) per day for the WiFi. When ordering a taxi or Uber, drivers often struggled to find the resort since the road isn't on the app. The surrounding area is quite barren, with many unfinished buildings, but it's not far from nice places like El Gouna, which I highly recommend visiting.
