Das Apartment was ich hatte war voller Schimmel!! Haare auf dem Bett. Ameisen überall. Fenster mit Pappe ersetzt. Am Eingang ist das Schild übermalt mit „Tourists go home“. Ich war eine Nacht dort und habe dann direkt am Morgen die Unterkunft verlassen.

La limpieza y la ubicación.

No hay nada de decoración y faltan algunos extras que ya son normales en la mayoría de los alojamientos. No tiene microondas, lo que considero básico hoy en día. Y no estaría de más algún armarito adicional en la zona de la cocina para poder guardar la compra si piensas cocinar en el apartamento. Televisión solo en la sala de estar, no en la habitación.

The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and was very clean — special thanks to the housekeeping staff! The hotel also has a very convenient location.

The only major downside of this particular room was that it was on the ground floor. More importantly, when choosing and booking the room, it was not stated anywhere that it was located on the ground floor and directly next to the hotel’s main entrance. If I had known this in advance, I definitely would have chosen a different room. While some street noise is understandable, having the room right next to the entrance doors was terrible. The doors were constantly being slammed, and people almost never held them quietly. There was also no sign or request asking guests not to slam the doors. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent. This was especially bad in the evening and at night. People were checking in after 10 PM,and guests returning from bars and other places would repeatedly slam the doors. It honestly felt like the entrance was inside my room. I kept waking up throughout the night and also in the morning because of the noise. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel, but the location of this particular room significantly affected my stay. I strongly recommend that the hotel clearly indicate when a room is on the ground floor and directly next to the entrance, as this is very important information for guests who want a quiet night’s sleep.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and same for train and metro, bus stop around the corner. Clean and tidy. Very helpful houskeeper with curly hair:-).

Not very comfortable for long stay, lacking furnishing and very miserly equipped kitchen, not enough tableware. Lacking even kettle. Bed has no headboard and just 2 pillows, not comfortable to sit on as the only other option was 2 chairs. Not much space to put clothing and other belongings, just 1 small hanging rail with shoe shelf and 6 hangers. No pleace to dry towels. Only one reading light and bedside table for double bed and occupancy:-(. High "misted" windows, hence lacking light and only possible to open ~5cm as curtain rail was obstructing.

Pésima gestión de higiene y nula atención al cliente: Tuve que abandonar el hotel . Pongo una estrella porque no se pueden poner cero. Este fin de semana tuve que abandonar el hotel una noche antes de lo previsto debido a una grave plaga de hormigas en mi habitación. Había un hormiguero literal que estaba en la pared era imposible con ellas limpiando toda una mañana cuando fui por trabajo ! Por supuesto la comida para tirar , y las hormigas estaban por todas partes, incluyendo la cama, haciendo imposible dormir o estar allí.Lo más indignante no fue solo el problema de salubridad, sino la respuesta de la dirección del hotel. Al comunicar la situación, la solución que me ofrecieron fue que “ fuera yo misma a recoger un spray antihormigas para aplicarlo en una habitación cerrada de apenas 12 metros cuadrados donde pretendían que durmiera respirando esos químicos” .Ante la falta de soluciones lógicas, el peligro para la salud y la imposibilidad de usar la habitación, me vi obligada a marcharme esa misma noche y pagar de mi bolsillo otro hotel. Exijo formalmente a la dirección la devolución del importe de la noche que no pude disfrutar por sus evidentes problemas de higiene. Aunque lo que deberían hacer es reembolsarme la estadía !!! Fue horroroso !! No iba a un camping !!!! Ni al Campo …. Era en un pueblo a dos calles de la playa … si tenían un spray sabían que hay hormigas y si la habitación dispone de cocina porque NO SE AVISA !!!!! Dispongo de fotos y vídeos de la situación para presentarlos ante Consumo si fuera necesario.

Todo muy bien! La ubicación es muy buena para la playa, el centro y el transporte público. El personal super amable! Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos

Como sugerencia sería bueno agregar algunas sillas en la terraza de uso compartido para poder utilizarla

Zimmer war sauber. Balkon ist groß. Im Zimmer ist kleine Küche, in der Küche befindet sich alles was man braucht. Große Duschkabine Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen. In der Nähe ist ein kleines Markt, da kann man Gemüse und Fisch kaufen.

Idéalement situé à côté de la plage, de la bouche de métro et des supérettes au alentours.

Pas très bien insonorisé et pas assez de matériel de cuisine (huile, épices…)

La struttura posizione giusta vicino al mare come volevo, ma non era quello che aspettavo mi aspettavo un appartamento con un cucinotto almeno piccolo, almeno per scaldarmi un po’ di caffè caldo la mattina cosa che ho trovato tutta un’altra cosa qualità prezzo no mi è sembrato un po’ tanto per quello che ho trovato

Non mi è piaciuto che l’appartamento era sotterraneo o odori di cantina dopo tre giorni mi hanno cambiato l’asciugamani il letto potevo andare meglio in albergo sinceramente mi aspettavo tutta un’altra cosa

Posizione centrale: 5 minuti da metro Badalona e da Stazione ferroviaria Badalona. 5 minuti dalla spiaggia

La prima settimana il cambio biancheria è avvenuto 2 volte. Nella seconda settimana...nessun cambio !

El precio es excesivo por lo que ofrecen, el colchón era medio incomodo y solo teníamos una almohada por huésped. Ademas no había cosas básicas como servilletas o rollo de cocina y es obligatorio tirar la basura el ultimo dia.

La limpieza y la habitación cumple con buenos estándares de calidad. Los blancos y servicios de baño están a la altura de lo que se paga! Cuenta con un patio interno que podría estar mejor aprovechado.

En este viaje me tocó la habitación #1 y la #7 ambas dan a la calle y el movimiento urbano de la zona hace un tanto ruidosas estos espacios. Creo serán mejores las habitaciones que dan al patio interno.

C’est la troisième fois que je viens séjourner et je suis heureuse d’avoir eu l’attention du gestionnaire. Même si il y a un peu de vétusté sur la peinture cet appartement est un super plan pour séjourner. C’est bien équipé, très propre et confortable. L’emplacement est parfait. Jamais eu de soucis pour me garer aux alentours, même en camionnette.

В целом проживание было комфортным. До метро около 10 минут пешком, до пляжа — примерно 5 минут. Пляж чистый и приятный. До центра Барселоны на метро можно добраться примерно за 40 минут. В квартире было чисто, всё основное для проживания имелось.

Не хватало электрического чайника. Также не было части кухонной посуды

Excellent location, with the beach and public transport just a short walk away. The staff were also very friendly.

Huone oli epäsiisti ja öisin oli viemärihyttysiä, jotka aiheuttivat kutisevia pistoja. Paljon sääntöjä, kuten roskien vienti itse ulos. Huoneessa ei ollut roskista tai roskapusseja, ne piti itse ostaa. Huoneessa ei ollut vaatekaappia tai lipastoa vaatteille ja tavaroille. Viikon reissussa se olisi ollut välttämätöntä. Aivan liian ylihintainen majoitus. Seuraavalla kerralla tuolla hinnalla varaan hotelliin.

Sobretot la ubicació, ha sigut molt pràctic per 4 nits.

Noise not isolated from other apartments but fine otherwise. Everything worked in our apartment as expected. An iron and ironing board was missing and a wardrobe

La habitación estaba equipada y limpia, que es lo mínimo que se puede pedir al menos.

La mala gestión de la facturación y la concepción del negocio. Parece que tiene encanto, pero no tiene alma alguna. La entrada a las habitaciones da mala sensación del lugar. Va de algo que no es porque no deja de ser un Airbnb

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, part közel van. A szállásról könnyen megközelíthető metróval Barcelona belvárosa. Klíma nagyon jól működik, tiszta, kényelmes szoba.

Lokalizacja, i jeden warunek prości pokój od ogrodu ( podwórza ) wtedy 10/10 ,ale miesiąc wcześniej córka była i miała pokój od ulicy więc rano ciężko pospać (6/10)

La habitación es cómoda, amplia y limpia. La atención de Diana fue excelente, siempre respondió rápido muy amablemente y con muy buena predisposición a respnder lo que fuera necesario, un encanto de persona.

Habitación muy limpia y bien cuidada. Los vasos y la nevera fueron muy utiles.

La televisión no es gran cosa, tuvimos un par de problemas para ver partidos de futbol y de madrugada se iba el wifi.

Lugar limpio y agradable. Está lejos del centro de barcelona, pero está a solo 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Se puede llegar a los lugares turísticos en metro o en tren sin ningún problema. Nos dejaron hacer check in más temprano :)

Los implementos de la cocina pueden mejorar.

Rent, högt i tak och framför allt prisvärt. Nära tunnelbanans slutstation men på bra linje in till city som sagrada familia.

Le côté impersonnel : messages automatiques : nous avons voulu signaler une fuite d’eau et envoyer des photos sans savoir à qui écrire.

Lokalizacyjnie przyjemnie bo blisko do dworca, plaży i marketu.

Nie podobało mi się, że w pokoju nie było czajnika, płyty elektrycznej czy piekarnika bo ciężko było zrobić sobie śniadanie kiedy nie piję się espresso (dostępna jedynie mała kawiarka na prąd). W pokoju było bardzo głośno od hałasu przez okno z ulicy i duży ruch (parter), a także przez papierowe ściany było słychać gdy ktoś wchodził do kamienicy i trzaskał drzwiami nawet o 3 w nocy co mnie wybudzało (pokój był przy wejściu), dodatkowo gdy ktoś korzystał z toalety z innych pokoi w nocy to hałasy przepływającej wody przechodzącej przez moje rury łazienkowe było słychać bardzo głośno w pokoju. Okna nie były całkiem szczelne i stąd pewnej te hałasy. W podobnej cenie są noclegi z lepszym komfortem i bliżej plaży i restauracji bez pojazdów (ruch wstrzymany w tych odcinkach) więc polecam rozważyć takie rozwiązanie jeśli ktoś lubi ciszę i ceni sobie możliwość zrobienia herbaty czy innego napoju w czajniku.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement proche de la plage, des commerces et des transports. Le personnel très sympathique et souriant.

La seule chose qui m'a manqué dans l'hébergement c'est un petit réfrigérateur.

Bardzo czysty apartament w świetnej lokalizacji (,5 minut na piechotę do metra), dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne łóżka.

Głośno od ulicy, ale to Hiszpania, więc norma.

Les plus: 1 emplacement proche du métro et à 20mn en direct du centre de Barcelone. Une clim fonctionnelle. A 200m d' un parking sécurisé.

Les moins : chambre numéro 1 donnant sur la rue, sans double vitrage donc très bruyante. Salle de bain sans Vmc ni aération naturelle, impossible de faire sécher les serviettes. Peu de rangement ni espace pour les affaires. Une lumière verte permanente impossible à cacher. Un micro onde à 1:80m de haut peu accessible. Après 5pm impossible de joindre quelqu'un de l' hôtel si problème. Propreté limite, un désodorisant permanent pour cacher une odeur persistante. Lumière du couloir allumée en permanence est désagréable.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos. Cómodo, céntrico, muy limpio, atención excelente del personal, habitaciones amplias y bonitas. Muy recomendado

La cercania a la estación y a la playa, la cocina tenía de todo. Había toallas, cosas para ducharse, eso era bastante completo.

No había persianas, mucho ruido, porque las paredes parecían de cartón. Las paredes estaban sucias, el aire acondicionado no daba a la cama. Me molestó mucho que intentasen abrir mi puerta varias veces, cuando el check out era a las 11, y me intentaron abrir desde las 10:30, sin tocar la puerta, solo abriendo de manillar. Lo hicieron hasta en 3 ocasiones. Es muy caro para mí que realmente es.

La ubicación, por las conexiones con autobús, metro y tren. También cerca de la playa junto a una zona con bastantes comercios y el personal (aunque no haya recepción) te contestaban por teléfono a todas las dudas que tuvieses.

Aunque la habitación estaba bastante bien, las almohadas dejaban mucho que desear, eran demasiado finas y no sentíamos nada en la cabeza. Otra pega (por decir algo para mejorar, aunque hemos estado cómodos) es que no apagaban las luces de los pasillos por la noche, eran bastante luminosas pasando por debajo de la puerta, y a mi por ejemplo, me gusta tener oscuridad casi total para dormir.

Great location. Very central or a few minutes walk to the train, metro or bus. Easy walk to corner shop.

The place is located close to the metro, and the sea is also nearby. The apartments look clean and cozy, and the staff is helpful.

There was no kettle and the hot water in the shower ran out quickly.

Que tiene escalera y no hay ascensor

Notre chambre était au calme et sans vis-à-vis, mais les vitres étaient opaques. Dommage. C'était confortable, mais comme une cellule.

L’emplacement (proche du métro), la grandeur de l’appartement, le confort du lit, la fonctionnalité de tous les appareils.

Aucune insonorisation (rue très bruyante), mouches dans l’appartement dû à des problèmes d’humidité, tâches sur les murs, odeur provenant du réfrigérateur même s’il était propre.

I fell in love with the room where I stayed for 7 nights, and especially with the terrace. The light through the stained glass windows enchanted me every morning, playing on the walls. The only thing I would change—though I honestly don't know how—is the other guests who kept trying to force the main entrance door open. The building's entry code is very convenient and easy to use, and the door opens smoothly. However, other hotel guests would try to break through the entrance door every single night, creating terrifying noises that scared me. As a Ukrainian traveling abroad for the first time in 4 years from a war zone, I woke up in a panic every night out of fear. I suppose this sound isn't as loud on the upper floors. I stayed on the ground floor, which had a very cozy terrace. The service was excellent.

Die Unterkunft war gut! Man läuft zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand und zur Hauptmeile. Supermärkte sowie Cafés und der Bahnhof sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen komfortabel, Bad ebenfalls. Es gibt eine Küchenecke mit kleinem Kühlschrank sowie Waschbecken und Teller & Geschirr. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Wir hatten zwar einen Kaffeekocher aber kein Kaffeepulver. Dafür gab es Teebeutel jedoch keinen Wasserkocher. Das ganze wirkte etwas lieblos. Außerdem ist es nicht wirklich isoliert, man hört wirklich alles von draußen und aus den anderen Zimmern.

Nous étions chambre 6 au RDC côte rue, la chambre n’est absolument pas isolé, on avait l’impression d’être dans la rue !

Все понравилось. Останавливаюсь здесть не первый раз. Очень удобно и чисто, есть кухня и холодильник.

В этот раз было очень шумно...некоторые постояльцы, видимо, не смогли запомнить код для входа и колотили в дверь так, что на все апартаменты было слышно. Другие постояльцы всю ночь общались на 1 этаже очень горомко и мешали спать. Также жаль, что в номере с террасой на терассе нет никакой мебели...

La comodidad de estar cerca de la playa. Cerca de líneas de Metro y tren. La zona es bellísima. La comodidad de las instalaciones con todo para hacer sin tener qué gastar en restaurantes.

Para capitalizar, nos perdimos un evento el 10 de Mayo con fuegos artificiales por no tener información, una pena.

El sitio es poco acogedor. Hay una terraza pero no hay ni una mesa ni una silla donde sentarse. un escaso perchero donde colgar las cosas, y una vidriera preciosa pero sin persianas. hay unas cortinas que son insuficientes para aislar la luz. En general poco mimo, poco acogedor. Soy de Badalona y lo alquile para una noche romantica. no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Está cerca de un centro con restaurantes, y de la estación de metro y tren.

La ventana no tenía vidrio ni seguro, y estaba cerca de un balcón lo cual no parecía tan seguro.

The location was good. Close to underground, train, busses, the sea and the central part of Badalona. Contactless entry.

If we saw a picture of our room beforehand we would have probably not rented. There were visible roof leaks on the window wall. No additional blankets in the room or pillows. Only 2 chairs (we used them to leave our clothes on, so we had nowhere to actually sit on besides the bed). No shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. The smell of detergents and insect repellents was stagnant. The light in the corridor is constantly on and it was lit the whole night coming through around the door even closed. The building is very small and that's not a problem, but the booking photos don't give enough justice. AND it's situated right on a bus track street and it gets pretty loud after 5AM. The whole building is shaking from the bus passing by. It can count to the experience part, but when you need to sleep it can get tiring.

l'immeuble est plutot joli, et il est à 4 minutes du métro et à 4 minutes du train, les lits sont neufs et la déco est de bon gout. Si vous avez la chance de loger dans un appartement sur jardin, je pense que c'est bien.

nous logions dans l'appartement numéro 1, au rez de chaussée sur rue. Je n'ai jamais dormi dans un appartement aussi bruyant. La rue est tres passante et tres bruyante. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage. De plus l'immeuble comporte 20 appartements, et à chaque fois que quelqu'un rentrait ou sortait la porte cochere claquait et faisait beaucoup de bruit dans notre appartement qui était juste à côté. Pas possible de dormir sans des bouchons d'oreille anti bruit, et encore. La porte d'entrée de l'appartement était aussi épaisse que la porte de la salle de bain et ça n'est pas suffisant pour protéger du bruit.
