Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Large room with lots of space and comfort. Onsen was large with movie streaming, projector and surround sound speaker.
Lack of hanging space for clothes, no view from windows. Drink chiller near Onsen very noisy!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025The rooms were huge and very clean. The onsen bath was amazing. We could watch a film from the bath using the projector. There were plenty of towels, nice toiletries and comfy beds. The room was very quiet. I want to return soon.
As a previous customer has noted in the reviews booking.com has incorrect information. Check in is from 4pm. Also booking.com didn't provide me with the right reservation number needed for the kiosk check in. My confirmation has a reservation number and pin but neither worked on the unmanned check in. I called the help button. The person answered immediately but they didn't speak English. I can speak a little Korean so I was OK but if it happens to you, you need to put some ID in the ID box on the kiosk and the person in the phone will operate the machine for you to allow you to check in. The other thing to note is that there's no glass/plastic cups, plates or cutlery in the kitchen despite there being a dining table.
