L’emplacement est chouette surtout les chambres face mer. Le Onsen extérieur est très bien, sur le toit terrasse. Les réceptionnistes sont très accueillants.

Les sanitaires de la chambres étaient vraiment en mauvais état : lavabo, baignoire… et pas extrêmement propres. Le personnel du petit déjeuner assez rude avec les étrangers.

한국인직원분께서 친절하게 설명해주시고 로비에서는 연주해주시는 음악을 들으면서 쉴수 있으며 객실 배정 또한 최고였습니다. 식사 또한 기대 이상으로 원래는 2차로 야키토리집을 가려고했으나 배불러서 포기할 정도로 양도 만족스럽습니다. 노천탕과 내탕도 붐비지 않고 적당한 인원으로 목욕이 가능해서 모든면에서 좋은 숙소입니다.

노천탕 부유물에 대한 부정적인 댓글들이 있던데 물 자체의 성분이라는것을 노천탕 입구나 벽에 설명해놓으면 사람들이 좋은 기분으로 목욕을 할 수 있지 않을까란 생각이 듭니다.

皆さんとても接客が良い。 温泉からの見晴らしが素晴らしい。部屋が広い。ピアノが聴けた。ロビーにコーヒー類があって自由に飲める。系列店の温泉にも行けるのはとてもお得感があった（ここの温泉が一番良かった）

食事のボリュームがやや少ない。プランのせいかも。それなら料理少なめ等内容の記載が欲しかった。 予約時間通りに行ったが料理のフグの刺身がカラカラに乾いていた。あれならフグでなくて良いと思う。 部屋の間取りの関係で下足置き場に困る。（ドアの開閉のため）小上がりにでも下足が置ける棚か、トレーがあると良い

交通便利, 外面有一家大間的唐吉軻德, 附近也有便利商店, 窗外看海景,是很舒服的旅館. 早餐很精緻.

エアコンの音が大きすぎる。弱に調整しても眠れないほど大きい。

海を眺めながら入る温泉が最高。ロビー活動もレトロ感があり素敵でした。お部屋も清潔で　トイレットペーパーや洗面台にもタオルが置いてあったのが　よかったです。朝食は是非食べて欲しい。自宅に帰って服を部屋に忘れたのですが、すぐに配送してくれて助かりました。　帰るまで気持ちよく過ごせました。

略有年代，但整體體驗十分不錯。晚餐/早餐均是套餐/會席型式，好吃且豐盛。 大廳裝潢很有氛圍且有現場演奏真是難得。 房間很大也很舒適，露天溫泉也很不錯，當天不會很擁擠。

A bit dated.

The hotel is located in the center of Beppu, 10 minutes work from the main train station, and right next to the seaside. It features nice baths, both indoors and outdoors. The room is in a traditional Japanese style, which I never tried before but it was a fun experience. The breakfast is also traditional Japanese style with a good selection of items and okay portion. The lobby has live piano music sometimes, and the general vibe is relaxing and cozy.

The air conditioner can be more powerful as not the whole room is properly cooled down with the strongest wind. Some places in the hotel can be worn off, including the bath pool facilities. The room has no private bath or shower, and you have to go to the public bathhouse if you want one.

設備が古い。エレベーターが一つしかなく渋滞。接客が外国の人で悪くはないが、サービスという点では教育が必要。

館内に入館して温かいお迎えの雰囲気のフロア（装飾、スラスランプすなど）てホットした。 館内の細かい気づかい（小花飾りなど）が感じられ、よかった。 食事か豪華でお刺身が新鮮で美味しかつわた… 海辺の散歩コースが家族で楽しめた。

内風呂のお湯が熱すぎて、はいれなかった

街なかに近かった。 海沿いで散歩も楽しかった。

Le petit déjeuner où seul un plateau avec petit déj traditionnel était proposé : cela reste une expérience.

屋上の露天風呂からの景色がすばらしいかった。 夕食の刺身盛り合わせが美味しかったです。 ピアノの生演奏が素晴らしっかった。

夏季の屋上の露天風呂の温度が高すぎて孫と一緒に入ることができなかった。 予約時の子供の料理で5歳児と２歳児の違いが分かりずらくその選択を誤った。 孫か遊べるような所が少なかった。

dinner and breakfast was unbeatable, onsen was great too, over was super, also beside the sea is wonderful, will visit again for sure.

only on thing is the AC was too loud, I need to put on the earplug.

Açık ve kapalı iki adet kaplıca var, bunlara çıplak girmek gerekiyor.. bununla ilgili sorun yaşarsanız bilginiz olmalı. Bir de kaplıca içindeki su çok temiz değildi

夕食も朝食もとてもおいしかったです。 受付やレストランの担当の方の対応もとても親切でした。 部屋もとても清潔で気持ちよかったです。 お風呂は言うことありません、最高でした。 地獄めぐりの拠点には最高です。

脱衣所の扇風機は清掃したほうが良いです。 気になったのはそのくらいでした。

露天風呂の眺望は素晴らしかった！ ツインルームでも思ったより広かった。

露天風呂のロッカーの鍵が何個か壊れていた。 温泉成分でだろうが部屋の湯船が少し綺麗には見えなかった。クローゼットの扉のシミが気になった。

Super Onsen auf dem Dach! Traditionelles Frühstück und Abendbrot. Abendessen kostet etwa 35€, ist aber ein tolles Erlebnis! Unterkunft traditionell mit Futonbetten.

주차장이 있어서 좋았고, 돈키호테가 가까워서 좋았어요. 숙소에 탕이 있어서 좋았습니다.

탕이 있는 숙소는 아침 저녁이 포함이여서 어쩔수없이 선택했는데, 약간 부실하지 않았나 생각되네요. 오래된 숙소다보니 화장실에 곰팡이들이 많아서 아쉬웠어요ㅠㅠ

Amazing location with onsen is on the roof with the view on the bay and park, walking distance to train station and the bus stops. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, every day different, local cuisine. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed for 3 nights

離逛街區域很近，採購、商店都很方便鄰近唐吉訶德，觀海第一排！早上會有日出可以看！舒適

細部灰塵有點多 希望可以再更清潔一點避免灰塵從上方落下

Veramente un bellissimo Ryokan, uno dei più lussuosi a cui sono stata, la cosa più bella e che hanno le osen sia interne che esterne, nonostante siamo andate in un mese freddo stare fuori, godersi le onsen calde mentre è notte è stata una delle esperienze più rilassanti che abbia avuto in Giappone. Camera vista mare, spaziose e ovviamente super pulite! Situato in un'ottima posizione, basta un bus per arrivare agli Inferni. Cibo ottimo, il sashimi speciale ❤️ Se in futuro tornerò a Beppu sicuramente tornerò da voi

I booked a sea view Japanese style room and I am so happy! The view is stunning, staffs are professional. Dinner and breakfast are served in Japanese style. A bit far from train station but walkable.

음식이 맛있었고 직원들도 모두 친절했음. 역까지 데려다 줘서 편리했고 2층 로비에서 커피를 마시며 직접 연주하는 피아노 선율을 감상할 수 있어서 행복했음.

한가지 아쉬웠던 것은 8층 노천탕에 불순물이 많이 가라앉아 있었다는 점. 야외 욕탕이라 이해는 가지만...

頂樓溫泉舒服視野風景極佳，早晚兩餐食豐富味道佳且在2樓設有自助咖啡免費使用，以及定時鋼琴演奏搭配大廳環境甚是愜意。

房間裝潢是有些年代感但衛生清潔上沒任何太大的問題。

Le onsen au 7 ème est vraiment super avec mon fils nous n'avons fait que celui là pas celui du 2 ème qui avait l'air super mais la vue sur les montagnes et la mer était vraiment superbe. Très agréable dinner exceptionnelle c'est vraiment a faire, attention la carte est défini c'est pas a la carte, nous avons fait 3 dinner vraiment c'était super bon m, plateau de sashimi, potage, bbq. Bus pour l'aquarium et la zone des singes vraiment a 5 minutes et 2 bus pour aller aux enfer en 30 minutes environs. Super futon et chambre vraiment rien a dire.

Pour le repas dîner c'est un peu rapide parfois on est sur le second plats et ya déjà le 3 ème 4 ème et voir le 5 ème qui arrive, pour ceux qui veulent manger relax ça tend un peu.

整體都很棒，可以在別府站附近配合的酒店將行李托運到飯店，接著就可以馬上開始逛。一樓有現場鋼琴演奏跟免費的咖啡和茶。 飯店有頂樓露天溫泉和室內大眾溫泉，日式早、晚餐都很不錯。強烈推薦住榻榻米的套房，有室內私人溫泉，直接面對無敵海景，可以去海邊散步跑步，一定值回票價。

L'onsen avec vue sur la mer en extérieur est vraiment très agréable. Le repas du soir est très bon et comprend les spécialités du Japon. L'emplacement est très bien.

Les futons ne sont pas agréables (fins) donc nous n'avons pas passé une très bonne nuit. Lors de la réservation il est indiqué que nous avions un enfants de 5 ans et le petit déjeuner et le dîner n'étaient pas prévu pour notre enfant. Deja que les enfants de moins de 6 ans n'ont pas de matelas a eux, ils ne paient pas certe mais c'est comme si les enfants de moins de 6 ans ne comptent pas...

ロビーが個性的で素敵でした。ティファニーランプがきれいです。海をみられる露天風呂もよかったです。お食事にはびっくりしました。とても美味しかったです。朝ごはんのベーコンエッグも席で作る形で美味しかったし、サバの味噌煮も骨が一本もなかったです。夜ご飯もご馳走をたくさんいただきました。チェックアウト後は荷物を駅前に運んで預かっていただき、時間いっぱい別府を回ることができました。ありがとうございました。

露天風呂にいくのに階段があり、母が足がわるいので階段をあがるのが大変だったことです。

Lage direkt am Meer und der private Onsen im Zimmer bzw auf dem Balkon. Ganz tolles Abendessen und das Frühstück im japanischen Still. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber einen gewissen Charme. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und fanden den Preis absolut angemessen.

Wir hatten das Abendessen um 19 Uhr reserviert und waren kurz nach 20 Uhr die letzten im Speisesaal. Wir wurden zwar nicht dazu gedrängt schnell fertig zu werden, aber man hatte schon das Gefühl, das das Personal Feierabend machen wollte.

조식.석식 모두 정갈하게 나왔습니다. 직원분들 친절하고 위치가 좋습니다.

대욕장에 불순물이 떠 있었습니다.

夕食の際、子連れなので配慮して座敷にしてくださっていたようなのですが、祖母の足が悪い為急遽テーブル席に変更していただきました。 セッティングされているお食事類を全て入れ替えるという大変な手間をお掛けしてしまったのですが、とても丁寧に、また一切の不満な態度を出す事なくご対応いただき、その後も懇切丁寧に、今まで体験してきたサーブの中で最上位の親身かつ上品なおもてなしをしていただきました。 ご担当してくださった方が突出して素晴らしかったのかもしれませんが、部屋の内風呂の設備が酷すぎて辟易していた後にその対応をしていただいた為、その後もとても気持ちよく一泊する事が出来ました。 最上階の露天風呂はシャワーもしっかり勢いがあり、問題なく浸かることが出来ました。 景色もとてもよかったです。

オーシャンビューじゃない部屋でした。 それでも別府タワーのライトアップが目の前に見えたので子どもたちが綺麗だと感動していたので、眺望に関してはオーシャンビューでなくても良かったと思っております（もともとオーシャンビューじゃないので少しお安い値段でした）。 ですが413号室が特別湯の出が悪かったのか、風呂桶に浸かれるほど湯が溜まるのに約三時間かかりました。 ※画像は一時間出しっぱなしにして溜まった湯量です。 またシャワーが糸のように細く、肌に刺さって痛い、少量なので永遠にシャンプーの泡が落とせない、という最悪の内風呂でした。 あと内風呂内の照明が暗すぎました。 檜風呂で雰囲気は良かったですが、2歳の子を大浴場に連れて行くのが怖くて内風呂の雰囲気がいいお宿を選んだのに、肝心の内風呂がそれだったので、もしお食事をつけていない素泊まりだったら本当に最悪でした。 お食事がとても美味しく、またスタッフさんのサービスが良かったので、なんとか満足出来たような状態です。

生演奏に凄く癒されました、又、利用したいと思います

Excellent location by the sea with sufficient parking spaces. Staff are friendly and there was live music at weekend evening. We had beautiful sunrise from the sea horizon view on one day. Meals ok.

No ventilation in the bathroom and can be smelly sometimes may be due to the spring water . Some bathrooms need further renovation. The other areas of the room are all ok. Roof top onsen too small.

Location at sea side is fantastic, and the outdoors bath with a view was really incredible. Rooms were big compared to japanese standards. Dinners were sumptuous, and they were able to accommodate our food intolerances. Staff was really kind and went an extra mile in helping find an early morning taxi, that was really difficult to find. We are really grateful they managed!

The only little detail we could mention is that outside noises can be heard inside the rooms.

An excellent stay for the start of our Kyushu trip. The hotel is close to a Don-qui and convenience store. We enjoyed the rooftop bath very much and also the live piano playing in the evening. The hotel was able to provide a breakfast which was suitable for a vegan diet which had a good variety of fresh and delicious dishes. Hotel staff were very helpful. Our room had a wonderful view out the the ocean for sunrise.

Excellent and beautiful location, facilities, services and staff attentiveness. It's right on the sea and located in the middle of many great tourist and shopping spots. The rooftop onsen overlooking the ocean is a great extra.

The only complaint I had is that the breakfast is extremely Japanese. This is not a gripe about the breakfast itself. The quality and quantity were fantastic. It's just that I'm American and I think certain non-Japanese people will probably be a little off-put by the type of food, which is very traditional. AS Japanese food it's terrific so again, this is not really a complaint but a personal preference. Also there may be a traditional Western breakfast at the other restaurant I'm not sure.
