방음이 안됨 옆방의 재채기 소리. 밤새 윗층인지 옆인지 물소리가 계속 들리고 제대로 잠을 못잤어요. 조식도 그닥 먹을게 없었습니다

위치 및 주차시설에 대한 이용도가 매우 편했고 좋았습니다. 그리고 직원분들의 하나하나 챙겨주시는 친절함을 보고 매우 만족했습니다. 세종에 출장도 잦은 편인데 자주 이용할 것 같아요.

아쉬웠던 부분은 주위 시설에 대한 정보가 조금 부족한 부분에서 아쉬웠고, 첫 입실하여 화장실을 사용하는데 약간의 시큼한 냄새가 나서 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 침구라던지 주위 청결도는 매우 만족했어요.

De lounge was tot 23u dicht en ze hadden weinig assortiment qua snacks en drankjes. Er liep ook maar 1 dame rond die het best druk had in haar eentje.

The best choice as a business hotel in Sejong city. It was a better accommodation because it had a terrace, and the 12 o'clock check-out was very attractive. The staff are also friendly, Charging outlets are conveniently located everywhere. There was a convenience store right next door, so it was easy to buy beer. I plan to visit again during my next Sejong meeting.

지은지 얼마 안된건지 깨끗했어요

디럭스 더블룸이 어른 3명이 숙박하기에는 좀 좁았고 욕실이 좁았어요 특히 샤워실 물빠짐이 안되서 계속 쓸어버려야 했어요 ㅠㅠ 바디로션이 너무 적고 샴푸 바디샤워등이 너무 싸구려여서 실망ㅠㅠ 조식도 딱 가격만큼 커피를 미리 타놓고 줘서 대 실망 ㅠㅠ 손님은 많은데 직원들이 적어서 그런가 빈접시도 안치워주고 표정들도 다 어두웠어요. 한직원은 외국손님이 다 먹지도 않았는데 치우더라고요 포크 나이프를...

식사는 보통이었다.

너무 비쌌다. 주변에 호텔이 없어서 투숙했다. 가격을 좀 조정해달라.

직원들의 응대가 매우 친절합니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 전반적으로 깨끗합니다. 식사를 하지 않았지만 홍보 배너에 의하면 스테이크 같은 경우 꽤 괜찮은 가격에 즐길 수 있을 듯 하다.

반대편 객실의 손님의 룸서비스 트레이가 문 밖 복도에 놓여있는데 빨리 치우지 않아 보기에 안 좋았다.

The hotel features large, well-thought-out rooms and spacious, well-equipped bathrooms. Because it’s a large property, having plenty of elevators makes getting to the higher floors quick and easy. Breakfast was good, using high-quality ingredients. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and most speak good English.

On the downside, the hotel lacks a pool or sauna, which you would expect at this price point. In the restaurant, some staff members do not speak English and struggled to properly serve guests - for a hotel of this caliber, the hiring and training standards should be higher. There was also a maintenance issue in the bathroom, as water constantly leaked onto the floor during showers, likely due to a poor silicone seal. Finally, checkout was a frustrating experience, we had to explain four times that we needed a company receipt, as the front desk staff seemed completely unfamiliar with how to issue one.

시설관리가 안되고(욕실 배수안됨), 부킹닷컴으로 3인(성인)으로 예약했으나, 해당호텔은 2인이 기본이라고 추가요금이 발생할 수 있다고 확인해야한다고 체크인시 시간이 소요됐음. 부팅닷컴 예약내역을 보여주었으나 전산상 오류일수 있다고 확인 후 알려준다고 하였음. 체크아웃시 추가요금 없이 정산은 되었으나, 이 문제는 고객이 고민할 문제는 아니라고 생각됨. 플랫폼 예약에서 확인된 내용을 믿을 수 없다면 해당 플랫폼과 거래를 하지 않거나 사전 안내를 충분히 해야할 것으로 생각됨.

There was nothing. A spa sauna or onsen would have made it a 10😀

세종호수와 도심 뷰 둘 모두 방이 좋습니다. 침대, 가구, 방 구성, 침대에서 바라다보이는 화장실 내부가 화장실의 깜짝 버튼(!)으로 시선 차단되는 게 신기했습니다. 화장실 안 그림과 어메니티 색상까지 전체적인 것을 고려해 맞추신 듯 했습니다. 세심한 배려에 감사드립니다.

직접 응대해주신 직원분은 훌륭하셨지만, 다른 직원 한 분의 응대는 실망스러웠습니다. 겉모습을 보고 다르게 대하시는 것 같았습니다.

The staff are helpful and the hotel is conveniently located near a bus line, shops, and other attractions. You can walk to downtown, offering a healthy alternative to public transportation.

조식뷔페 가성비가 너무 좋아요

아쉬웠던 점은 없습니다

The staff was friendly

The room was incredibly warm and we could not get it down to a reasonable temperature. It was 29 degrees Celsius (84 farenheit) and even opening the window and using a fan we could not get it below 26 Celsius. It was uncomfortably warm to try and sleep here. We asked the staff about the heat and they suggested opening a window and provided a fan, neither really worked. In addition to this, the hot water in the bathroom never got really above tepid. The room was too hot and the water was too cold. These are discomforts we weren't really expecting in a hotel of this price and caliber.

주변 호텔 보다 규모가 있어 사용하기 좋았음.

청결상태는 기대보다 아쉬웠습니다.

앞에 공원이 있어서 아침 산책하기 좋았어요. 나중에 공원의 나무가 무르익을 즈음이면 더 이쁠 거 같아요.

Zimmer sind sehr Sauber und Groß, es ist schön ruhig . Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei .

Mein Zimmer wurde erst Mittags aufgeräumt das hat manchmal genervt.

A very comfortable hotel in a peaceful area of Sejong, with plenty of free on-site parking and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Friendly, helpful staff.

The room was very hot on our arrival and could only be cooled by turning off the heating and opening the window, which took a long time to have an effect.

A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms , amazing gym.

We had a disappointment at breakfast. We were told that breakfast was until 10 am. But when we arrived at 9:20 already the staff told us that the breakfast is nearly finished. They started to clean up, some of the dishes were not renewed and we felt pressured to finish up and leave. The selection of food was amazing but we didn’t have the chance to enjoy it..

Awesome city view from window. City biew was better than lake view because of beautiful and unique buildings with sky lines. Comfortable double bed. Convenient window side sofa with cushions. Soft pillows made heavenly sleeping. Excellent quality ammenities. New technology PDLC smart glass in bathroom. Perfectly soundproof walls and floors. So calm during night. Very rich breakfast, Korean, western, Japanese, and various fruits and beverages. Kind and helpful staff and employees. Underground enough parking spaces. Very close distance to walk to lake park on foot. It was a good experiences. We enjoyed greatly.

Room service prices are too expensive.

직원분들이 몹시 친절하고 제 실수로 인한 문제해결에도 적극적으로 나서주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 객실은 무척 쾌적했고, 제 개인적인 용무로 인해서지만 위치도 만족스러웠습니다.

식사는 룸서비스를 이용했는데, 파스타는 무척 맛있게 먹은 반면 디저트나 조식이 좀 아쉬웠어요.

특별히 없습니다.

세종 호수 공원 전망과 아침 일출 뷰가 완전 좋았어요! 조식도 매우 만족 했습니다. 다음에 세종 올일 있으면 재 방문 할 꺼구요.. 다른 지역에 가게 되면 코트야드바이메리어트를 찾을 껍니다.

조식에 대기 시간이 쫌 아쉬웠어요! 혼잡 시간을 안내 받았지만 생각보다 많이 기다려야 했습니다.

조식 웨이팅 라인이 길음. 체크아웃을 빨리 해야된다는 외국인을 먼저 입장 아주불쾌 : 어떤 양해나 설명도 없음 한국만의 씁쓸한 사대주의 그 외국인 조식 끝나는 시간까지 처 먹고 있음.

좋은 위치, 친절한 직원, 청결한 객실, 맛있는 조식, 넓은 지하 주차장, 모두 만족스러움

위치는 좋았습니다.

한여름의 예약이었는데 에어컨과 객실내 냉장고가 제대로 작동하지않아서 결국 엔지니어팀에 방문하셔서 에어컨을 수리하고 겨우 작동되어 시원해졌고 냉장고는 다른 객실 냉장고와 바꾸어 주셨는데 하루 묵는 일정 중 냉장고는 결국 작동하지 않았습니다. 체크인을 하고 객실에 손님을 받는다면 미리 체크가능한 사항이 아니었나 하는 아쉬움이 있습니다. 프론트측에 전화로 요청을 했을때도 별도의 미안하다 혹은 불편하셨을 사항에 대해 호텔측의 설명이나 배려도 전혀 없었고 체크아웃시 제가 먼저 말을 꺼내서 겨우 상황파악을 하신거 같아서 더욱 실망스러운 숙박이었습니다.

시설 세련되고 편안했어요

Staff were incredibly warm and accomodating to my family. The breakfast has a very large range of food and drinks to appease anyones liking. We ordered room service one night and it was prompt and delicious. You are within walking distance to the loads of restaurants and shops. The National museum is about 1.5km as well! Next door there is a fantastic botanical garden with loads of things for the kids to do!

The shower was luke warm at max heat.

Very nice room. Big incredibly comfy bed, good shower with a lot of space, and a well kitted bathroom. Room is nicely lit with good options to adjust the lighting, TV not world-beating but high-res and a good size, has youtube and netflix - but you need your own account. The hotel is very clean and kept to an impressive standard. There is a cafe, bar/lounge and restaurant within the hotel. An extensive room service menu of korean and western style food is avaliable for in room dining too. I only dined in my room but it was easy, the staff were polite, and the food was real tasty. To top things off - at least from my room on the 15th floor - the view from the whole-wall window was tremendous. I had city view but the lake view was even better!

Although very pleasant it is not the cheapest, this also applies to the food which again was very nice but considering how inexpensive it generally is to eat out in south korea, wasn't exceptional value. Far from overpriced though. The laundry service is per-item and quite expensive so be aware if you are planning to use that.
