Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The rooms are comfortable with a unique aesthetic. The bathroom and several other facilities were hi-tech which made it easy to use. There is also a self-service laundry available in the hotel which was very convenient. There is also a Muslim shower which we really appreciated.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, and the complex also has a shopping centre, which makes it very convenient and enjoyable to visit.
The breakfast was enjoyable and well presented, although it would be nice to see more variety from time to time. Including some European-style breakfast options alongside the existing choices would provide guests with greater variety and make the breakfast experience even better. Finding the hotel can be quite difficult for taxi drivers, as they often drop you off on the other side of the complex, which can be confusing and inconvenient.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026This was my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was exceptional. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet, and the room hygiene was particularly well-executed. I felt extremely relaxed while staying there. I’d like to highlight the room manager, who was exceptionally enthusiastic, reliable, and wholeheartedly assisted me throughout the stay in resolving various issues. The service was gentle and considerate. If I were to visit China again, I would definitely choose this place. Highly recommended!

Ein ganz besonders großes Dankeschön an das Personal an der Rezeption! Wir hatten circa zwei Wochen vorher ein Paket mit China Post versendet, dass leider etwas verloren gegangen ist. Da wir aber kein chinesisch sprechen, haben wir das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption um Hilfe gebeten. Sie haben sich mit der China Post in Kontakt gesetzt und alles dafür getan, dass unser Paket gefunden wurde und wieder zu uns zurück gelangt ist. Sie haben mehrfach die China Post kontaktiert und alles in die Wege geleitet und uns anschließend den direkten Kontakt weitergeleitet.

Even when i asked for rice at breakfast, the Chef 047 made sure there was rice on the menu the next morning. The location is also very central in Guangzhou and short taxi distance from most of our tour spots. Overall Experience was great

Reviewed May 19, 2026Not knowing the area. You may get lost. The hotel is connected to the shopping center that’s on a whole big 4 square block. So the Didi maybe confused on which side to drop you off.
The hotel was clean. It was confusing at first on how to get to the front desk. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. Free washing. Breakfast was good. The Internet didn’t work for my phone. That was sad. The rooms are lovely and spacious

Есть нюансы с самим номером. Санузел расположен непосредственно в прихожей. Причем туалет и дущевая в разных местах, что очень неудобно с точки зрения гигиены. К тому же отсутствует перегородка с жилой зоной, что тоже странно. Особенно, если вы путешествуете не с семьей, а с коллегами. Несколько вешалок для одежды и ни одной полки или ящика. Вещи приходиться раскладывать по всему номеру. Ощущение, что ты на вещевом рынке.

Le personnel est au top : accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bon, avec un choix varié et des produits de qualité. До центра на такси минут 20-30В номере есть все для приготовления чая (правда самого чая нет)). Но можно попить чай в лобби. И еще в номере есть "модный" фен)
Отель не определяется в DiDi. Приложение приводит к противоположной стороне ТЦ, в котором отель расположен. Прямого подъезда такси к отелю нет.
